I Cannot Sort My Mail By Recipients I Am Missing Some Of My Tabs It Is Very Frustrating

How do i change the subject line when i am forwarding an email?

I couldn't figure out how to do that, and when I was able to change the subject with a reply email, it didn't show the message history. Can you help me with this? It used to let me just put my curser into the subject line of a forwarded email and change it. Now it doesn't seem to give me the option. This new version of yahoo is very frustrating and time-consuming. Is there a way to return to the old yahoo?

In the new version of Yahoo Mail the "save draft" option is missing, how can you get it back?

Here is a "workaround". It takes some time and preparation, but it will serve as a working save draft mechanism in the interim.

Compose your draft, and e-mail it to yourself, making sure to enable the "Save to sent messages" function. Use "Draft" as the first word in the message title to make it easier to spot.

To continue work, highlight & copy the text, click "Compose", then paste the text to the composition field. Repeat the send & copy process for each draft modification, then give it the proper title and send it to the proper recipient when the message is all done.

If you are working on or keeping multiple drafts at once, you can also go to your "Folders" section, create a new folder, and name it "Drafts", and move the drafted messages from your "Sent" box over to it. They can then be copied & pasted to the compose window for further work.

An added bonus of this is that if you share your machine, it will allow you to conceal them from prying eyes or meddling fingers.

What are some interesting hacks for Microsoft Outlook?

Hey hey everybody!I am glad that I came across this question since these days I am all into finding good replacements for Outlook. This might not be the exact answer for the above asked question, but I tried so many hacks with Outlook and because of it’s so poorly designed Interface I decided to download an email client! All in all, the “hack” (….actually just a tip) I would like to share with you is Hiri, which is basically Outlook on steroids! Yup, no hacks needed, Hiri has it all.The reason I recommend this tool (and NO, I AM NOT PROMOTING IT or something like that) is that it is very useful for Managers that are used (…or forced) to use Outlook. Things that I personally use as hacks are:I can send actionable emails and delegate work easily to other team members. Sending tasks using Hiri reduces ambiguity about who needs to do what.I looooove the Dashboard app! On average we check our mail 96 times a day and the Hiri dashboard can nudges you out of this habit. So you can focus on your work.I can keep track of the important emails, set reminders on ones I can't deal with immediately, or quickly drag them into mytask list etc.I (almost) never forget what I’ve asked people to do. There is a list of all the emails where I specifically asked a team member to do something. Also, I can quickly ping them for status updates. Then there is the Calendar app, contact list and much moreWell, the price isn’t a “hack” but it is surely affordable :).Again, for are you Managers out there using Outlook - try out Hiri (it is a genuine Outlook on steroids)! Now, let me ask you a question:

Why are the emails I compose in Gmail going directly into the trash immediately after I click "Send"?

Filters is one place to look, but the mailbox you are checking could have forwarding set up on it.Look in settings > forwarding.  See if the option  is set to delete your mail after forwarding.  Turn it off or leave it and use the mailbox you are forwarding all your messages to instead.

How can I send a private message through Quora?

From our Help Center article, How can I send a private message through Quora?:You can message other Quora users using our 'Messages' feature. On the web, open Messages in the Profile menu at the top-right. From your mobile app, you can find Messages in the 'You' tab. To send a new message, click on the 'Messages' link below your name and profile description, then click on 'Compose' in the bottom right. You can also message a user directly by visiting their profile, then clicking on the 'Message' link below their username and profile description. You can control who sends you messages on Quora, and you may not be able to message all users on Quora (depending on their settings). The default mode for messaging is that, with some exceptions, you will only receive messages from people you follow. You can still allow anyone to message you by changing your privacy settings. You can also choose to turn off messages altogether. These settings mean that new messages you receive will generally be from people that you connect with, and there will be less risk of spam or harassment from strangers. For more information about Quora’s features and frequently asked questions, check out our Help Center.

What is "Inbox by Gmail"?

Overall, it's ok. Functional, good looking, but it doesn't meet my expectation actually... Following is not a systematic review, just some points I got from using it for the first time.---Email subject is not a required field, and "send" & "attachment" are too close. I sent one email by mistake, coz everything happened too fast...---Inbox and "pin" function share a similar icon, which I don't like very much, coz it makes me confused.---"Bundle" feature works fine, I had a look at every category, and found Inbox just recognized the topics and organized correctly.---However, it's not so accurate when I open "Social" and "Low priority". In social, the emails actually are my "work" emails (I use fb to connect with teammates of my course projects, so I guess Inbox categorizes your emails only according to source of them). And in low priority, are my recent conversations. I doubt if I receive them on Gmail with my laptop, they'll be marked important automatically...---Basically, Inbox gives you a to-do list (which you can't set date/time) and the items are shown together with your pinned emails. Maybe when someone is really addicted to Inbox, and opens it so frequently, he'll use this "Reminder" to remind him. I'll be happy to use it, only when I can select part of the email content, and send it directly to "Reminder".---I'm expecting the nice effect of material design, but this "+" icon is just an ordinary one. Material design is sophisticated and beautiful, but I'm afraid it's making design more difficult, even for professional designers, and it's not easy to prevent the wrong use of material design.More importantly, it shows the recent contact (which is nice), but I always send emails to a team of people... It doesn't make much sense when I want to send an email to A, B and C, but the app suggests me to choose one recipient from A, B and C.---I like the profile picture <-> checkbox idea.---I'm still using Mailbox, even though I have to add labels in Gmail again coz it doesn't support that.I'll keep an eye on the update of Inbox :)

How can I forward an image with captions in WhatsApp?

With a new caption or old caption. The idea is simple do not select the send arrow on the top , instead select the share option and in that select what's app.You will get to write the caption now.Now if you want the same caption download universal copy application from play store and copy the text of the caption and as mentioned above paste it when what's app asks for the caption. My suggestion type the caption once again as using extra app is frustrating.Hope this is what you were looking for.Peace :)
