Pain! I have something in my eye and it HURTS!!!?

Okay so I tried to wash most of my make up off last night, but some stayed on. Then my mom yelled at me for sleeping in my make up. So anyway I thought at least I got all the mascara off, so pulled my eye lashes and either make up or an eye lash got stuck in my eye, in my top eyelid, and it hurts like crap! I cant see it and I tried rinsing my eyes but it hurts still. And when I told my mom she just yelled at me cause I slept in my make up, but I TRIED TO WASH IT ALL OFF BUT ALL OF IT WOULDNT COME OFF! GOSH! She is no help when I tell her it hurts she just says "THATS WHAT YOU GET FOR SLEEPING IN YOUR MAKEUP!" GOSH IT hurts please tell me what to do . i already washed it out in a bowl of water and i cant go to the doctor cause we dont have a car and gosshhhhhhh

Something is stuck under my eyelid, HOW do I get it OUT?

I pull my eyelid down over my bottom lashes

It feels like I have an eyelash in my right eye but I don't. What else could it be?

The eye is sensitive to irritation of any sort, but you can't always tell what is causing the irritation, only that it's there. Here are some things that have given me that feeling:a scratch on my cornea.swollen eyelids, which are often dry and irritate the eye because they don't slide easily over the corners like they're supposed to.Something other that an eyelash in my eye. It's not always something you can see in the mirror.Dry contact lenses or foreign matter on the lens. You'd probably know if that was it. Contact lens wearers learn that stuff quickly. Also, though I have not had one, it could be an infection. If in doubt, go to a doctor. Don't take chances with your sight.

Eyelash stuck inside eye won't come out?

The eyelash is stuck in the upper corner inside my eye and it's barely visible unless I pry my eyes open and the eyelash is literally stuck in there! I tried everything I can think of. I blinked really hard, my eyes got extremely teary but it still won't come out, I tried using q-tip but it still won't budge no matter how hard I try, I even tried grabbing it with tweezer but the eye is slimey texture and eyelash just sticks onto my eye and doesn't lift off for me to grab it. OMGG I'm freaking out, I don't know what to do! My parents aren't any help whatsoever, they're just mad and my dad's worst fear is taking me to the hospital cuz he's the type who never goes to the hospital unless someone's dying. I tried running water, still don't work. My dad keeps saying just sleep it out but I don't think it'll work. It hurts to blink and I can feel it when my eyes are closed.

How do i get an eyelash out of my eye?

This happens to me often..first of all be careful not to scratch your cornea which is the size of a contact lense..second i would flush your eye with lukewarm water (its not a big deal at all, just keep doing it until you keep your eye open). If that doesn't work call your eye doctor tomorrow first thing in the morning and get an appointment (tell them you are experiencing pain and have something in your eye, they will tell you to come in that day. I had to do this before..its really fast and he gets it out in like 5 seconds)

DO NOT RUB or it will damage your cornea. It may be a cyst. Do some google research. Also webmd.com is great.

HELP! I got pencil shavings in my eyes?

There were lots of tiny pencil shavings (as well as tiny shavings of the actual graphite) on my desk , so I made the stupid decision to blow them away, and some of them ended up flying into my eyes! I ran into the bathroom and flushed my eyes with water several, several times. This happened about 5 minutes ago. One eye feels fine now, but the other feels like there's something in it. What should I do? Will I be okay? Will I go blind? PLEASE HELP ME.

Attempt to permit natural tears to flush out the wood chip.Flush the eye out with eyewash solution. You also can use water. Do this for 15 minutes or until the wood chip flows away.Lift the upper eyelid down over the bottom lid in between flushing out the eye.Bandage the attention with gauze and see a doctor if the wood chip doesn't flush out.TipDo not rub eyes. If the wood chip is larger than a speck, obtain immediate medical attention. If any pain or redness continues when flushing out the wood chip, obtain immediate medical attention.
