I Have Extreme Periods Of Laziness After Working Out Does This Mean I

Does your period slow down if you exercise alot?

like will it stop earlier if you do a lot of virgorous activities like playing basketball & that game dance dance revolution.... & running. or will it last the same time.

cuz i'm going on vacation on sat. & definitely don't want my period to ruin it!

Am I missing my period because of overdosing on laxatives?

Yes I'm taking them because I need to lose weight but i'm not just being lazy ok, I work out like 4 hours a day or more if I can but i need to lose weight FAST! and i diet and i diet but it doesn't always work for some of us. I need to lose more weight and i need to lose it fast. why aren't the pills working fast? i've been on them for almost 4 months and i've seen slim results, my goal is 40 pounds i've only lost like 20. in almost 4 damn months. so please just forget about the pills and answer my question i'm so scared that i've caused irreversible damage. help me please!

Why do i get so angry when im on my period?

while im on my period i feel so lazy and i hate everything and i wish i could just break everything i get so mad very quickly and hate the things i usually do like exercise and i dont know what to do even i get mad at people who did nothing and i feel that like sucks so much when i have my period how does this feeling go away i also feel heavy when im on my period even if i dont eat why is that?

Is it normal that I feel sleepy after working out/exercising?

Completely normal it’s Actually a good sign your body is required to rest so just relax you’re perfectly fine.

Can being lazy delay your period?

Stress can definitely delay your period. I was also the same stage as you, except i had sex, so....
but I was 5 days late. If you've fooled around, as long as nothing got in you, it's all good. I mean if it lands literally in this little place down there then there's a RARE possibility that you're pregnant. And it seems to me that you're actually stressed, not lazy. So that is probably what's causing it. If you're very concerned, to the point that you can't think about anything else, you can go and buy pregnancy tests just to see.

Im 14 and just got my period ?.. LADIES HELP !?

Advil is great for cramps, but don't go overboard. A hot bath will help them, too.

Um, start with pad's. You're 14. Some people just don't have enough room up there for awhile, ya know? If you decide to try tampons, try anything with a plastic applicator. Cardboard just doesn't slide in as well. If you use pads, you'll know when to change them. If you try tampons, try a pad as well at first. Then, if it leaks, you aren't screwed.

Pay attention tomorrow. See how long one pad lasts you. Then, you know if you'll be ok in school or not.

Um....lots of people just like to be lazy on their period. Honestly tho, physical activity can make cramps ease up. You can do as much or little as you feel like

Exercise makes menstrual cramps worse?

I just asked this question a few hours ago but only one person responded so I deleted it.

I am the same way. I read about all these women saying "Exercise and your cramps will fade away!" And I try it and I just end up in my bed wanting to kick myself for putting myself in more pain. I would have been better off to lay in bed and not move. Then those women might say, "Take ibuprofen before you exercise." Well I did, and it didn't help.

The answer I got on my question said you need to exercise during the whole month. Well I think I do, working as a Vet Tech! Restraining 70+ pound dogs when they are coming off anesthesia and flailing around is a workout.

And eating healthily during my period is out too. I mean I want sweets and salt, not cabbage and carrots.

Okay that was my rant. So no you are not alone. Menstrual cramps + exercise = more pain.

But I am not sure why this happens for us.

Good luck!

I am too lazy, I do not feel like doing anything. How do I change it?

Laziness is natural human tendency. Firstly, don’t beat yourself up again and again by stating that to yourself again and again.I will tell you a small trick to work around that. Human brain is pre-programmed for instant reward or punishment. This trait comes in genetically from the primitive periods. You need to create a simple self reward system. Whenever you do anything that you were lazy about, just encourage yourself and celebrate. Do something that you really enjoy. It can be a small treat for yourself or it can be a celebration dance. Make sure you feel happy after that celebration. This way you will be able to break the pattern. Your subconscious mind will start looking for these celebrations and rewards. You will feel like doing the little tasks that you wanted to do.Whenever we start something new, our body and mind come to a point of intense resistance towards it. It comes around 10 to 15 days for me. It can vary in different people. If you cross that point, then you develop a habit. If you don't cross that huddle, you will have to start all over. Just keep this thought at back of your mind. All the BestPS: Please excuse if you find any grammatical errors. I wrote it in a hurry
