Is a writer a good career option?
Less than 5% of writers make a full time living at it, unless you are considering a field like journalism. If you want to write books or do freelance work, I would be prepared with a plan for a day job to pay your bills while you write. There's no standard pay for writers. Typically, a first book will probably net the author less than $5,000. For every Rowlings or King out there, hundreds of other authors are making little to no money on their books. But if you have a passion for it, it's worth it!
How did you become a good writer?
Same way you get to Carnegie Hall.Three steps to repeat: read, write and edit.Certainly being fluent in the language you have chosen to write in is key, and that starts with reading a lot of good writing so you can recognize it if you see it in your own work. If you read Mencken and Thurber and C.S. Lewis and Asimov and Nabokov (careful about translations, and careful about assumptions - Nabokov wrote Lolita in English), you will absorb vocabulary and pick up a style that is right for you. There's nothing magic in my short list; I only mean that the more truly great writing you read, the better models you'll have.Then write. Write and write and write. I know that writing has made me a better writer in the past four years. I've written close to 1000 answers, and probably more comments than that. I just find it much easier to write now than I did a short time ago. Sadly, I can no longer stop writing, even within a given answer, and have said many times that I can pack 100 words worth of ideas into a concise 1500 word entry.But it's embarrassing for me to be asked this question, not because I think I'm a bad writer, but because I haven't consistently (or even often) carried out step three: edit. Rewrite. Take words out unless they are necessary. Use simple phrases where possible. Don't use the same word over and over again unintentionally. I think I write good first drafts on Quora. They made me a Top Writer. I think I'm a 90th percentile writer (though that's obviously true as long as I get to pick the group I'm being compared to, whether that's "all humans", or "all Quorans", or all the people arguing on the internet, etc. Quora has been kind enough to arrive five or six of my answers to be published on Forbes and Slate and Huff Post. I am given whatever time I have asked for to clean up the answer before it goes to one of those sites. And I make lots of changes. I think those answers got lifted into the 94th percentile. And that's good enough. (Note also that if you have a friend who can help, or Simon and Shuster will pay someone to help, having an editor is invaluable, because they have fresh eyes. You can usually reject their edits if you like.) I wish I could write like some other Top Writers, or even like Umberto Eco, et al. But I wish I could play the piano like Elton John. I just didn't practice enough to come close, and there is an outer limit based on natural ability, of course.
What's the one thing a person needs to be a good writer of fiction?
Not giving up!A person cannot become a great writer over night. It comes with practice. Reading is a must. Read as many books as possible and make sure these books have good grammar. Reading has a great impact on a person. Every writer has been a reader first.You make a lot of mistakes before you can perfect your story. I believe, the first and foremost thing in writing is to finish a story than worrying about the mistakes you make. We learn from our previous mistakes. Keep writing. You can always go back to edit. Also, working with a critique partner or a beta reader helps a lot.Patience and hard work is the key. When you choose to share your work with the outside world, you should prepare yourself to face the worst. Never let the appreciation go to your head and Never let the negative criticism break you. Always maintain a stability in how you accept a criticism. Take the good and leave the bad.

Are there any songs out that have good writers craft?
As far as country, a brilliant example of writers craft is "Highwayman" by the Highwaymen. However, you really need to look at the criteria of your project for guidance on the kinds of writer's craft: your teacher or tutor is probably expecting you to use terminology and ideas that you have learnt about in class.

If you want this to be professional you may want to hire a company to do this for you. There are people out there that do this. BUT if you want to do it your self go at it. First top center of paper you put your name, address Phone number Two spaces down on left of page the date. Two spaces down from here you put the person/company name of property owner. Two spaces down again start your letter with either Sir, To whom it may concern, Two spaces down and four spaces in write the following. What does it take to become a good writer if you have very little experience?
There is only one rule you have to follow if you want to become a writer and the rule is to take a pen and paper and start writing. Write just about anything but make a start.A photographer might want to capture a scene he fancies with his camera; you do it with words. You get an idea, try putting it in writing. This will help you gain confidence that you can now give expression to your thoughts in your writing. There is also an awareness of the way you use words to express yourself and that means you are discovering your style of writing which can only be your own.Work at it diligently so that you don't feel the need to be influenced by the writings of others'.Remember writing is not a hobby one indulges in. To become a good writer , you have to apply yourself diligently,at least 2 to 4 hours of writing daily. Furthermore it would help if you can read the works of renowned writers , masters in their art.There's much to learn from them by just reading their works.Familiarise yourself with the basics of the different genres of writing, and remember that the only way to becoming a successful writer is to :WRITE !
