I Had A Dream About My Old School

Dreams about my old high school?

I have been having dreams about my old high school. It's not like it's every night, but about a few times a month.
Let's see, last year I went to a different school in a district that I have been in for many years, most of my school life. I moved to a different area during my freshman year, and have been going to the high school here longer than the one I had been in.
I think I was only in my old high school for about five weeks, and that was it.
It's not like they are bad dreams, they are just really weird. Almost like I had never moved anyway. Sometimes the school would look different and I'd see some of the friends at my new school there.

Does this mean anything? I'm really curious.

This not only happens about my school, but even my old house and neighborhood sometimes.

Why do i keep dreaming about my old school?

i have dreams of visiting my old school too. its because i miss mine. maybe you miss yours and wish you could go back?
and to answer your other question, people say when you dream about a family member dying, the person you dream about will live longer. im not sure if thats true though.

Dream about old school and old friends?

School

To dream that you are in school, signifies feelings of inadequacy and childhood insecurities that have never been resolved. It may relate to anxieties about your performance and abilities. If you are still in school and dream about school, then the dream may just be a reflection of your daily life and has no special significance.

Alternatively, a dream that takes place in school may be a metaphor for the lessons that you are learning from your waking life. You may be going through a "spiritual learning" experience.

To dream that you are looking for a school, suggests that you need to expand your knowledge and learning. To dream that you are at a new school, means that you are feeling out of place in some situation. Or perhaps there is a new lesson that you need to learn.

To dream that your childhood school is in ruins, suggests that you are dwelling on some unresolved childhood issue. Alternatively, the dream represents the passage of time. You need to look toward the future instead of reliving the past.

Friend

To see friends in your dream, signify aspects of your personality that you have rejected, but are ready to incorporate and acknowledge. The relationships you have with those around you are important in learning about yourself. Alternatively, dreaming of a friend, indicates positive news.

To see your childhood friend in your dream, signifies regression into your past where you had no responsibilities. Things were much simpler and carefree. You may be wanting to escape the pressures and stresses of adulthood. Consider the relationship you had with this friend and the lessons that were learned. Alternatively, the childhood friend suggests that you have been acting in a childish manner. You need to start acting like an adult.

To dream that your best friend is dying, suggests that some aspect or quality that your best friend possess is dying within your own self.

Recurring dream about my elementary school?

I have dreamed about my old elementary school at least once or twice a month for the past ten years. About two years ago, I wanted to visit it in hopes of ending the dreams, only to find out it had closed down but the church is still open.

My fiancee believes it is because I miss my innocence. During the week, I stayed at the school over twelve hours a day from kindergarten to sixth grade. I didn't have many friends, but I was happy. I believe it does represent innocence to me... but does that mean I will continue to dream about it forever?

Why do I keep dreaming of my old house?

A house is where you live, it is where you grew up and developed your thoughts and ideals. The old house, I’m assuming, is your childhood house or it could also be a where you once made a lot of memories.A house in your dreams represents your inner being, your soul, and your self. Since attics are on the top of a house they represent your brain—your intellect, while basements are usually underground where somethings are hid they may represent your subconscious. As Sigmund Freud puts it, the bottom-hidden-from-the-surface part of the iceberg is your unconscious.Image source: Unconscious MindYour past or childhood bedroom might represent the time where you were once very relaxed and unwary of the intricacies of life. Seeing your old bedroom may mean that you are regressing to the time you were once so relaxed. Perhaps your current life is stressing you so much.Your kitchen is where we cook food, seeing the kitchen might mean a regression to the time where you are still eating the food you eat which was cooked on that kitchen. You might be eating unhealthily today?Other parts of the house would have their own meaning according to you, it will depend on what kind of memory you have on that particular area of the house. It is just that dreaming of the things you once were or had or own is a form of regression, unconsciously you want to experience these things or emotions again.Perhaps you are too stressed on your current life? or you want your old house better than where you are now? or you just miss old memories which had happened in that old house? The answer still depends on you, and how you would connect it to your waking life, past or present or might be future.

I had a dream about my old crush. What does it mean?

That means she's dreaming about you as well at the moment. Kidding!.Well I don't know whether you like this or not, but I wish it happened to me. Because I never had that experience. As to answer the question:This kind of a dream cannot be specified into a certain group. Sometimes we see what we want in our dreams. In this scenario you want her. One day you'd want to ask her out. The dream says that you like her. And you miss her.So.... You like her huh?Ask her out. If not, keep her as the crush untill you want to ask her out. But remember this. A dream is not telling you that she's the one. But give it a try. Of course, no pushing.Besides I don't want to be the reason for someone getting a bad.... (Nah... I'll keep it to myself.)Still, no pushing.Luck! Badass!.....
