I Have No Motivation. Advice

I have no motivation to do anything and I'm depressed. Advice?

Sounds like you've had enough "ME" time. Part of growing up is accepting the pain and trying to move forward. Take small steps, for instance- your school work. Try moving to the front so you'll feel more obligated to pay attention. Even if no one else notices your progress you owe it to yourself. I'm sorry for your losses, no one wants to see their love ones disappear but think of how much they loved you and would want you to succeed. Your not really letting anyone else down though, but yourself. Pot, as great as it is, shouldn't be the answer. In reality, it will just make you think about depressing things more. And then you'll find yourself dealing with feelings of guilt or possibly unworthiness. (Don't get me wrong, I love weed) but your looking for things to make you better- and they won't work. Just hide the pain until a rainy day.
As for the sleeping part of the reason you can't sleep at night is because your sleeping when you get home. Instead find SOMETHING to do. Clean your room? Go play basketball? Hell go for a walk to clear the mind and just get out- boost your endorphines. And you wn't feel so lazy.

As for talking to somone, you need too. You said you would tell your dad if this gets any worse, but it sounds like its already gotten pretty bad. You know this isn't normal. So ask yourself really why aren't you doing anything about it? My suggestion. Ask to see a therapist- they can provide you with coping skills and you'll see that things don't have to be so bad. There is other options. If your afraid of telling your father, write him a note? Tell a counselor at school your wanting a therapist. Or maybe she can really help you. Another thing- try writing your feelings down. You might understand why and where your feelings are coming from.

There is no right answer, but I hope you get the help you need, and move on to better and bigger things. Prove to all your classmates, but more importantly, yourself, that your not just the "classclown" but so much more.

I have absolutely no motivation for school. Need advice ASAP.?

I can't seem to get motivated enough to do my school work. I'm failing in all my classes and on the verge of getting kicked out of the online schooling program i'm in. I'm not sure what to do or who to turn to. My mom tried to help me but nothing has worked. I just feel like i don't care anymore and feel like 'What's the point?". I really want to be able to graduate but I just can't get myself to the work required for it. And before you say anything, yes, i'm on anti-depressants. I've been on them for a year.

No motivation to read books?

I have a huge backlog of books to read on subjects that really interest me. The problem is I just have no motivation to start reading and to dedicate a few hours a day to it. It’s so much easier to say ‘there’s always tomorrow’. Any advice for me is appreciated.

In need of advice/motivation for foreskin restoration.. if u r not interested pls dont hurt my feelings..?

The first thing you need is restoring friends. Restoring friends are as important as the device you choose. Restoring friends can be there to help motivate you, bounce your ideas off, discuss problems, help to normalize what you are doing, and to celebrate your victories,....the first week, the first month, the first wrinkle.
There are foreskin restoration chat sites where you can go to meet people who are of like mind,....and that was my motivation when I first stated.
As it is,....I have been restoring my foreskin for over four years, and it is the best thing I have done for myself.
I have also been helping other guys get started restoring for almost that long.
I have information, link, experience, and e-mail files on how to make a simple foreskin restoration device from common household products. The cost is less than five dollars and this device will last you the whole restoration.
I make these files freely available to anyone who asks for them.
At present, I have over 120 people using this device, and I usually start a few new guys a week from this site.
I suggest to all my new restorers to get an e-mail address that does not show their real name and use that just for restoring information and contacts. That way, you keep the restoring business separate from the daily business. I won't post my e-mail address on the open response page but if you write to me through my profile page, I will pass it on so we can work through this start up time, and device making process.
Foreskin restoration is becoming more widely known and do-able. You do not need a lot of money.
I have also been restoring in my family home for the whole time. Of course my wife knows, but none of my fours sons know about it. That shows it is possible to do it in a family home with no one knowing.
The manual tugging method was once thought of as the Slow Boat to China. Now, it is getting much better reviews, and gaining in popularity. Many guys use manual stretching as a supplement to device use.
There are quite a few active and finished restorers on this site, and they will also respond to this question. Knowledge comes from many sources.
Please feel free to contact me through my profile page and I will be glad to answer your questions, provide the motivation, and introduce you to other restorers in your age group.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Good luck and I hope this helped.

