I need opinions on my boy situation!?
There is this kid I like...we have several classes together and so we spend a ton of time together during the day. We have lunch together twice a week at least. He also asked me to be his partner for one of our group projects. Everyone tells me that they can see something between us; I know that I like him, but I can never tell what he's thinking! When he sees me in the lobby of my residence hall he always comes over and chats, and once he came over and sat with me for like an hour and a half and we just talked. We went and got ice cream the other night - I drove (he was far away and I didn't want him to walk all that way) but he bought me ice cream. We sat and talked for about an hour. I'm always nervous about running out of things to talk about; I don't want it to get awkward when we're talking! He is absolutely hilarious so I feel like when we have a more serious conversation he's not having a good time, but that could just me being paranoid. We never really text though - we might exchange messages for a few minutes but that's about it. I'm afraid of bugging him. What would your advice be for me? I want to go for it, but how can I tell if he feels the same way?

May be a dumb question but i need opinions on a situation, my neighbors kids are drawing on my property?...?
Okay so i need opinions on how to settle a ongoing situation... I live in an apartment complex, my neighbors have 2 kids (5&6) they draw on my porch frequently with chalk i clean up the chalk w.e no big deal right? Ok, now they have started drawing on my door wall and window. Its bright and you can see its there looks horrible and trashy and these parents walk passed my damn door seeing what their kids have done and dont even bat a eye at it. Now my property has been a mess for over a week i have asked the office if they could do something and they flat out told me NO...um ok? Thx for nothing right. So i asked the girl who is 6 and is old enough to know right from wrong to please clean up her mess...completly ignored me, then i wrote a very nice note asking to please clean up after their children saw the dad read it still IGNORED ME. So yahoo people what the heck can i possibly do? Do i clean it up then let my one year old go chalk crazy all over their door and porch? Do i go to he office demanding they do something since these kids are kind of "destroying" my property? I mean obviously these parents are scrubs thats where their kids get it so i dont think me being nice and civil is working. God this is probably a dumb question haha oh well, i need opinions so help me out. What the heck do i do? Im pregnant im tired i dont want to clean up after kids that arent mine or have people walk past my door thinking im a slob! Well thanks for any advice in advance

i work at a camera shop, been there maybe three months. last night i was working with a girl who started the same time as me but doesn't work as often so she needs my help sometimes. as i was ringing up a camera for a customer, i noticed her bringing over a very expensive camera that even i hardly sell. by the time i finished my own sale, i came over to help her. she explained the reason the sale was so easy was because one of our other co-workers left a makeshift sale sign that seemed to indicate that EVERYTHING shown in a certain display case came free with this camera. because the sign was hard to understand, she assured me she called both the manager AND the person who made the sign and they both said it was okay. i felt VERY skeptical but helped her ring and mark down the price anyway. during the process another customer was inquiring about the deal...so i called and asked my manager if it applied to ANYONE who bought one of these camera's or just this one time. he told me "look, it's just the stuff they USUALLY get with the package and it's just worded differently". i repeatedly told him i thought he was mistaken and he finally REALLY listened and realized that she was giving away hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise that should NOT be included. at this point, my other co-worker had just given the man a signed receipt and i had to say "sir, i'm sorry but some of the things we believed were free actually are not". he said "too bad, i have a recipt give me everything", i responded "i'm very sorry, and because you've been inconvinienced, come in tommorow and my manager will negotiate a fair price". he refused and caused a big sceene and i had to call secrity. it wasn't even MY sale, i didn't write the phony sign, and my manager didn't care enough to thoroghly investigate until i forced it on him, yet i took charge of the situation myself and helpped resolve things calmly and this is what i get. my manager tells me i should have paid more attention, AND today when i was discussing the situation with an different employee and joked "i bet dave said it was all my fault" he said "all i know is YOUR name is on the recipt". apparently as i was helpping this girl ring, MY employee number was used. does that in ANY way make things MY fault?
Can an opinion be a fact in a situation where everyone agrees? Or is that once again just an opinion?
I guess that would be a widely accepted theory. A fact has to be falsifiable and then proven right - so in a scientific sense, no it would not be considered fact.But philosophically, that does raise an interesting question. If everyone was atheist, would that make atheism factual? Or vice-versa? Since this is non-falsifiable, it does beg the question.However, you can find the answer by reversing the question. If some people don’t agree with a fact, is it merely an opinion? Take the flat earthers for example. Just because they don’t agree does not mean that the Earth isn’t round.By this philosophy, if everyone agreed that the Earth was flat it would not change the fact that the Earth is round. Therefore, even if everyone agrees, we can still be wrong and thus it is just an opinion.Finally though, this is extremely interesting when considered ethically. If everyone thinks it’s wrong to kill, does that make it a fact that killing is wrong? In this case, I believe that everyone’s combined opinions do in fact create fact.
I need a man's opinion on the" friends with benifits w/ the ex " situation ?
Although everyone is telling you that it can never work. I'm living proof that it can. Only trouble is that ONE of you will find someone else and you both have to be ready for that happening. In saying that, it depends competely on the people. I have been a friend with benefit to an ex boyfriend for about 8 years and we handle it just fine. We work better this way and neither of us ever has a problem when we are in another relationship. We just put our thing on hold. We can come and go in each others beds while remaining friends when we are not doing that. It works for us and it might work for you two. It all comes down to the people involved.
