Dyed my hair with splat (red) can I go swimming? QUICK responses plz!!!?
Ok I dyed my hair with red splat dye around 9 days ago, and i am going swimming tomorrow. Im pretty sure the water is chlorine. I want to know if this will damage my hair or the color . The dye in my hair doesn't run in the shower anymore that stopped a few days ago and I did use the bleach to bleach it, also my hair is now more of any orange but I like it. Idk if that info helps but I just wanted to add it just in case.
Can I swim in chlorinated water after dying my hair?
I dyed my hair brown using Liese hair dye (Milk Tea Brown). I didn't use bleach and my hair was black. After dying it, my hair became a reeeally dark brown and you can only see the difference in my hair if there is bright light. Tomorrow is Easter and I'm going to my aunt's house and they have a pool. I really want to go swimming but my mom thinks that if I get inside, the chlorine will turn my hair green or some kind of color or make me go bald. Is this true? What will happen if I do go swimming in the pool? What can I do to prevent horrible things from happening to my hair if I do go swimming? Please be specific! And if you need to know, by the time I (might) go swimming, I would have had my hair dyed for around 18 hours already.
Ok i really need help. my hair is getting thinner and shorter?
ok i am 16 and i am a swim instructor and a lifeguard so i am always in the pool. i had amazing long silky curly hair that everyone would die over. i went to this guy to get my hair done and i have been going to him for 4 years and all my family does too. i got blonde highlights and i have gotten them before but this time idk what happened well he bleached my hair cause i have dark brown hair and them didn't even put blonde so i liked it until he starting blow drying it. it turned platinum blonde. so i asked him to tone it so i get the blonde i wanted so he did. it still didn't turn the color i wanted.. so he said come back tomorrow and i will tone it again so i did and he toned it 3 time. after that it stillwasn'tt the color but it was close and i liked it. so i carried on with my life and working in th pool everyday my hair started to get Blonder and Blonder, thinner i mean really thin, and so much shorter ( it is to my shoulders and it was to the lower of my back.) so me and my mom were thinking it was because of how many times my hair was toned that it made it that way but we are not sure. but to my question i wanna know what i can do to get my long silky curly hair back? it looks so dead, so blonde at the ends, and short, it also feels really horrible. i will do anything at any cost i just want to get my hair back. also i am going to get my hair deep conditioned and colored to my natural color tomorrow so is there anything i should but on my hair before the color. i really dont know anymore. i miss my hair please please please help me and no bogus answers
Long hair?
hey, im trying to grow my hair out. i want it as long as miley cyrus's. my hair is wavy and thick. i straighten it everyday during thw school year, but when summer came i chopped all the dead hair off and left it curly all summer. the length is just below my armpit. is there anything i can do to make it grow faster? i also want my nails to grow before school starts. is there anything i can do to make them grow faster to? i usually pick at them but im trying to stop. thanks!
