I Have Sat On Hold For Hours And Yahoo Has Yet To Answer. What Do I Do

How long should I hold a stretch?

you should be holding your stretches for atleast a minute! by that time the muscles you are stretching will have relaxed and you will be able to go further in the stretch if you want to!

if you do feel that you can stretch further after that one minute try and hold it there until 3 minutes!
i know it kills but the stronger resistance you have the more flexible you will be!

try and stretch most days of the week, even if its just for say 10 or 15 minutes! it makes the world of a difference in the end! dont push yourself to the point where you cant handle it! just release a little bit and gradually work back to where you were!

good luck!

Is the ability to hold pee for very long hours a sign of masculinity?

Absolutely. I was on a family trip and had to hold it for 18 hours once. We were driving cross country and my mother kept asking me every three hours if I had to go yet because she and my sister were drinking a lot of water during the trip and that's how long they could wait while me and my father drank very little so we didn't have to go until we got to where we were going.

WHAT TEST IS SHORTER SAT or ACT???

SAT Time Limit

The SAT is a timed test. You only have three hours to complete all seven sections. The following list will tell you how long you have to complete each portion:

Math: 75 minutes
Verbal: 75 minutes
Equating: 30 minutes

Time for each Section of the ACT

English 45 min
Math 60 min
Reading 35 min
Science 35 min

Test strategies for the ACT
- Answer every question. There’s no penalty for answering a question incorrectly.
- Eliminate the obviously wrong answers. Even if you don’t know the answer, there are usually a couple answers you know it isn’t.
- When you need to guess, try to pick the same letter every time. If you pick the same answer every time, you should get near 25% of them. If you choose a different letter every time, it’s hit-and-miss. You could answer 50% of those questions correctly, or miss every single one. Go with the more consistent option, and a pick of “Letter of the Day” to guess with.
- Manage your time carefully. Pick out the easiest questions and answer those first. Don’t spend time on the longer, more difficult problems until you’ve finished the ones you know you can get right.

How many community service hours do I need to earn a scholarship?

You will need to look at the specific requirements for each scholarship for which you may apply to find out if the organization offering/awarding scholarship funds requires community service hours. Some scholarship applications require community service; some do not.

If you are looking for scholarships (outside of those offered/awarded directly by the colleges/universities that may interest you), I recommend the excellent Scholarship Search database of the well-respected College Board:
http://apps.collegeboard.org/cbsearch_ss...
If you choose to use the Scholarship Search database, you can feel safe to register (free - it will enable you to return to your search strategy later on and modify it, if you wish) and not end up receiving spam email.

You can also use the Scholarship Search database to look up specific scholarships, get the link to the scholarship web pages, and find out the application criteria (which may include community service hours.)

Best wishes

Can a U.S. soldier use their cell phone while deployed?

It would all depend on where you were and what the nature of the deployment was. Normally, when soldiers are in a cantonment area, they would be able to to use their cell phones with the GPS feature turned off.Lately, there has been a great deal of concern over the GPS feature on cell phones carried by soldiers, allowing terrorists to possibly figure out where and when soldiers went from one place to another, indicating things like the mess halls, living quarters, PT areas, work areas, and so on. This kind of data could be obtained from satellite maps on the internet. Google loves to track cell phones. These kinds of details are often written in the operational order (OPORD), but the final decision would be made by the commanders. A lot would depend on the threat level.

What s the difference between psat and sat?

