I Got Out Of Jail They Gave Me A

Should I date a guy that just got out of jail?

OK this guy is cute but he just got out of jail. He says his sons' Mom put him in jail and ratted him out for something he did like robbery or something. My question is, should I keep talking to him? Because he has so much baggage and I dont know I dont like dating guys who have kids because I dont and especially since hes been to jail it shows the type of character he has. And especially if his own Baby Momma ratted him out it was probably because he tried her somehow. So what do you think? Ive talked to him about it and he says it aint like that. But I dont know im not stupid either.

Have you ever bailed anyone out of jail?

Yes, although going myself is usually a no no , for several reasons.I’m out on bond myself, this doesnt mean you can’t bond someone elee out but the bondsman is less likely to let you bond soneone our then if you weren’t out on bond .The bondsman and my step dad don’t necessarily got beef, it’s more like a running competition between grown ass little kids. I.e . My bad ass truck is better then yours and I’ll raise you a sailboat. Type shit (there’s not a singie body of water for at least 90 miles in every direction.Just so much easier to have a friend take the cash and pay it.This leads to potentially 2 problemsYour partner who got bonded out not going to courtThe person you sent not trying to get the bond back. Now if your partner doesn’t go to court, but you paid the whole bond you don’t get your cash back which is bad in and of itself. More so if you just paid the 15 % for cash assurity. They don’t show to court now they want the other 85 percent so for exampleIf my partners bond was say 500,000 dollars and i get someone to go take the whole amount down there my partner gets out when he goes to court regardless of if they find him guilty or innocent the chick I sent still gets the whole amount back. Now if it’s 500,000 cash assurity then what’s 15% of 500,000? 75,000 right. So if my partner doesn’t go to court, they try and collect the rest of that from my friend who I sent down there. If my buddy does go to court it doesn’t matter if he’s found guilty or not because we only put up the 15 % the bondsman keeps it regardless this is where they make there monies. It’s a interesting system. I think it’s an over all fairly interesting business.

Dating a man who just got out of jail?

I recently became really close friends with this girl. Her brother is someone who I used to hang with alot and had a crush on. He's been locked up for about 4yrs and my friend got him to write me a letter (shes trying to get us hooked up), so we've been writing eachother for a few weeks and he asked if I would wait for him to get out of jail and see how things will work out between us. He is supposed to be home in March which isn't that long of a wait. He says he is not going to get in any more trouble when he gets out because he never wants to go back to jail.

He went to jail for something really stupid but he got alot of time because he had been in trouble before.

What do you think I should do in this situation?

My husband let his best friend, who recently got out of jail, move into our basement. We have kids, and the friend gives me creep vibes. What should I do? He has nowhere else to go.

Let me tell you my story, then you decide.I was a single dad with my 4-year-old daughter, living a happy life. A buddy of mine who I grew up with, from 1st to 8th grade, called me from Dallas and said he was coming for a visit. I was really glad to hear it. We drank and shared stories till the wee hours and went to bed.I got up early the next morning and was making coffee, when my daughter came in and told me he had crawled into bed with her and was touching her. She was 4, I knew she was not making this up, and her little friend who stayed the night said the same thing. He was still in bed at this time. I became so angry, I began to shake and saw red. It was a feeling that I don’t want to feel again. He finally came into the kitchen all smiling and such. The only thing I could do, and just barely was able to do, was tell him, “Don’t say a word, run out the front door this instant as fast as you can. I can only hold myself back for the next minute or two. then I will cut your throat.”I called the cops, told the story, and they found and arrested him. The United Way sent a child counselor to my house, and worked with my daughter many times as we were going to court to prosecute. Luckily for my daughter, he plead guilty, got 5 years, and is labeled a sex offender. I was very, very lucky I held control, otherwise I would have went to jail for murder and left my daughter alone. That's my story. Do you want one of your own? Do you want the chance of a story of your own? I trusted this guy; he was a childhood friend; never would I have believed he was capable of it.But it’s your kid — you make the decision.

Who's allowed to bail you out of jail?

I got arrested a week ago for possession of weed. My boyfriend said the jail told him he wasnt allowed to bail me out because we dont live together? Is that a thing? Or did he just not want to bail me out?

I live in Florida if that helps.

Why eat tofu when you get out of jail in korea??

How interesting! I haven't noticed that myself, but now I'll be paying attention. I gave you a star because now I'm curious myself. I hope you get a good answer.

ETA:
Wow, that is strange. I like tofu, but a plain block of it is kind of, well, yucky. Maybe they just need a lot of protein after jail? Seems pretty symbolic if they put it in movies, though. I haven't seen either of those, but I'll be on the lookout for tofu from now on. And actually, you've got me curious now, so I'm going to do a little searching...

ETA2:
Okay! found something!
In this link it says that it symbolizes living "white" and pure from now on:

And this one offers essentially the same interpretation, and about the same movie as well:

Ha! And this link suggests the purity symbolism AND protein needs:

Can you go straight to jail for just speeding? If yes do you think the officer was being prejudice?

First off I have never been in trouble or have had a ticket I have a perfect driving record, I live in a small town in Arkansas the officer is a city cop. I was on my way to work i was going 76 in a 45 mph zone he charged me with speeding and wreckless driving. I was late for work i didnt argue with the officer or anything. As soon as he got to the window he told me to get out i was going to jail. I thought he was kidding. I got out and he told me why, rudely may i add, he then put me in cuffs in the back of the car and had my truck towed. They informed me at the station i wasnt arrested but brought in for bail i was 4 hours late for work and was humiliated is there something i can do???
