I put wrong email in my confirmed booked JetStar flight..., now I cant get my itinerary! HELP!?
I booked a JetStar flight yesterday..., unfortunately I was not concentrated that I put my email address wrongly! I already made the payment and it's confirmed already. Now how do I ask for a new itinerary? Please I need to get it done ASAP.
Do i just show my confirmation ticket at the airport?
I bought southwest airlines tickets online. It doesn't tell me what to do. This is the first time I bought tickets online. Do I just show up to the airport with the confirmation number or do I have to do something else? please help

Yes that is the booking confirmation number. Normally it will ask you to print out your receipt of your purchase and it'll have your order confirmation number, how many tickets, your name and info, the price and how much you paid ect...you should've gotten an email about it so that's what you need to print out (if you didn't then you can just log in to ticketmaster.com and bring up your order history). Also make sure you take the same credit/debit card you used to order the tickets with you when you go to the event (not always but sometimes they will ask to look at it to make sure you aren't scamming them).
Jetstar flight Itinerary and booking number!!?
Hi. Well. Looks like Jetstar has once again stuffed up. I'm not suprised... I would call Jetstar (131 538 (+61 3 9092 6500)) - good luck getting through by the way, and tell them that you did not recieve your details etc. They will have to just go by your name and do a search seeing as you don't even have a booking number. Usually when you do a check in anywhere for any airline, they just take your passport and from that type in your last name. From memory, Jetstar does this too, so you should be fine but just as a back up, i would call them and ask. :)

The best thing I can suggest is to call the flight company you booked with. They may of just taken your details down and reserved you a ticket, but not yet taken payment, in which case, when they come to take payment then you will have problems. Also, have a look on your credit card statement and see if the money has been debited. If it has, talk to your bank and find out how the flight company was allowed to take money with incorrect details! Someone's got to be at fault!
