I Have Decided To Do This For My Story Can Someone Help Me Think Of A Title For It

I have a title, but no story. Someone help me think.?

Hmm, My Sweet Addiction. Well, the first question is, is the main character a male or female. For the sake of this answer, I'm saying male. I'll name him, Donavon. Well, what is he addicted too? The obvious answer is a girl. But what kind of girl? Not a vampire. There are too many of those(for my taste at least) perhaps a fallen angel or a witch. Maybe she's a mofia and her assignment is to kill him. Ooo! They're agents assigned to destroy each other. But they have no idea the one they are out to destroy is trying to do the same to them. They both act like they are interested in each other and when the time is right, they strike like cobras! But they never get the chance because Donavon falls maddy for his enemy whom we shall call Ava and she for him. Now, they have a new mission, keep their love a secret or risk death from the agencies they are trying to escape. Hmm, seems a bit typical. Let's throw in another member of the love scene. Ava's most resent, and highly dangerous(and jealous) ex boyfriend. Yes, that should spice things up a bit.

Ok so that was my exact thought process while I was writing my answer. Hope that helped. If it didn't, then maybe I'll use it. :)

Can someone help me in writing this story?

Are all parties "born in the USA"? and don't follow (or don't want to follow) ancestral customs?

You probably know that Puerto Ricans and Cubans are not alike. Neither are Chinese and Japanese. They have different histories, different customs and the two Asian nations have different languages.

Which two peoples you pick is up to you.

I suggest that you research each country via the Internet, and/or through books. As and overview of "[Country] -- Social life and customs" (Library of Congress subject heading) Travel guides usually provide the most information in brief in one place. Wikipedia might have correct and useful information too if it used good sources.

I'm writing a story on Wattpad. Can someone help me by providing a suitable and attractive title for my story?

You need more than and attractive eye-catching title. In fact, I think you’ve already got that. What you need is attractive, catching writing that will capture and hold the reader’s interest beyond the first line. You want to write about the normal girl who has problems all-the-same. Good topic, appealing to a certain audience such as myself. If I may, let’s look at writing technique.Verbs, present and past tenses. Cleaning up the verbs to make the story take place all in the past tense or all in the present tense will increase its appeal, make it seem cleaner and clearer, sharper in focus. The story speaks of Cassie in very general terms. We don’t see her in sharp outlines interacting with a friend or sibling or parent or teacher. People don’t exist in a vacuum. Let us see this very ordinary girl who none-the-less has problems interact with her very ordinary friends who also have unique characters. This will bring the story to life with faces, voices, places, incidents. You insert what you imagine the reader must be thinking. That’s a mistake; it distracts from the story; slows it down. Cut:You must be thinking that I'm going to write: now what happens when...

Wrong.

She stumbles into someone one day. She thought that her life was going to carry on as it was before. Normal.

Wrong.

Expand the quote below into what actually happened. This line (the quote) sounds like a trailer or ad for the story, not the story itself. The story itself must show the feelings of risk, the fear of being betrayed again, her thoughts about it, how she builds a mental or emotional wall, keeping out everyone. Give names to the people she’s keeping out. Give reasons she’s keeping them out, how they almost get in, how she reacts.Listen to her heart and open up and risk being betrayed again or listen to her mind and build walls around her, so high, that no one will ever be able to break them?
Show us how Cassie resolves these problems, how she grows as a result. Does she let someone in at last and learn to trust her friends or parents or whoever it is she is keeping out? Maybe you have another ending in mind.Holding in words, The Untold Words, can certainly bring on problems you imply and I think you have a great idea and kernel for a story. I can’t wait to read it once you fill in the details so we as readers can see and hear the characters and feel what they are feeling. I think teen girls especially will like it.

I need a story title.?

Okay, so I am writing an online story and I have everything planned out. I just need a title, but I can't think of one at all and I was wondering if you could help me out.

My story is about ... :

Morgan has lived on the street ever since she ran away at the age of five. She has a very dark past and a man named Eddie took her under his wing.

Naomi is a rich girl with a loving mother and an amazing best friend. She is happy and has a fabulous life. The opposite of Morgan. But they are both twins and have never met each other until one day Eddie runs into Naomi.

There is going to be a lot of drama and mystery coming into this as the story progresses because I have an interesting story-line that keeps playing in my head. So any suggestions? <3 :))

What do you think of the movie title "The Loners"?

