I Heard Aliexpress Has Lots Of Scammers. Are Any Of Them Bike Frame Sellers Legit

Has anybody imported anything from Aliexpress.com to India safely?

Hello!1) I have personally ordered more than 50 products from aliexpress, and have received each and every one of them.2) Yes, it is safe and legal to buy from aliexpress (except some of the restricted items like chemicals, drugs etc).3) Yes you can buy products and sell in India. However there are some restrictions : *Without import/export license:- The maximum amount of order , without custom duty is Rs. 2000, I.e, you can import only upto this limit without custom duty (for personal use).- If the order amount is above RS. 2000 , the package gets retained at customs office. You will have to then prove/convince to the customs officer, that it was meant for personal use only and pay the custom duty, to get package out of there.*With import/export license: - With the license you can import goods of higher value and pay the standard custom duty (according to the Indian customs website) on the product.4) Delivery of products:- Delivery of product mainly depends upon , what courier company the package has been sent by - There is also variation/delay in delivery time , if their is delay in export and customs clearance from sellers country.1)Free China post registered mail service:- 15 to 35 days 2) EMS :- Mostly in 15 days 3) DHL, FedEx and other paid services: - mostly within week or 7 to 10 days - they do all the custom clearance work for us, and The final bill is provided at the doorstep ( which is usually higher ).Yes, as far as you go for the right seller with good seller rating ,there won't be any problems in importing goods for personal use. Hope this helps!

Why do online services take 2-5 days to refund your money but takes only 5 seconds to debit from your account?

The short answer is: risk and the system. The longer answer is: it doesn't.I know those aren't the sexy answers you were looking for, but they are accurate. When money is “debited” because you swiped a card, it doesn't actually leave your account immediately. It gets allocated in banking database software to look like it has been spent, and therefore is unavailable to you. This has proven to make the financial institution look fancy and hip with technology.**poof** money gone. That is what it looks like to you. But in reality your money is still in an account designated with your name on it. That night, or sometimes with weekends or holidays, a few days later, the money is moved to the merchants bank. Assuming it is a card transaction, the money is guaranteed, but with ACH depending on how it's done, it could be non-guaranteed funds which then could add a few more days to abate credit risk. The following day, the money is usually credited to the merchant. Technology has sped up some of the money movement, but it takes at least 24 hours and usually 2–3 before it is firmly available at the merchants bank. In some cases it even flows through processors’ accounts and that delays it even more. Why does it take 2–5 days to get your money refunded? For the same reason the merchant isn't paid immediately when you buy something: the money isn't at your bank and available to them yet. once it is, they make it available to you. Many banks get the credit but wait to give it to you until the next morning. This makes their ledger balances bloat a bit, and they can lend the money to another bank overnight and make interest on it, then give it to you the next morning, keeping the earned interest themselves. The risk involved to banks i created when the money bounces between institutions based on claims made by both parties (consumer and merchant). If the money isn't available, someone is left short, so they can hold it to minimize that risk as well.

What's the easiest way to make money quickly and legally?

Here’s a real GAME PLAN. When I was broke I hated when people told me “work” or “create an online business” and so now I want to give you a full step by step strategy. No BS, No fluff. No scams. A real profitable business.Let’s get right into it.We are very lucky because it’s never been easier to create a business. In fact never before it’s been possible to start a business with zero investment. The internet has really given us incredible opportunities. With being said I want to explain what DROPSHIPPING is and how you can get started with ZERO (better if you have a few bucks but you can do it with zero as well, it just a little bit more time).Dropshipping is a business model that allows you to sell physical products without buying the inventory upfront. How does it work ?- you go to a website called Aliexpress where the manufacturers from china sell directly and it’s incredibly cheap (but still good quality)-you select a few products that you want to sell-you create your OWN ecommerce store in literally 1 hour using Shopify which is free for two weeks and incredibly easy to use. It literally does all for you :)-you take the images and descriptions of the products on aliexpress and list the products on your store with an higher price (I usually add $10- $15)-you send traffic to your store using facebook and instagram-Once you get a sale, you take the customer’s address and order the item on aliexpress aking the supplier to not include an invoice or receipt.-You get to keep $10 or $15 and repeat the process. It’s absolutely realistic to sell 10 products a day keeping everything very simple, which means you make $100/day quite easily. Now that might seems complicated but it’s all extremely EASY if you have the right informationIf you want a step-by-step video training I just published a free course that will help you a lot. There are too many gurus trying to sell you really expensive courses ($500+) and so I decided to give it away for FREE because I want everyone to able to start their own business. If you want you can watch my two-hour training HEREIt contains EVERYTHING you need to start making your first sales!Take action! :)Tobia

Is Shopclues.com a trustworthy and good shopping site?

On 25th December, 2014, I was very happy that I was finally ordering my first ever smartphone (Nexus 5) from ShopClues.com at a comparatively cheaper price of only Rs. 19,700. The phone was delivered on the New Year's Day. I found the box of the phone quite old looking but however the phone was working fine and so I didn't bother much and started to use it after I formally made complaint regarding the box. After a month the back panel of the phone started to pop out and so I took the phone to LG Service Centre where the technician surprised me by telling that the phone was with US IMEI number. I quickly called the Customer Care to either replace the phone or refund the amount since I wanted an Indian IMEI number phone so that I won't have any warranty issues in future. The guy on the other side asked me to ship the phone to them and assured me that they would take necessary actions.Fast forward to 10 days and I did not receive any call from them. Being a 'customer' I called 'customer care' and stated the whole issue again. I was told to have patience and that they are looking into the issue. Likewise, I had called them a number of times and as always I was turned down saying that they are 'looking into it'.45 days passed and my patience finally gave up. I called them up for the last time warning them to either replace/refund or that I'm going to file a consumer case against them. After a few days I made a notice and sent it via registered post. It took just 2 days that their escalation department called me to negotiate on non filling of case.I received many calls from them saying not to file the case and also that they could only make 60% refund. Till this time I had made my mind either to receive full refund or file the case and I made my point to them very clear on this.On 60th day day I had a mail asking for the bank details. On 62nd day, I had Rs. 19,700 back in my account. Soooo…it took 2 months to for them to 'look on the issue'.So, a very plain and simple answer from my side is NO, though they offer products at cheaper rate but the thing is that you can't really get to understand the quality of the product unless and until you get the product in hand. Once you get it and if the product is really not upto the mark then you may have to suffer like I suffered. Their Customer Service is bad and i mean really bad. Don't trust them.
