I am sorry your tummy is sore sweetie but it will go away in time it is painful when you eat veggies too fast but don't do it again and you won't have any problems or maybe you ate to many brussel sprouts as they give you very bad cramps and gas.
also drink water to flush out the brussel sprouts and it will get rid of the cramps and gas.

Typically, & I'm surprised you don't know this, when you eat so much food in only one serving, your stomach begins to push down the digested food really quickly into your first intestine, causing for it to clamp together and become stuck, pausing the food in the tubing. When this happens, you cramp due to the pressure your organs are receiving from eating too heavily.
To calm this, wait until your stomach feels at one piece and when you finally need to use the rest room, then you may eat again.

An antiacid or a tum would help a lot. Drink some milk slowly (even though I know you don't feel like it) The reason you are peeing so much is the salt on the popcorn is producing a lot of water. Try not to eat a lot of salt the next couple days so you don't get sick, and if you keep peeing, you should go get checked for Diabetes at your doc. You'll be fine!
