I Have A Mexican Id But Not California Id Well I Still Be Able To Get In A Insomniac Event I Am

What will happen if the Romney administration reverses the deferred action for undocumented immigrants?

He will not revoke the program because it's already created legal rights for everyone who's eligible to apply as of yesterday.

The only thing he can do is choose not to renew it.

Which he will not do unless he can see hard numbers of it's damage.

Which will entirely depend on the media's reporting bias.

The only way this would be revoked is if all the 1st generation immigrants threatened to vote for the candidate who promised to revoke the program.

The only positive thing this program is doing for immigrants is that it will let some of the illegals have a taste of what the rest of us have been griping about for the past 20 years.

They get their EAD and they get a real SS# and they start paying real taxes in the 20% range on a $15 an hour job minus all the costs of legally owning a documented car with the required insurance because now they will have to be documented in everything they do. And also, let's not forget Obama Care to tack on.

There goes that ER coverage because they'll have to pay it back via payroll deductions when they're sued for running out on the bill because now we have their prints and real identity and can track them down.

Meanwhile, their great neighbor friend with a DUI is still willing to do it for $5/hr and drive to work in an unregistered truck filled with 10 other illegal aliens because none of them can get the EAD.

So sure, let them have their cake and eat it too.

So why are not the ones California towns boycotting Mexico additionally? California could under no circumstances do something to offend their huge Mexican populace. Is it Legal for a 19 year old to drink on a Carnival Cruise in Mexico?

Ideas hasn't read all the laws.

You see in order for the cruise lines to be allowed to operate on US soil and in order for passengers not to be required to have a passport to cruise, the US govt requires these cruise ship to maintain a drinking age of 21 on all cruises that begin in the US.

The Federal govt does not set the drinking age in the United States. That is left up to the individual states.

Bottom line, you can't drink period while on the ship. When the ship stops at a port in Mexico, you can disembark from the ship, at which point you are on Mexican soil and are now legal to drink. Once back on the ship, its back up to 21.

This is an event not only for French, but for every other language as well. When people emigrate to other parts of the world with different languages, the original language is lost by the 3rd generation.I’d ask if you are looking to obtain, or have, French citizenship? And you are embarrassed or worried about losing that citizenship because you can’t speak the language? Or is this just a personal aspiration for you considering your roots? My grandmother, French to the core, born and raised in France, moved to the States with her 6yo daughter, who at that point had only known French, and her newborn son. Fast forward a decade and daughter can understand and speak French, but can’t really write it, and is slow at reading. Son can understand and speak conversational French, but not understand the more respectful forms of French since he’s only spoken with family.Daughter gets married, has 2 kids, son gets married, has 2 kids, both to American spouses and English becomes the main language for family, unless grandma wants to chat with daughter or son. All children grow up hearing French sometimes but understand little, and only speak English. Fast forward many years…Grandmom has an American accent when speaking French and a French accent speaking English. It’s easier for her to speak English now.Daughter can speak conversational French, but can’t really read or write French.Son can get by in French, no reading or writing.3 grandchildren have no understanding of French (or any other language). One grandchild inspired by his family history (and wanting to know what his family members were secretly talking about) had the opportunity to live in France some summers, to travel to France on vacations, to use French with people outside of family, to learn French in school, and to be embarrassed that he was not even better at French than he was. He was motivated to learn and use the language.Of this entire family, only one has French citizenship, the motivated grandchild. The rest, well, this is what happens over the generations; it’s quite normal. People become where they are currently from, not their histories.

How can i express myself and be able to be outgoing and be myself with out caring what people think?

Well, im about to head into my first year in high school and my freshman orientation/schedule pickup is tomorrow so please give me some things to do to help me be able to express myself. At times, i find it hard to express my feelings like sometimes i feel there is flem in my throat and i have gut feeling when i speek and stuff like that. i know that some of the reason i feel this way is that im the only rocker kid in school it seems like while everyone is mostly preppy/jocky, a few are skaters ,very rarely are scene, and no emos and that im always pushed around cause im differnet and not athletic and id rather learn a Eddie Van Halen riff or something awesome on the guitar than join a sports teem or stuff like that. Also, it seems like i can be expressive when im around my best friend since 5th grade named zander. Although he doesn't look anywhere near how i look and stuff, he respects me for who i am and hes the only person i can ever trust and like rock music too but not as much as i do. (I am talking about my peers here). Also, I know its possible cause i remember one Thursday night, i went to a Mexican restraunt and i my meal, (which i really liked), and plus i took a couple of the sugar packs from the restraunt and i went to bed earlier than usual and the next day, i was energized and more outgoing than usual and maybe a tiny bit hyper. I remember people in my 7th and 8th period were like wtf?? and all sorts of stuff. although i acted like a complete douche bag cause i was a little hyper, it felt good to do that and not care. The monday i came back to school, same thing and then i went back to my normal quiet, more reserved self. I feel that i have missed out on alot of things and opportunities from being quiet and reserved and that im making my school year suck and stuff like that. I wanna make more friends and not care what my enemies think or if make more enemies and maybe be able to talk to a amazingly beautiful chick without gut feelings and second thoughts. Please help me!!!!!!!

If you were brought to America illegally as a child what do you do to get citizenship as an adult?

From what I know, kids who were brought here illegally have broken the law since they are over 18 years of age. The fact that he was brought here will not really help. They really don't care.

It is very frustrating to hear people say that they are criminals and that they are trying to right their wrongs by blaming their parents (when in fact they did have fault in this- they made a very bad mistake by bringing their kids illegally).

If he would have returned to his country before he turned 18 then chances would have been higher.

( It also frustrates me when people say to go back when they have no idea if they have families- somewhere to go and be supported.)

Any who, marrying your boyfriend will not grant him a green card. It MAY help in adjusting his status, and that's about it. The biggest problem is that he came here without permission- a visa. So that's is basically why he will be denied a green card.

However, if the Dream Act passes, the fact that he is a good person, has no criminal record, graduated high school will count. Those are basically the rules to qualify when the Dream Act passes. It will give a 6 year residence to people who want to go to school and who behave good. After 6 years and after completing at least two years of college, he will have, like many others, a green card. Tell him this and tell him to hold on.

A lot of people are against the Dream Act, but it may pass. Just be Patient.

Hire a lawyer if possible. They will explains things to you in much more detail.
