I Have White Spots On My Stomach And Back. When I Get Hot My Back Stings And Feels Like Needles.

What does it mean when my arm swells after shooting meth? It's red and warm when injecting meth and hurts?

It means that you’ve missed your shot. Now it’s trapped under your skin and it will remain a slightly less painful lump. Now you have to just leave it alone but keep a close eye on it so that it doesn’t become absessed. Don’t shoot up in that same spot either. It can become REALLY infected then. You should be alright for now as long as you don’t keep spiking that same spot. If it becomes absessed, you can go the hardcore route and take another unused, clean hypadermic/ syringe and stick in there and pull on the plunger to suck out the zit like puss that could build up in there. Don’t go driving another loaded rig in there. It could double your problem. Most likely it will settle back to normal after a about a week. If it don’t, the redness and swelling get worse you’ll have to get it “lanced”. Either by doing it yourself with a clean, CLEAN rig or….go to the hospital to have them do it. If you go to the hospital, don’t lie,or make some shit up like it’s an allergic reaction to a spider bite or some shit like that. That is what will piss them right the fuck off. It’s better to tell them the truth. They might give you shit about it, but they will fix it for you. Whatever you do, DON’T panic and call an ambulance, because then the cops might get involved. Just have someone drive your ass there, or better yet drive yourself there. The less people that know about it, the better. Later on down the road you can brag about your “war wound”.

Sometimes it feels like I have a splinter in my skin, but I don't. What is this?

I’ve had similar.Do you ever deal with broken glass?I’ve known shards of glass get into a towel or a cloth, say, so when you dry your self you get tiny cut and don’t know where it came from.If it’s not mechanical injury but some recurring systemic sensation, and if it’s a nuisance you want to rid of, you migh try homeopathy. Tens of thousands of people benefit from homeopathy every year, despite what the pseudo-skeptics would have you believe - and if you try it, you could benefit too.One of several homeopathic remedies for splinter-like sensation in skin is hepar sulph. Also it has a marked periodicity about it. However it is best to consult an experienced homeopath who can examine the problem in depth. Homeopathic prescription is very different from conventional pharma and may seem unfamiliar - it is based on the person, not so much on a particular diagnosis, and a single remedy may address several health conditions (whereas pharma would give several drugs that might interact negatively). Also, you take very few doses, and take them separately from meals, and stop dosing when you start to get better (very unlike pharma).

Why does my foot feel like it is going to Explode? OUCH!!?

am in my 30's and overall pretty healthy and have been experiencing EXTREME foot pain on and off for about five years. I went to a podiatrist a year ago and he just said I needed his custom orthotics for 700 dollars and the pain will go away. Well it didn't even come close to going way. Normally I will get a flare up every week to every couple of weeks that will last from 3-14 days if I take 800 mg. Ibuprofen every 4 hours. It's like a bump that forms on any joint in the foot or ankle and it usually gets very red and hot with white dots that start to appear. The pain is easy to describe- it is an intense pain that feels like if you stuck it with a needle it would explode! Sometimes when I'm on the computer and I cross my ankles too long the next day my ankle will usually get attacked maybe from the heat? I have had slightly higher uric acid #'s in the past however my last test was normal. Doctors always give me colchicine, prednisone, and indocin and tell me it should go away shortly. In the past one doctor said he almost thinks it's not gout because the medication should work within a couple days. The weird thing is that sometimes the pain will be unbearable and I have to lay in bed for 5 days then all of a sudden my foot feels incredibly good like nothing even happened. It's like an on and off switch- PAIN!!!-NO PAIN!!! I got an XRAY a while back and there are no broken bone at all. The last time I went to the doctor I almost missed my appointment because it took me an hour to walk from my car to his office. When I got there he laughed, and said looks like your in pain... He didn't know what to say either. He told me to take celebrex and to call him if my stomach starts to bleed. Can gout be so aggressive like this hitting different joints in the feet and ankles constantly? I tried the cherry extract and cranberry juice in the past for months with no relief? Also, I stay away for foods that create uric acid and I don't drink alcohol anymore. Does anyone have anything similar or have any advice where to go next? I don't think it's that complicated but it seems the doctors don't care about what is causing it. I'd rather find the cause than numbing it and be disabled in my 40's. Any suggestions? Sorry about the long post I'm just so frustrated with this pain.

Why does my arm sting/go numb after shooting meth?

