I Need Opinions Should I Get Rid Of My Love Handles

How do you get rid of those ugly love handles?

Do you have a Curves in your area? I joined and I love it! They have a great machine that works that very area. You end up with such a slender waist! The program is affordable, only $29 a month. It's 30 minutes, 3 days a week. I have been going for a year and couldn't be more happy with it.

Man, I remember getting made fun of for my weightI had it both ways, first I was fat and made fun of for my weight. Then I was skinny and still made fun of.I wish I not only learned this, but was told it. Excuse any language but I am just trying to get it across.First of all whoever is making fun of you is not worth your time. F*ck them, their opinions don’t matter. Don’t take anything they say personally. They’re just showing their insecurities by attacking you.While their opinions don’t matter I do however commend you for wanting to make change. Grasp on that negative hate and use it to fuel you to change. Although I say grasp on to it, don’t hold on to it tightly and carry it with you. If you carry it too long it will only pull you down.Make it enjoyable. Make it about bettering yourself. Make it about you not them.Now, love handles is fat. Losing fat is losing fat, the same way you lose fat on you legs you lose them on your arms and your abs.Losing fat is the same no matter where it is.While you can target it to build muscle and “somewhat tone it”. Its about an energy deficit. You’ll have to lose the fat, unfortunately fat falls off randomly, usually at the most wanted parts last.You’ll have to eat less food than you burn daily, a calorie deficit.Besides normal ab workouts, just long ab (planks/leg raise/ab roller etc.), I don’t do much more. Maybe side obliques very very very very very…. very rarely. Which is basically once in every 6 months I decide to.Just exercise, lift weights, run, walk, do some ab workouts. Less is more, less volume per day, more frequency. I explain this in my article.Do exercise you enjoy.Most importantly eat well and eat right. I prefer a 20% deficit from my maintenance.Probably maybe even more importantly, it’s a process, it takes. Be patient. It’s about consistency.Most people fail to lose the weight not because of their diet or workout, but because of themselves.

Love handles can be attractive in some cases because they can add to and over-all curvy look, but muffin top, no. So if you love your love handles, just don't squeeze into jeans too tight, especially if you're wearing a tight shirt to emphasize them.

How can I reduce love handles at home?

In my opinion, abs, and love handles are in the ab region, are made in the kitchen. 80% food, 20% exercise.There are a ton of exercises you can do at home to chisel away at the muffin.In the kitchen, you want to think lean and green. You will see good results if you cut out carbonated drinks (ugh I know) and cut your sodium back.Be patient, the muffin did not grow over night and it will not go away overnight either, you are developing a lifestyle, not a phase or fad.Hope this helps.

Love handles aren't usually a good thing, but a lot of guys like them. Your boyfriend probably loves your love handles. A healthy diet is always a good thing, but don't be hard on yourself.
