I Know This Is A Dumb *** Question But Does Anyone Have Any Dealers Any Old Ones Who Might Know

Is it illegal to steal money from drug dealers? The dealers cannot call the police or file a report for being robbed because they are criminals. What happens when dealers get robbed of money or drugs? Does it happen?

True story. Many years ago, a friend of mine who had a bad coke habit paid a large sum of cash to his drug dealer, in expectation of receiving coke. This was a person he considered a “friend” with whom he had made many similar deals in the past. Well, the dealer was experiencing cash flow problems so spent my friend’s money and did not deliver any coke. He promised that when some other deals went through he would have more cash and would make good. My friend, being an addict, did not like the idea of waiting for his drugs so he broke into the dealer’s apartment and took his high-end stereo, and let him know he could have his stereo back when he got his coke. He assumed as many might that of course a drug dealer is not going to involve the police in such a dispute. But he assumed wrong — the dealer promptly called the cops who got a warrant and searched my friend’s apartment and found the stereo. They then went to my friend’s work location and took him out in cuffs. My friend told his story but of course the drug dealer denied being a drug dealer and the cops did not even bother searching his place for drugs, which in any case they probably wouldn’t have found since he was not an idiot. My friend ended up with a burglary conviction on his record, which cost him the high-paying financial service job that funded his coke addiction, along with any chance of similar future employment. He later committed suicide in despair. Moral of the story: drug addiction is bad and makes people do very stupid things, and drug dealers are probably not people who should be relied upon to act honorably, so it is best to avoid drugs and drug dealers altogether. But in any case, theft is theft in the eyes of the law and the fact that the “victim” is a scumbag drug dealer or that the stolen property was ill-gotten are not legal excuses if you are caught.

Is it realistic for someone to be a long-term successful drug dealer without going to jail?

Yes, it is possible. It depends on what type of person you are though. Some guys can't help but flash their money everywhere and buy nice things to show off. My old boss, the smartest and most successful dealer I knew, drove a old Honda Accord. He could have bought himself any car he wanted, but he knew that was unnecessary. The guys that I knew that ended up going to jail were the ones that drove the BMWs and Mercedes, trying to flaunt their wealth. I drove a fairly regular car (Chrysler 300). I did it for 7 years without getting caught and decided it was time to quit at 25. I always found there was two types of dealers… The angry, asshole dealers that treated people like shit and threatened them, using fear. I was the opposite, being nice to everyone and keeping people happy. I always thought you're less likely to have someone call the cops on you if people have no reason to. If they are scared of you, they might snitch on you. Also, getting involved in gangs is a dumb idea, all that does is bring attention to you. I had customers or friends that would mention “awe man, I can get you a better deal through this biker I know” and I would tell them no thanks. To save a hundred or so a pickup isn't worth dealing with known criminals. Also, I didn't drink and drive, didn't smoke pot and drive, etc. I treated it like a pizza delivery job more or less, only with a lot more income. Anyways, I could ramble about the subject for hours, I learned a lot from it. As a long way to answer a short question, yes, you can be a successful long term dealer. The guys that stand on the street corner or give out their number to anyone and everyone won't make it far though.

Can I go into a dealership and just go for a test drive with no serious intention to buy? Should I let the dealer know I’m not interested in buying?

Well, that's a good question. Here's the answer. Not only do I sell cars, but I own a car dealership. All of the advice about being sneaky and deceptive, getting a fake phone number, all that garbage...forget all of it. As an organization, I do not tolerate an employee being dishonest with a customer. I'm also not real appreciative of a customer that lies. If you are such a chicken shit that you feel you need to lie, then just don't bother. Big talk stories about the rich grandpa that is gonna cough up the cash for the Corvette don't go over very well. We really aren't that stupid. Go to the store, tell them you CAN'T buy a car, (which you can't), tell them why you can't buy a car, and tell them that you would like to test drive a car. Now, here's the point of emphasis: don't be stupid and ask to drive a vehicle that is 20 years of hard work beyond your range. Pick a vehicle that is in the basic category of what you would soon be able to buy. Anyone in my store would be happy to take you out for a test drive, treat you with respect, recognize and acknowledge you in public, offer you a place in our referral program, and be happy to visit with you anytime you felt like dropping in. You are our future customer. We know it and will treat you as such.  Don't try to lie to us. It's a poor way to start our new relationship.

