How can I erase my msn conversations?
Delete Chat History Logs 1 Click on "Start" and then click on "My Documents." Look for "Documents" if you are on Windows Vista or 7. 2 Double-click on the "My Received Files." You will see a list of MSN Messenger usernames. Only one username will be listed if no one else accesses MSN with your computer. 3 Double-click on the folder with the MSN Messenger username that you are using. 4 Double-click on the "History" folder. 5 Right-click on the chat log you wish to delete. Chat logs will be saved using the username of the MSN Messenger individual you were chatting with. 6 Select "Delete" from the menu. 7 Close out the window display. not sure about skype though since iv never used it.

Here are the steps:On the search bar located at the top of your screen, type in the name of the person or conversation that you've archived and;Send a message to that person.Doing these two steps will help get the conversation back on top of your conversations list.If for some reason, you can't or don't want to do step 2, you can still access and see the conversation thread regardless just by doing step 1. However, the conversation won't reappear on your list.Original answer:On the latest version of the Messenger app, I found that there was no direct option to restore an archived conversation. However, I did find a way to restore an archived conversation nonetheless.Just block the person and then unblock. Here are the steps:Click the “profile” icon which can be found on the farthest right at the top of the screen. Here you will find a list that goes: Username, Phone Number, Notifications & Sounds, etc.Among the list, go ahead and tap “People.”Tap “Blocked People” and then tap “Add Someone.”You should then enter or choose the name of the conversation you archived. Then turn on “Block All Messages.”After blocking the account, it will appear in “Blocked People,” just tap on “UNBLOCK” and the conversation should be back on your conversations list.
Deleting Messages from Facebook "Conversations"....?
How do you delete selected messages from parts of the "conversations" thread... my Facebook keeps clumping them all into one long thread of messages but there's only one option for delete. I'm afraid that if I hit the delete button, ALL of the messages will be lost, but I'm only looking to delete some of them. How do I go about doing that? (I hit delete once to test it out and a notification popped up asking if I wanted the WHOLE thread deleted.) So my question is: is there any way to separate the message conversation threads into parts so that I can delete isolated messages from different days without deleting the whole span of conversations?? Please help if you know how to do it! Thanks =)
Yes! If you long press on the message you will get option of unsend message, copy text. If you select Unsend Message(It will tell you what unsend message does only for the first time of selecting this option), It will delete the message.
