I Believe Sword Art Online Should Continue. What Do You Think

Sword art online season 3?

There is more material in the light novels that could be made into another season, but it depends on how the BluRay sales do. If SAO makes money, then they'll make another season. As of right now, there is no news.

Anime: Will there ever be a season 4 for Sword Art Online?

To answer your question, yes. Here is why. Each season so far from SAO has covered 4 light novels from the ongoing series. Season 1 covered 2 Arcs. Season 2 covered 2 Arcs plus one small one. Up until now I believe most people could say to a degree that SAO has been rushed. Well not anymore. Books 9–18 cover ONE ARC. That arc is Project Alicization. Incase that doesn't ring a bell, it is what season 3 will be about. The likelihood that it will all be in SAO 3 will be unlikely. I believe they will split it into 2–3 seasons before finishing this massive arc.

Sword Art Online vs Attack On Titan?

Both shows are awesome. S.A.O had a good first half, the second half wasn't bad but it wasn't as good as the first. The storytelling is a little lacking in attack on titan but it creates a mood that sword art doesn't. In the end I think both are great but Attack on Titan is a little over hyped I agree

Does sword art online have a good ending?

Well, when they're trapped in "sword art online" the ending was pretty good, like they could have made more episodes to build up towards a better ending, but it was still a great ending. When they were in "alfheim" that really felt rushed, because they didn't let kirito become this awesome badass like when they were trapped in SAO, it was kinda sped up. Yeah the ending was good, they meet up and date in real life, but it's just like plot plot plot romance plot boss fight tragedy miracle little plot boss fight BAM happy ending(throughout all 25 episodes) the anime itself is beautiful and not a lot of animes like this make me cry, but I was like a waterfall, it was so darn beautiful, but then the ending...could have been better, still great tho, watch it

Gintama or Sword Art Online or Fairy Tail?

Gintama!! bc its almost like bleach..it has long arcs and is very funny...like there is not one episode that i dont laugh..the characters are very well developed and the show always makes you want to watch more. i also think its a good choice bc when ever you are in a bad mood it will always make you happy (even if you just watch up to the title screen---its too funny). Its about a guy named Gin, who works with his two friends as an odd jobs group...they often get themselves into trouble but always get out with a bang. he usually fights really bad ppl and end up saving the city at times...its really good you should definetly watch it.

same with fairy tail!!
(btw i started to watch gintama first then fairy tail)
it deals with wizards from different guilds who fight against the bad ppl in their world....they develop really good relation ships with each other and they eventually make the bad guys good...
i love this show bc it often has really funny moments when its suppose to be serious!!

what i did with these two..i watched a bunch of eps of Gintama (well at the time i finished it..and was waiting for more ep...then i started watching fairy tail..) if you want to do that it would be cool bc both of the shows have over 100 episodes ...i think gintama has 250+... so if you want to watch both i recommend watching it that way.

Sword Art Online is also really good i have seen a few episodes. i think the characters are well developed and the show definitely leaves you wanting more

Would a game like sword art online work in reality?

Probably not. In the anime, you put on a singular piece of gear, a headset, that controls how your brain sends signals; so that you don’t move, but your consciousness is thrown into the game. That alone is grounds for all kinds of problems. Would the general populace like a headset that basically holds you hostage? How much testing (human or otherwise) would have to be done in order to make sure your brain doesn’t send signals to the parts of your brain that say “MOVE!”? And the science of consciousness is still very much a work in progress, as we still don’t quite know how thoughts and memories are stored; let alone transporting our whole mentality into a completely different plane of existence.Ok, but that’s assuming a lot. That’s assuming you want a game exactly like SAO. Let’s say you just want an Oculus Rift VRMMO that looks like SAO. What then?Well, maybe. For the most immersive experience, you’d need something like the Vive or other motion peripherals to simulate walking and slashing and etc, and that’s not cost-effective now. Later, maybe. Or what about just VR headset + keyboard? Until they can fix motion sickness issues, or the current issue where you can’t play for more than 30 minutes before vomiting, then no. Of course, all this can be improved upon in time, but we’re talking 5–10 years probably, at the lowest possible expectations; and assuming the VR hype doesn’t die before then.TL;DR, probably not.

Why is Sword Art Online ending at episode 25?

This is how the business go.

First,
-The studio request permission of sword art online anime adaptation to Kawahara Reki(author of SAO )
-The author accepts.

Then,
-They discuss about how many episodes or volumes will be adapted
-Since Sword art online has huge fan base since before anime starts , the producers are concerned about those fans who will be REALLY enraged if the anime adaptation doesn't follow novel closely
-So they decide to make 25 episodes for starter and wait for fans' reaction.

And thus SAO 25 episode anime was born.

Now, people who watch SAO are split into three groups
-SAO fans who say SAO is one of the best animes
-SAO fans who say SAO is better than (insert a shounen anime) but not masterpiece
-SAO haters who say SAO is very overrated

And their ratio is kinda like 50 % : 30 % : 20% so next season chance is pretty high In my personal opinion

If you want to fill SAO gap,
try
-Btooom ( similar to SAO )
-Accel world (same author as SAO)
-Sakurasou no pet na kanojo (comedy anime with good plot , suit for relaxation )
-Kokoro connect ( really good anime )
-Working!! ( another good easy-going anime )

About additional question : Continuing manga doesn't mean they will continue the anime since manga cost very little money to make while anime is a huge project.