Antonio, I have answered you many times before and my answer still remains the same;A title, without the context of the story means nothing. It’s an un-answerable question.Let me, one last time, try to explain it to you:Think of this title; “Flags of Our Fathers” is that a great title? - yes, I think you will say. But what if I told you that it was for a comedy? Then the answer is a loud and resounding: NO!As I told you before, a title have to communicate the genre and the mood in a simple, and memorable way.So far, your titles have done none of these things. Write the story. then pitch the story along with the title. That’s the only way you can ever get a qualified response, if that is what you want.

Are there any tools to help me find a title for my stories?

What types of titles do you like best?  Are there titles from other works you admire?  I'd think about this and try to figure out what other authors are doing, and then try to duplicate it.  To me, the best titles are either poetic or meaningful, or a bit of both.  Things like "To Kill A Mockingbird," "All the Pretty Horses," "The Unbearable Lightness of Being," "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil," just sound nice and strike a particular mood.  If you can pull a nice line from your story, something that sounds nice and is evocative, perhaps try that.Other strong titles are meaningful words that standout and hook you, like "Atonement," or "Roots".Strong name titles can also work, especially if you have a striking main character or place name.  Think "Lolita," "The Great Gatsby" or "The Hobbit." Sound, image, and meaning are what you're striving for.  I'd say you try to mix either sound or image with meaning at least, but what you want most of all is something catchy and memorable.  I don't know of any great resources for this, and I'd really just recommend thinking on titles you like.  (I, for example, am a sucker for the slightly poetic.  I love "The Perks of Being a Wallflower," "The Sun Also Rises," "Her Fearful Symmetry," stuff like that...) But here's a link I found after a casual perusing.  It might help: Choosing the Right Name for Your Story

Could someone give me an apt and witty title for my short story on a pollutant and review it to help me refine it?

Plight of the DefendersThe Warriors/Defenders/Protectors of EarthThe Stratospheric DefendersThe Stratospheric SagaThe Stratospheric WarsThe Blue(Ozone's color) WarriorsThe Ultra-Violet Wars

I need a good vignette title, and some help with the story itself, Help me out? < 3 3?

Aw!! I thought it was a cute, sweet, warm, and sad story about love, regret, loss, and family. Well written - I read the whole thing. One suggestion - I think this story would be much better from the present tense so that we get all the emotion.

example: I decide to let Tiger rest a while longer while I clean the top of his cage. I'm lost in my own thoughts for a few minutes and then I hear rustling. Great, Tiger's finally awake, I think. I've been secretly hoping he would wake up so I could play with him a bit before finishing his cage. I love Tiger to death - even if I DO hate cleaning his cage. It's one of the things my mom and I fight about - a lot. Sometimes she gets so frustrated with me not cleaning Tiger's cage that she'll do it herself just to avoid any conflict. What can I say? I just don't like cleaning hamster cages. But that's a story for another time.

Right now, I can use the kind of distraction Tiger is only too willing to give. He's such a silly hamster. Yes, the right ones can be very silly. I smile thinking about how much Tiger means to me and my family, but my smile quickly becomes a frown as I notice that Tiger is twitching every few minutes in his cage. He must be having a nightmare, I think, but something about his twitching worries me quite a bit. I watch him for several minutes not knowing what to do. After a while he stops twitching and goes limp. I poke him gently. He feels a bit cold and stiff. My heart beat begins to race. "Tiger?!" I call his name. He usually looks at me with his big brown eyes when I do that. But not this time. Suddenly his body goes soft again.

"MOM!" I yell at the top of my lungs as I run into the kitchen, "Something's wrong with the hamster! He keeps twitching! I think we need to take him to the vet right now!"

"Calm down," my mom says as she's finishing up the breakfast dishes, "I'm sure it's nothing, dear."

"Well, I've never seen him twitch like that before, It's really weird," I say, not at all sure how to describe what I've seen. "Come take a look at him, please, mom!"

Ocean-related title for a story?

Depends on what your story's about. Something like "A Sea of Pain" or "A Sea of (insert theme here)"

If it's a romance that ends sadly, something along the lines of "washed out love." You could maybe go with the theme of "Drowning in Sorrow." or something similar.

Lol, best of luck!
