I Cannot Control My Eating

I can't control my eating anymore~?

I'm 15 and nearly 60kg (132 pounds). I really wanna lose some weight but i can't control myself when it comes to eating. I just eat and eat and can't stop. No will power what so ever. I just like the feeling of eating, but if i continue like this i will become obese.

I don't have a real exercise regime as such but there is a cross trainer and treadmill in my house. I also dance a little bit but i get a bit bored sometimes and don't feel like i ever push myself hard enough. It's really annoying me now because there is 4 weeks of summer holidays left were i don't see anyone and I want to start off the new school year looking healthy.

Can anyone help me?

I was born in englad. But my mom works overseas so she sent me to Texas to live with my Aunt maddie and cousin john when i was 14 . I was reasonably fit my height was at 5'4 and my weight at 110 pretty skinny . But my aunt maddie works as a food joint selling cheeseburgers and fries. Me and my cousin would help her when we came back from school . She would also feed us with junk food like 3 patties cheese burgers with cheese fries and a slice of cake . She would also make ME Eat all of her food . I tried to avoid gaining weight by playing footbal (soccer) but one time i accidently broke my foot . The doctor said i couldn't make any kind of foot movement for 4 months to avoid further injury . So my aunt would always would give me large portions of food eat and over the four months i gained 5 stone (56 POUNDS ) . I have no control when eating at my aunts maddie fast food joint instead of taking one burger i eat like 6 or 7 i honestly coundnt control my self . I tried resisting but my aunt would always would serve me large portions of food . I feel so guilty for letting myself go . I eat most at dining table its embarrasing . This is what i eat i at a normal basis
Breakfast - 8 chocolate chip pancake drowned with syrup.
Lunch - 3 Large Tacos with chicken strips
dinner 8 cheese burgers

What can I do if I cannot control myself from eating a lot of processed sweets from the vending machines at my workplace?

If you can see it from where you work, it can be extremely difficult. But as others have said, do NOT bring cash and pack healthy snacks if you feel you need something between meals.If you can’t actually see the machine from your work area? Over the weekend, tell yourself it doesn’t exist. Tell yourself “They’re taking it out, it won’t be there Monday!” Repeat that as many times as needed until you actually do start to believe it….then…as above…don’t bring cash and be sure you bring plenty of healthy snacks especially if you work part-time. If you work full time, don’t forget a healthy lunch, too!

How can I control my eating?

In the above answer,These all things sonds nice and may even work , but my friend the hardest part is controlling your emotions everytime you see delicious and unhealthy food in front of you .When you have learned controlling your belly’s urge to take you from walking over the street to the shop of snacks , or when seating on the couch and doing nothing you suddenly remember there is something to eat in the house and you start eating snacks ,these things my friend you know are unhealthier but you cannot stop while even knowing what you are doing .So , how to become the master of your mind . There are many many ways to do that , if you try any one of them , you will surely do it but remember if you went to try them all , like trying one for a day and another for other day , then you will not find your way out. So , best is to stick to one plan .But what is the plan ?Plan is simple , just stop the belly whenever it says you to eat something that you knoe will surely hurt you and tell it that you are it’s master and you won’t allow it .It sounds very simple but u know how hard it is to do that , but my friend once you start your works will become the strenght for your future , and when you will see any unhealthy food in front of you , your mind tells you to eat it , you will be able to stop it knowing what you have done in the past . That is the fact that will drive you to master your belly .So start it , just start it without having second thoughts that tells you if this happens or that happens , these all will just drive you crazy and you will never be able to reach there .If you start it and follow it, in just one or two days you will feel like you have already become a master of belly and you can tell whatever you want to it and it will surely follow your order .So , my friend go out and try , that’s all that is in our hands , don’t think about the destiny , just enjoy the journey , you will become a master!

I Can't Control my Dog!?

I got my dog Khloe (A Chihuahua-Shiba Inu mix) when she was 14 weeks old, but we adopted her thinking she was about 4 months. With my boyfriend, who is here only on weekends, she is like an angel. But when it's just me she's out of control, biting, growling, eating my clothing, taking my food right off my plate, and just doesnt listen if I tell her not to do something. We did puppy training and I follow everything they told us to do and she listened for maybe a week. I constantly have bruises on my hands and arms from fighting her off of me, and I have no idea what to do next! Nothing seems to work!! can someone please help me!!?

What should I do if I can’t control my eating habits but I need to lose weight?

Hi! I know it can be hard to control eating habits but once you start it does not take long for your body to adjust. I suggest trying to put your body into ketosis once in a while. You can do this through intermittient fasting. What i usually do is one week before i start i slowly reduce my meals, i drink mostly fluids so it does not come as a shock to my body when i begin fasting. Then i begin the fast after the juice cleanse. I don’t eat anything all day till 6 or 7 pm. You can drink water. So everyday i wake up, go about my daily activities, not eating puts your body into ketosis (survival mode) your body knows your not going to eat so it starts to fight to keep your system working. The internal fight helps you to lose weight, shrink your stomach and keep your body active. However, once you break your fast at 6 or 7 you can eat whatever and however you like! (please don’t binge). Do this once a week or two weeks in a month if you can handle it and your body will be strong and you’ll loose tons of weight!

How do I control what I eat, I either starve or binge!?

I always feel hungry after lifting weights and I cannot control my hunger although I am trying to diet with working out to control and decrease my weight. What can I do about this and how can I control my hunger?

Eat a piece of chocolate before you stop working out. It messes with the stomach acids.Or take whey. Mix whey protein with milk. Like a milk shake. Almost right after.Or eat chicken, rice and broccoli.Or snack on a protein bar.Or make a bunch of hard boiled eggs. And eat some directly after you work out.Just don't eat fast food or snacks like candy or soda. You wanna eat those when you aren't in demand of food. So you by default want less.Hard Boiled Eggs are the best because you can literally take them anywhere. You want them cold? Put them in a tupperware with ice. Warm? Just keep them in a backpack.And if you use pink salt, it will be very healthy.Try 1 hard boiled egg before you start working out. Don't work out entirely on an empty stomach. Eat a banana to coat the inside of your stomach if it gets really bad. Bananas can prevent hang overs too. Or weaken them.Last. Watermelon. Watermelon is a base. To your stomachs acids. Water melon will stop your stomach from reacting uncontrollably after a work out. Not so much during one.
