When I buy a song via iTunes, how much of the $0.99 goes into the artist's pocket?
I've used TuneCore, to sell my music in the past and have recently set up an account with them again.I made $0.70 per iTunes song sale. And $7.00 per album sale, but this is because I live in the US. In the UK, you will make £0.49 (GBP) per song and £4.69 (GBP) per album. Also for iTunes Australia the artist makes $0.99 (AUD) and $9.99 (AUD) TuneCore notes that this is based on default pricing. As an independent artist I get the full sexy 70 cents, but if I were to sign with a record label, then they would take a big cut.
What can I buy on itunes with 77 cents?
:( nothing most likely. Even to crappy 69 cent songs demand tax, maybe one of those that's it.

I want to buy a newer song from iTunes and it costs 1.29, but I have 1.27 in my account. I really do not want to buy another gift card. and I don't use credit card. Is there a way to add a few cents to my account without gift card or credit card?
What happens when you buy a song from itunes and you don't have enough money?
As far as I know, you won't be able to purchase it, without a card, unless they accept checks, which I think they don't. I've never used the iTunes store, but you need to set up an account before purchasing anything, which would include giving them your card details. If you did pay by Debit Card, and didn't have enough money in that account, then you would be over drafted and owe the bank money, unless you where under 18 I think.
Can I buy anything on iTunes for 52 cents?
i do not think so, there are some things like podcasts that are free and a couple of songs that are 69 cents.

Whats the cheapest thing you can buy on itunes?
Free apps, free singles, etc. You can get things that are free, but sorry hun, you won't find anything for 23 cents. They charge 99 cents a song on purpose so you always have an unbalanced account money. If you buy a 99c song from your 20 itunes card then you have 19.01 cents left. It just keeps adding up in cents which really gets annoying.