I have no motivation in school anymore?

It's senior year, I'm already done with the SATs and college applications, and for the past 2 weeks I slept in half of my classes and I can't seem to get myself to do anything. My grades are going down. Advice? Most of my colleges don't require a midterm report, but they still require all passing grades in the final report At this rate, I'm not gonna pass any class.

I want to lose weight but have no motivation?

261lbs for 5.8' is over weight. You should loss weight immediately.

My advice for you is to start meal planning. Search the web for meal prepping ideas and just plan out a solid week of breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Then take an afternoon and make everything. This will ensure you have a healthy meal the whole week and it doesn't leave you searching for something for lunch where you may end up at a fast food place.

However, most of them will make you hungry and unsatisfied.

Step 1 ¨C Cut Back on Sugars and Starches

The most important part is to cut back on sugars and starches (carbs).

These are the foods that stimulate secretion of insulin the most. If you didn¡¯t know already, insulin is the main fat storage hormone in the body.

When insulin goes down, fat has an easier time getting out of the fat stores and the body starts burning fats instead of carbs.

Step 2 ¨C Eat Protein, Fat and Vegetables

Each one of your meals should include a protein source, a fat source and low-carb vegetables. Constructing your meals in this way will automatically bring your carb intake into the recommended range of 20-50 grams per day.

Step 3 ¨C Lift Weights 3 Times Per Week
You don¡¯t need to exercise to lose weight on this plan, but it is recommended.

The best option is to go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Do a warm up, lift weights, then stretch.

If you¡¯re new to the gym, ask a trainer for some advice.

By lifting weights, you will burn a few calories and prevent your metabolism from slowing down, which is a common side effect of losing weight (14, 15).

Actually it is easy. You can not cheat though. Get a paper and write down calories of everthing you eat. Make it arong 1500 calories each and everyday and you will lose a couple pounds a week. I beleive a calorie is a calorie however protein calories make you feel less hungry. Weigh once a week in the morning when you get up to see how you are doing. Walking a few miles a day 3 or 4 times a week helps keep you fit. There is no specail diet you need but eat healthy when you can.

Those are the main tasks to reduce fat.

Beside such type of works I used ( Garcinia Cambogia ) . If you wish, you will also use it.
Hope you will better overcome!

I have no energy or motivation to do anything?

My first thoughts are -
Depression (no energy, no motivation... you don't have to be crying every day to be depressed. Common misconception).
Thyroid complications (leads to fatigue - needs medication to regulate or can lead to serious issues down the road)
Iron deficiency (the easiest to cure - eat more red meat, spinach, dried apricots, and take an iron supplement!)

At 17 years old, you should NOT be feeling this way. Go to the doctor!

I have no motivation for anything. How can I fix this?

Not needed and I wrote so because you were never interested in whatever u have tried or thinking of trying. Right??? If you would ever be interested in or loved your work or choices you probably had not asked this query today.Motivation is no doubt needed to keep you going in long run to achieve your goals but it is not a must . Yeah you just read it, trust me all you need to initiate something new or worth doing requires desire and inclination that too a deep one strong enough to wake you up and make you work so that you love yourself more with every passing day and add essence of satisfaction to your brand new productive life.Loving what you do and doing what you love is the smart choice dear. You don't need motivation, you need to know your interests and for that you better do introspection..Have dreams of your own convert them into goals and work hard enough to convert them into reality :key to happiness. This life is full of ups and downs so whichever is the case stay calm and remember this quote “this shall too pass”Courage require no motivation, ….so all the very best to you courageous soul and I wish rest of your life to be tHe best of your life .
