I'm trying to book flights online but an error comes up?
I'm booking my flights on Expedia but I click 'select this flight' or whatever it says, it leads me to a page that says 'Sorry. We were unable to complete your request. Please search again.' Can I only book flights between certain times, or is there an error with the website? I've never books flights by myself before and I'm a bit scared that I've done something wrong?
HTTP Error 504 (Gateway Timeout) + Deviantart.com -- what the hell is going on?
And why, all of a sudden, is it showing up with one website in particular -- Deviantart.com I was logged on to this website not but 3 hours ago, I uploaded and image...and then the stupid website blocked me out and I kept getting this server error message every other time I tried to go on the site. I'm able to go on other websites without this code but it's Deviantart.com that all of a sudden will not load at all. Even pages related to Deviantart.com will not load (as in other member's pages) I've tried everything... I've tried adjusting my proxy settings, clearing my browsing history completely, restarting the internet, unplugging the internet...restarting the computer. NOTHING worked. I'm still unable to connect to the site. What sucks is I'm still logged IN! I wanted to log OUT! What the hell is going on? Why is that other people can be on it and all of a sudden I'm blocked? I'd like to be able to log out of my account... but I can't so much as peek at the site... there's no reason why I should be blocked, I've not violated rules or anything... I uploaded an image and boom, I'm blocked out... What ever I uploaded could NOT have gained that much attention that the sever is overloaded... I'm pretty sure some moron admin was trying to IP block someone in my area and wound up IP blocking the whole region because everyone else I know who is on it in other areas can in fact get on and view it. What the hell is going on and how to I stop/fix it? It's irritating to be sitting here trying to access your own account only to find the whole damn site won't work. It won't work on Google.Chrome, Firefox, OR Internet Explorer. It doesn't load a damn thing other than a server error message on Chrome. A blank page on Firefox, and a page cannot be displayed on IE. HELP! If there is nothing I can do, then tell me... If there is something that I can do (that does not involve downloading some crackpot IP address fixer, Proxy fixer, and all other assorted BS 'solve it all' programs...) let me know!
How do I undo a sent mail after one day?
Now, GMAIL does have a “Enable Undo Send” option that you can set, but it is really a “delay send” feature, and it only works to a very short maximum of 30 seconds. But I do suggest people enable it so that they can cancel something from being sent out right away if they realize they hit “send” when they didn’t mean to.Unfortunately, that won’t help you for an Email that is sent out longer then this.And Gmail which is cloud-based doesn’t have a “Recall” feature like Microsoft Outlook Exchange, so there aren’t really any other options. (And note that the “Recall” feature in Microsoft Outlook Exchange is very limited, doesn’t always work, and only works well within certain corporate environments).I do not believe that Google has any way to “pull an Email” out of someone’s inbox once it has been delivered to them.So, here is one option…Build a time machine…Travel back in time to right before you hit the “Send” button..Make those changes to the Email that you should have done the first time and resend it the way you meant to in the first placeProblem solved!Or next time, think long and hard before you hit the “Send” button..Or contact the person you sent it to and ask them very nicely to PLEASE DELETE the Email that you sent before they open it, and that it was sent in error. Although my experience is that if you do this, they will still probably read it before deleting.Or prepare to explain to the person you sent it to why it was a mistake.. remember that important word in life called “apologize” ? Irs.gov "where's my refund" not working!!?
So I've been tracking my tax refund using the IRS provided website "where's my refund" and I've had no problems using it up until the last hour. All of a sudden it can't pull up my information however when I call the toll free IRS refund number it has no problem finding my info. Anyone else having this problem? Initially I thought the system was down. I filed my taxes thru Turbo tax last weekend and as far as I know, nobody using tt has gotten a refund yet.
Emails won't delete in yahoo mail, they keep reappearing in my inbox?
I click on an email and then click on delete. Presto, gone. And then it's back in my inbox. sometimes up to five times. I click on trash and click to empty it, sometimes the trash empties and sometimes it doesn't. If the trash empties, it seems to take the email permanently, but it shouldn't come back in the first place when I initially delete it. I'm using Firefox, if that makes a difference.
I temporarily deactivated my Instagram account. Now when I try to reactivate it by logging in, it says that my username doesn't exist?
This jus happened to me right now and I freaked out. I disabled my Instagram a week ago because of some annoying guy who was trying to use me. But this was my first time deactivating instagram! It is so scary. DON’T WORRY! I figured it out, at least this worked for me. In the instagram app at the top where you see your username in the middle top of the screen and it has a downward arrow next to it (yourusername^)CLICK ON THAT, and type ADD ACCOUNT, you are going to re-add your instagram accounts that you deactivated. In this case I had three. I think as you add them back in, Instagram realizes you are signing back on and re-activates it for you.Add all your accounts back that you deactivated by putting in the username andpassword and then click on them. You should be back to normal.If that isn’t proof enough, open your computer and type in your URL for instagram and add your username to the end of the URL, after following these instructions your account should show up, IT EXISTS! And if you're not a private account, or if you are just signed in on your browser all your photos will start showing up as you scroll DOWN :) :) :) :) :)This just literally worked for me and I started singing “Just Hold On We’re Going Home” by Drake because I was so happy…something took me home and my photos were all here. I thought I lost them all because of some stupid guy that made me deactivate my account. Please try it! Its way easier than the “report hacker” method on YouTube. I am so happy and needed to share it with everyone because I see people below and above are deceiving us and asking us to buy their third party apps to fix this issue, when I experienced it so easily.GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!! UPDATED: I called the IRS site at 1-800-829-1040 (be prepared for long waits) and spoke to a representative. Discovered my return had been rejected due to an error (where they ask for last year's filing info - since it was in the same grouping, I mistakenly assumed they also wanted last year's filing date instead of this year's). She didn't know why I failed to get an email confirmation for registering, when I sent it and also when it was rejected... geesch! Three missteps! She said it must be a glitch in the system. After speaking to the rep this morning, I filed again - and as before, there was NO email (the one that is supposedly due to arrive within seconds). As far as my Free Fillable Forms button - it's still in color instead of being grayed out despite the screen that told me it had been successfully transmitted, so I will definitely be calling the IRS again tomorrow to be sure that THIS time it made it through with no problems. ANYHOW, bottom line: I urge you to make the call, talk to a representative and find out what's going on. Perhaps your return was accepted and your return is already on the way - but if there was a little problem, you'll be able to make the correction sooner rather than later. Good Luck! (the following is my original post left here for reference) I filed early Monday morning, so it's now officially past 48 hours and I am still waiting for a confirmation or rejection email. Used the site last year without problem, so I wasn't all that concerned until seeing it's been five days for you. I'm especially concerned that (when I go back to my saved tax return) the option to file hasn't been grayed out. Once a return has been filed, shouldn't that button be gone or at least grayed out? Is your button still there/in color?
