I Have Black Hair N Eyes N Light Brown Skin And Dunno What To Dye My Hair I Want A Change

Do lighter hair shades make your skin look lighter or darker?

It wont make me edit the question & type a description so here it is:So me and a group of my friends got in a friendly debate today. I brought up that I was thinking about going up a few shades in hair color. My natural hair color is black, and I was thinking of going to like a dark ash brown (a very dark dirty blonde) I have a warm skin tone but on the lighter side and dark brown eyes since i’m middle eastern.Anyways, we began discussing whether lighter hair shades make you lighter, a lot of us agreed that it does because it makes you look paler, cools your complexion, and since lighter hair shades are usually associated with fair-skinned people, it's sort of an optical illusion that makes you look lighter. But also darker hair shades make you look lighter, because of the contrast of your skin and the dark hair and that lighter hair makes your skin look darker because of the contrast as well?I don't know what to do. I dont wanna look darker/tanner and if anything i wanna look paler? but im bored with my black hair. Will very dark ash blonde make me look lighter or darker? What do you guys think?THANKS IN ADVANCE

What is Adriana Lima's eye, hair, and skin color?

let's see, from what I can tell from pictures she has green/blue/grey eyes, olive skin, and chocolate brown hair? I think that's correct!

Would light red hair suit me? I'd like to dye my hair as a natural redhead, but I don't know if it'd look good. I have pale skin, light brown eyebrows, and very dark hair. I have green/blue undertones in my skin I think.

With cool skin tones, you are best to stick to darker reds and burgundy rather the copper, orange pigmentation of a “Ginger”. (I don't like that term but people know exactly what we mean when we use it…lol). People with natural copper toned hair, are usually warm in complexion.Reds are separated into two groups. Cool and warm undertones. Copper, orange, golds and yellow blondes are warm. Mahogany, burgundy and bright reds are for cool toned skin. It's frustrating because red hair fades so quickly, you will end up with the brassy undertones as the colour processing fades away. If you are going to go red, revive or refresh your colour weekly to keep it from changing in tone.Rules for hair colour have gone out the window. When we are taught about it during our education, we have to stick to the rules. With the high pigmentation colours that are on the market now, there are no rules…lolIf you are unsure about a colour, try a temporary colour like a semi or demi. You can also try hair makeup which washes out with a shampoo. It works like a gel.The change in shades may be what you are focused on rather than the actual colour. Give yourself time to adjust to it before you make a decision. If you like the copper hair, try it. I saw your pictures and don't find it much different from the blonde colour you used. When determining the best colour for your skin tone, no makeup is best. You can adjust your cosmetics to help your hair colour suit your skin tone needs. If you have any questions please ask away. Have fun with it :-)

What medicine/supplement can change eye and hair color?

I've never heard of an antidepressant that has that side effect, but there's an ocular drug that treats chronic glaucoma (Lantanoprost) which can make green eyes turn brown permanently.

The hair color change can be an indication of malnutrition or copper deficiency. It could be possible your friend might even have a natural genetic predisposition for his hair color change. Some people can develop hair vitiligo.

And yes, your body can alter protein production by changing how it uses it's DNA. I wouldn't count out the possibility your friend's hair changed because of the complex secondary manifestations of the neurotransmitter concentration changes that ocurred after he started taking the drugs and where his emotional problems improved.

My daughter dying her hair blonde?

This question is a little complicated. I'm latino, and my daughter's mother is white. Our daughter pretty much looks just like a clone of her mother, she's very light skinned and her facial features are pretty much the same as her mothers, same lips, ears, nose, same eyes, except her mother's eyes are blue and my daughters are brown.
The only thing that my daughter really got from me is her dark hair. Her mother's hair is blonde, but our daughter's is dark dark brown, pretty much black. Otherwise you can't even tell she's half latina.
So anyways, she wants to dye her hair blonde or light brown, she's 14 btw, and the only real reason I am reluctant to lether is because once she's a blonde there will be absolutely NO resmeblence between us anymore. I might be selfish, but i woudl like my own daughter to look like me in some way just a little at least. If we have to go out in public, it'll look like some old latino guy with some waspy young white girl.
My daughter has wanted to change her hair color for a long time and I feel bad about delaying it this long, but I guess part of me thinks that the reason she might want to change it is because she doesn't want people to know she's half latina or something. My fears are probably unfounded, but I'd love some feedback on this.

If a jet black haired parent and a blonde parent have children, what color hair would the children likely have?

You can study dominant and recessive genetics and you will learn that brown eyes are the dominant (most prevalent) gene. Blonde hair is the recessive gene and thus less common. Even when a person is born with blonde hair, it may turn darker with age.I will tell you that I know of one true blonde/blue eyed person in my immediate family. My father’s mom. She also had natural curly, blonde hair ( both recessive genes). = Both her sons (my father (green eyes/recessive gene) and uncle/my father’s brother) had jet black hair.=My mother and father (green eyes/recessive gene) both had jet black hair.=The 3 children born of my parents all had jet black hair. 1 child got the recessive gene for green eyes. 2 had no kids. 1 had 9 kids (me).= I have 1 blonde haired/blue eyed (both recessive genes) child with her father who (like me) has dark hair and brown eyes. She is 17 years young. So it is likely she will maintain her blonde hair.=I had 1 child with a man who has blonde hair/blue eyes. Our child has medium brown hair and blue eyes. The moral of the story is that yes, the recessive genes will eventually show themselves down the line but not necessarily in the 1st or 2nd or 3rd generations. And person with brown eyes must also have the recessive gene for blue eyes in order to have a blue eyed child. So! you just never know who has those recessive genes hiding behind their dark hair and dark eyes. And honestly, the real deal is that anybody can change their hair color or lose their hair, so at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter. lol
