I Have A Question On Exerciseing

I have a question about piano fingering and Hanon exercises?

To use the metaphor of a gym:

Think of hanon more in terms of various exercises that you would do at a gym. It may take days, or even weeks to master a certain exercise (ie. curl-ups on a ball, forward leg lunges), but once you finally master it, that doesn't mean you stop doing it just to learn a new exercise. You rotate between different exercise, you leave it and come back to it, you try it with weights and other variations.

In terms of hanon, one you feel like you a have a good grasp of the exercise, and can do it at a reasonable speed (for your level/ability), sure, pick up the next hanon, but re-visit it, later on. Once you've learned 5 or 6, choose two or three a day to work on and alternate. Then learn 5 or 6 more. To vary it, often hanon suggests variations. For example, you could try dynamic change, articulation + touch change (staccato, legato, combination of both), rhythm changes (try a dotted rhythm, or combine notes to make a triplet, etc), and hand isolation changes (one hand staccato, the other legato. One hand forte, the other piano).

You don't have to stop playing one hanon to move on to learning another. Alternate them. It keeps your brain motivated + as well as your fingers!

As to your question about fingering, hanon is not so much about mastering fingering. It is more about developing agility and articulation within your finger movement. The format for hanon is very repetitive - just using slight variations for each exercise. When learning a difficult song, every person needs to sit through and study the fingering slowly (if it involves tricky passages). There's no way to get around that. Hanon will help your finger strength for the song, but it won't help you to "automatically" know a passage's fingering. That requires memorization and practice (just like hanon!)

Hope that helps!

Do I have to solve all the intent and exercise questions for the chemistry class 12 boards?

You don't necessarily need to do all problems in your textbook, but you need to make sure that you can do them. This usually involves doing a reasonable sample to test yourself, but if u have sufficient time then I will say just try them because board is all about NCERT.

I have been given a question in my lab exercise. It says: "Write any simple program in C, compile and execute it. Observe the processes involved in it." How can I observe the processes involved in it?

Does all the questions come from ncert exercises in chemistry 12 boards?

Almost all the questions in CBSE Board examinations come from NCERT textbooks. But this does not mean that the questions will come only from NCERT exercises. This is applicable to all the subjects and not just chemistry. The questions are designed so as to test your knowledge of various concepts and hence are not the exact copy of exercise-questions. You will be able to answer them only when you go through and understand all the chapters in the book. Since NCERT books are concise, sometimes certain reference books can also be helpful. You should solve practice papers to get an idea about the type of questions asked in the examination. You can get accurate information about the subject-specific study materials and previous years’ papers instantly at https://www.toppr.com/boards/cbse/. If you are clear with your basics, it would help you in the long run (for entrance exams). I am giving the list of books for chemistry some of which you can refer to for your Board exams:· NCERT Textbook (is a must)· NCERT Solutions by Arihant· Pradeep’s New Course Chemistry· Modern’s ABC for ChemistryAlso understand the fact that only getting marks is not important; always study with the motive that you want to understand the topic and then you would realize that only doing the exercises is not enough.Hope this helps. All the Best!

A question for males who have experienced exercise induced orgasms (coregasms)?

Yes!
Been having coregasms since I was a little kid, too young to ejaculate, but ever since I became physiologically able, I have been blasting away.
Now that I'm old(er), it is harder to do, and it's something I do very rarely, but now when I do it I still ejaculate but usually am not erect, which is different for me. I always assumed when guys did it they were erect, but maybe that's not true. Might be a good question.
So, why do you ask?

I have been exercising from the last 45 days. What are some suggestions for a vegan diet plan to get flat abs?

Exercises is great way to get six pack abs. For people who want to get six pack abs in short time, you can try Imodstyle 6 Pack Abs (please search on google) . I was pretty lean before, but after a 24 days of follow that guide I actually have visible definition in my abs and I even have muscle definition on my sidesWhether you are aiming to accomplish your exercise objectives or only wish to appear great in a swimsuit, obtaining a sculpted pair of six-pack abs is a goal shared by many.Obtaining a six-pack demands commitment and hard work, however you do not need to hit the gym seven days per week or become an expert stylist to do so.Rather, a few alterations to your daily diet and lifestyle could be sufficient to generate serious, long-term outcomes.

Will any NCERT InText and exercise questions come up in the class 12 CBSE chemistry exam?

Don’t take your Ncert Textbook lightly as far as CBSE board is concerned. Many questions will come as it is from your Ncert InText and Exercise questions , more precisely the section of organic chemistry. If you really need to score well then you must go through the Ncert InText and exercise questions. I will say atleast 60% is exactly same as your Ncert InText and Exercise questions in CBSE exam. So if you even don’t know the C of chemistry just mug up the textbook exercise questions , that’s more than enough for you.

Does the CBSE ask questions in the board from additional exercises in physics also?

No, chances of coming question from the additional exercise are very less.If CBSE wants to make the paper tough, then they will give you tricky questions to solve, a ques whose solution will be short but requires a good concept.I must suggest you to solve all the intext ques for sure. They are really important. After this solve back exercise, excluding Additional ques. Then solve previous year ques, pactice diagrams and derivation. After doing all these if you have time ,then solve additional exercise.By solving Previous year ques you will come to know what ques from additional exercise can come.Don't try to solve additional exercise during preparatory leave as this can let your moral down. Thanks for reading! All the best

What kinds of nutrition and exercise questions are senior citizens most interested in?

Ones that are easy, do not hurt, don't take a long time or include dressing in weird, difficult to don clothing, and don't cost money. Seniors don't mind adventure and change in small doses, but what they mostly like is comfort. Seniors may wish to know the benefits of water exercises-  that means transport to a pool, a changing room, and going out semi-naked in fromt of others-  not all that comfortable-  but given the alternative is staying sitting in their easy chair, they may consider it.  Seniors may wish to know about any objective evidence for specific nutrition related to one of their disease processes (for instance, asparagus is not good for those who have gout), but they aren't as adventurous with food as younger folks-  if chard and kale weren't a favorite before, they aren't going to be a favorite now.  Seniors have been cooking for 60, 70 years-  tell them how to make it easier, and for one or two people, and you might get their attention. Ease and comfort-  that's what seniors like.