PSAT vs SAT: 6 Key Differences You Must Know is an excellent blog to understand the difference. There's the PSAT, there's the SAT. There are even a few other assessments, as it turns out. There's a lot of jargon out there when it comes to the tests offered by the College Board, so it's important to know exactly what you're signing up for—and how each test is different. The SAT suite of assessments is designed to work together. All tests are fundamentally similar, and you can use any one to prepare for any other. That being said, the PSAT vs SAT isn't a perfectly equal match-up. In reality, there are some differences—both major and minor—between them. We take a look at these below. The SAT Suite of Tests: Overview First things first, let's establish what College Board tests are actually out there and what these tests' often confusing monikers actually mean.PSAT 8/9 This test is taken in 8th and/or 9th grade to indicate what areas need special attention before a student graduates high school.PSAT 10 This test is exactly identical to the PSAT/NMSQT (discussed below); however, it's only offered in the spring and is only open to students in the 10th grade.PSAT/NMSQT This test, taken in the fall of 10th and/or 11th grade, is another check-in point meant to point out any skills a student has yet to master. Notably, though, it also gives students a chance to qualify for the National Merit Scholarship.SAT The college admission test we all know and love, the SAT indicates your college readiness to any schools receiving your application.More information, from official College BoardInside the SAT Test / Inside the PSAT/NMSQT and PSAT Test / https://collegereadiness.collegeboard.org/psat-8-9/inside-the-test

SAT MATH!?

Ok so I bought the Princeton premium 2019 prep book and I’m great on the English section of the SAT but not the math. I read so many articles , watched videos yet I still don’t know what to do. I’m having heard time approaching the problem. I’m good with the geometry and trigonometry and the graphs/data table questions. I’m not good with the whole algebra side which is most of the test. Like when I’m reading the word problem i don’t know how to attempt at it. I don’t know what equation to use. What do I do? Like I’m completely blank!! Please don’t come for me I don’t wanna be even more stresssd. I’m taking the SAT in April of 2019 for the first time. Any suggestions , recommendations ... if you tell me to practice I’m trying that but I don’t know to solve the problem itself if that makes any sense.
For example, xa^3+ ya^2+ za = 0 , if the equation above x, y and z are constant. If the equation has roots -6, 0 and 4 which of the following is a factor of xa^3 + ya^2+ za?
Like idk how to do it , staring blank at it bcz idk what formula to do or even how to start!!!!
*I can’t get a tutor even tho I feel like a real actual person would help. *

Why are BPD people manipulative?

This is a very good question, and not one I think we have a definite answer for. I can give you my opinion on why this happens, but please understand, this is just my opinion.Borderline personality disorder (BPD) is one of four personality disorders which are grouped into a cluster, cluster B. The other three are; antisocial personality disorder (APD), narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) and histrionic personality disorder (HPD). All of these personality disorders employ emotional manipulation. In my experience, people with BPD are often raised in families with members who have the various cluster B personality disorders. So someone who is BPD may be raised by a parent(s) who is narcissistic or antisocial or borderline themselves. Since they all employ emotional manipulation as a way of interacting with others the person with BPD learns this method in the home. What is the actual mechanism? Again, this is just my personal theory. People with NPD and APD have seriously impaired empathy. So a child being raised by one, or two, of these folks would have an impossible time getting compassion and nurturing from them. They simply don’t have it to give. APDs and NPDs also do not take responsibility for their impairment and usually make it the problem of the people who interact with them. So… imagine being their child. You would learn not to directly ask to have your needs met because your request would be rebuffed by parents who aren’t capable of giving it. It results from a combination of these two factors: 1) being raised by people who are emotional manipulators themselves and 2) being raised by people who are incapable of meeting your emotional needs.Example:This is an actual scenario (edited for confidentiality) of one of my borderline clients who had a narcissistic mother. The mother always told her, “if you are not bleeding or on fire, don’t bother me”. And she literally meant it. She did not want to be bothered with the child’s needs, unless there was a crisis and she had to. So the child learned to express her needs as a crisis. The response? Her mother then rebuffed her for being a “drama queen”. “Oh”, she would said, “you can’t believe anything she says. She always exaggerates everything.”It’s a set up which causes the child to be pathologized for the mother’s deficiency. And this is how I think borderlines are created. They’re playing by the rules which they were taught and cannot understand why they don’t work. It’s heartbreaking to watch.