If you're getting a blood return and you're a 100% sure you're in the vein it could be some kind of cutting agent they're using to cut it with. I've had some burn for about the first 3″ to 4″ of the shot then just stop burning. I just assumed it was probably acetone though. The numbness doesn't make sense if you're actually in the vein though. I'm no medical expert either, but it does sound like nerve damage. I would just watch for any red lines that appear around the injection site, you could develop an abscess or even worse a blood infection. I've been able to treat abscesses at home, however, blood infections are nothing to take lightly they can be fatal very quickly. The red line is an indicator that infection is setting up and if travels to the heart it can be deadly. I have some pictures of ones I caught in early stages and treated them myself. It's not a pleasant experience. I would try a different place until the current one heals up. That's the beginning to end phase of a typical abcess that was caused by “Black Tar Herion” which is more common with H. Ice tends to crystalize then slowly dissolve. I had a place where I missed with a shot of ice that if I pressed on it I could hear a rapid heartbeat inside my head. A warm towel laid across the injection site will sometimes make it heal quicker.

What can I do to prevent feeling pain while getting a tattoo?

I waited until I was 43 before I got my first tattoo because I was terrified of the pain. But I have to be totally honest - here's what happened.

First I made sure it would be okay if I cursed. At the very first touch of the needle, it hurt like you-know-what, and I DID say one or two choice words (not very nice ones, either). In about 30 seconds, the area he was doing became numb on its own. Then when he got to the color within the outlines, it didn't hurt at all!!! The thing I was most surprised about is that immeditely after he was done, I wanted another one.

The whole experience was actually a "hurts-so-good" experience. Just be sure you stay really still or he can accidently mess up the pattern that you've picked. You'll be fine!!

Injections: What causes knots when the shot is in the vein and good, but the vein still swells like a miss?

I've seen this a lot and I'm almost certain from your description that your friend is missing because the needle is slipping right through the other side. You mention that it's good, then stops. The good is when the needle is registered properly; the bad is when it has slipped through the other side and is leaking into soft tissue. The drug won't be travelling towards the brain with as much speed anymore, and is frankly wasting the high and is why she doesn't feel the hit. It's either that, or the plunger is being pushed way too fast or the needle is too big, and drug can't get up the vein quick enough so spills out around the needle. Either way, these are all easily fixed with better technique. The swelling is drug solution and the body's response to it. The knot is likely internal damage to the veins. So, you have to ensure that the needle is sited nicely within the vein, and really try to have the hole uppermost for smoothest insertion. An angle of 11-15º will site it in surface veins. (Deep veins require an angle of 90º and come with multitudes of risks of injury and long-term damage). Also make sure you're using a nice, narrow needle, ideally a 30G or 29G for surface veins. Swap out needles if you have to try again to make sure you're only using very sharp ends. Blunt ends will also punch wide holes in the vein and lead to leaks and bruising and vein collapse. Remove the tourniquet before injecting. Inject really slowly, retract the needle really slowly without flushing and apply some pressure. Use ice packs on misses and don't ignore heat and redness; it's infection and needs antibiotics. There's all kinds of risks from bacterial organisms when you miss, including tetanus, botulism and anthrax. These potentially fatal infections can only be stopped if caught early and treated.Best of luck to your friend. I hope her technique improves very soon so she's able to avoid serious injury.

What does a missed vein while shooting meth look like?

It usually swells up into an unsightly bump if you pretty missed the whole shot. i have seen skin bubble up and fill with a clear liquid , and other times i have seen a bump crust up into an abscess. These are considered the less dangerous injuries, but if you are not careful, and you don’t sterilize the injection site and your needles are dirty, you could possibly get a staph infection or blood infection, which can actually be fatal. In fact the only person i ever heard of dying from meth died in this exact way. He had missed his vein and it was infected and he kept shooting in the same spot, and the infection spread to all his vital organs and that was it. If you do miss a shot, find a new spot to shoot, since it would be dangerous to keep shooting the injured site. If you plan to make this a regular thing, you will need to find 3–5 reliable spots that can rotate in your future endeavors. You would unmistakably know you are missing if injecting the shot is painful and you feel a sharp burning stinging sensation, in which case you should stop pushing it and try starting over. If you are in the vein, injecting the shot will be painless, totally painless the syringe should have little or no resistance or pressure and it should be that way for the whole shot.. If done proper, you will feel the drug as you push it in. What happens more often is that you might move your hand slightly or your vein will roll and you will start off hitting the vein but it will involuntarily slip out of the vein in the process, if you are almost at the end of the shot, you might as well take the pain and get it over with, you will have a partial miss but damage should be minimal. But if there is still a substantial part of your shot left, you should stop after feeling the sting and readjust your needle position so that you can register again. Otherwise you’ll waste your shot. The drug will still work its way through your body and you will still get high gradually, you just won’t get the immediate rush from the shot which is the reason to shoot in the first place. This rush is usually a good indication to me that i got the shot in the vein properly.