How do drug dealers know if they are serving a undercover cop or a addict?

Depends on the dealer, the drug, the cop, and the nature of the whole situation. First anyone newly introduced should be kindly offered a little free sample first, to mke sure it’s high enough grade for him. If the new guy refuses a free hit from the pipe or a line of coke, the dealer should assume it’s a cop until proven otherwise. The cop knows that arresting him formoffering the small freebie is pointless because the attourney would successfullly plead a defence of entrapment and just he’d be out in 12 hours with a caution for personal use. Most dealers never planned to becme dealers. Their hobby just kind of drifted them into it and their clientelle can be trusted. If however the dealer finds unexpected financial success and starts to show off as a “gangster” and thinks it’s something to show off about, then someone’s naïve little cousins might start showing off too that they know the bad man, and it will become common knowledge. Sooner or later someone will inform on him out of jealousy or misplaced morality or another dealer will get caught and claim the other guy is the “big fish” to keep out of jail.He may get too cocky and start handing out business cards. He might start “cold calling” trying to drum up new business on the streets with strangers. Even if he’s selling a fake product to strangers, that’s dangerous too. Once he’s selling to anyone at all with an attitude that things never go wrong for him, then he may well get dumb and sell to an undercover cop. There are a million ways to get busted for dealing. He could be snitched on by an ex-girlfriend you pissed off, someone may start using his product to the point where they talk too much before thinking, his Jesus freak granny might find his stash and “do the right thing” and anyone can be unlucky, no matter how caredul they are. If he ends up inside for selling to a cop though, he did a lot of stupid things to get their attention first.Either that, or the undercover agent was exceptionally good at their job, in which case he was caught because years of experience just made him sniff out a dealer the moment he see’s one. Just had an intuition the moment he set eyes on him. Then the cop did a really good job of appearing to be anything but a cop and knew how to be in order that he’d inevitably probably offer to sell some, and he was tricked into prison despite a lack of undue careless. The most successful dealers would probably be undercover cops who sold it in their spare time.

Why do some girls go out with gangsters and drug dealers?

They think it makes them cool, drinking/drugs and doing destructive things, all the things that their parents don't want them to be doing. Their living in the moment which they don't see as being stupid at all, they think that they are in love......

The bad boys drag them down into the gutter with them they don't care what happens to the girls as it's all about their own fun.
These girls don't or won't know what's up until it's too late and they are totally down (jail/prison) along with the guys that took them there.

I saw this first hand as a correctional officer. Many of these guys ratted on their own girlfriends just to be able to get their own sentences reduced. Since the girls didn't have any one to give up they got they higher sentences, it's horrible thing to see.

Most of these girls are a very young 18 yrs old, very immature an
naive. They either have no self esteem or it is very low. I saw a lot of these girls getting sentenced to years for what the bad boy got them into. There is nothing quite as sad as seeing an 18 year old girl come back from court and hearing that she received a 30 year sentence. That was federal time, so they do 85 % of the 30 years

Yes, I think a lot of the parents are at fault as well. Parents need to know who their children are hanging out with, where they are and what they are doing. If a parent doesn't know these basic things then they are not much of a parent.

And yes some of their parents do drugs them self, some times you see the mother, daughters and even aunts all locked up on the same unit. The fathers and some times brothers on another unit, so basically the entire familys doing time.

I have lost my nissan almera car keys, anybody knows how to make a duplicate without a key?

i don't have any spare key and don't know how to get a duplicate one, plus anyone knows how to find the key code so that I can get a duplicate key made from this key code

If you buy a gun from an ffl dealer do you still need to register it?

i don't really know if this is a stupid questions, but my dad is looking to buy a gun, but.. he doesn't believe the government should know he bought a gun, so he will NOT register the guns he buys, i believe the same, it's our right to bear arms, its not their right(the govmn'ts right) to know what we own, so if we were to buy a gun online from an ffl dealer would we still have to register it? im clueless as to how this all works... give me all the info you have on this subject thank you much :)
