I Need To Move Schools But We Dont Have The Money Help

My parents won't let me move schools.?

Please keep in mind I don't live in the US and I CAN apply for schools outside my zoning. and there are 5 years of high school where I am.

I want to transfer to another school which is a good half an hour away. My parents REFUSE. I asked them a million times. I told them why I wanted to move (leaving out the social/emotional details). Basically my school has this sucksh*t education system and the school I want to move to has a great one.

I've come to the end of my rope here. If they refuse to let me move I'm thinking of getting myself expelled or kicked out. I'm not an idiot but I don't know what else to do. For the past 2 years I've considered killing myself (which failed obviously). Please help me.

I don't know what else to do. I talked to my parents. They refuse to listen to ANY reason. They don't care. All they said was:

You can't do anything about the education system. Just stick with it.

and all my father cares about is money. He never admits it but yeah. He doesn't want to buy new uniform or let me bus there or drive me there (I have a younger sibling). & it's not like we can't afford to change schools or anything AND my school has to change uniform next year. AND my mother just refuses to acknowledge the fxcking problem

I'm sorry I can't give you more information I'm rather paranoid. If you want more info private message me.

I can’t get a second job because I go to school, I also pay a lot in bills (rent to my parents, My car note, my car insurance, cell phone bill, not to mention things like gas in my car lunch here and there.) I don’t now what to do I can do anything at all! I cant date I cant go out with friends unless they know who they are and I'm forced to do a religion I no longer want to do. I have no friends or family that will help me so if I leave I have to be on my own. Please help I feel like I'm going to have a brake down.

I want to change schools but my parents won't let me, please help?

I'm in year eight moving on to my ninth year at the school I'm at now,
I never wanted to be at this school, from the start (after I graduated year six in primary school) yet my mum sent me to a catholic school because she thought I'd have more chance of succeeding than what I would in a government school.
I'm so depressed at the school I'm at now, I've ran away from home before because I was so sick of living around mum because of the constant fights we've been having, I've even thought about committing suicide over it, I even told her this but she didn't even care.
These last few holidays she made up her mind she would let me go and then over time as per usual she changed it again, she saw my face go from happy to sad and I started balling my eyes out, I just don't want to be there any more.
The other school has more electives/subjects to offer, nicer/better teachers and they focus more on what I want to to do when I'm older and BONUS, it's $4000 cheaper to send me there than the school I'm at now and mum can't even afford it because she's struggling enough as it is,
Can't she see that this'd be better for the both of us?
Shed have more money put away, in would be happy all the time, and possibly get the job I want?
I just don't want to live anymore unless I'm in that school...

I want to study in the USA, but I don't have enough money to cover all the tuition fees. Which community colleges can I transfer from to get into top universities?

For Harvard specifically, if you are good enough to get into a top tier university like Harvard, you probably do not need to start out at community college as I'm pretty sure you would qualify for a need-based full scholarship for most of these schools.I know this is true for Harvard - If you are accepted into Harvard and you come from more humble economic situation... Harvard will most likely give you a need-based scholarship. For someone living in the United States the threshold is $65,000USD. That is to say if your family earns less than that Harvard will always cover the cost of tuition, lodging and food for you and your parents pay nothing ($0). You, the student, will be expected to pick up a part-time job to cover for incident expenses... a lot of students join work at Dorm Crew.Net Price CalculatorI'm pretty sure this is true for MIT and Stanford as well as my high school girlfriend went to MIT on a full-scholarship as well. One thing to know about Harvard specifically, it is even more difficult to be accepted as a transfer student as we only accept as many student as slots open up (i.e. someone has to leave Harvard for a spot to open up). I think my sophomore year there were three transfer students... some years have zero.

My mom keeps trying to make me switch schools?

I live in a big city but go to a smaller suburban school. Now, what a lot of people don't get is that I'm not taking money out of their taxes to go to school there, and because we live in the city, we're often treated with disrespect. next year, I'm going to high school, but my mom keeps on trying to get me to change districts. I like my school and my friends and the high school here looks a lot better than the other schools she's trying to make me go to. My problem is, I just don't want to change schools. I tell my mom this but she doesn't listen. Please help?

I want to move to LA please help?

Im 17 years old and i graduate high school in June. My friend and I really want to move to L.A when we graduate and go to community college. We currently live in the Bay Area (about 7 hours North from LA) I know it sounds impossible and everyone in my family keeps saying we can't do it but we really have our minds set on it.

We looked up a couple studio apartments that are only about $500 per month, meaning we'd each only have to pay $250. It seems reasonable but my dad's like "How are you gonna get a job, everyones losing their jobs blah blah blah" just bein hella negative. I know the economy isnt so great but people still get jobs.

We just really need help getting this together and nobody wants to help us so if anyone has any advice about how to get a job out there BEFORE we move, or any other advice on how we can make this possible PLEASE help. we really need it. Thanks

How to move from New York to Tennessee?

My boyfriend and I moved from TN to come to NY for family reasons. Now that we have a child, we would like to move back to TN but we just don't know how. We do not have a vehicle or money. I am going to school full-time and my boyfriend intends to get a job to support us. He is waiting to receive his security license in the mail. Then he will try to get a security job.

How will we be able to move to TN? Should he get a job, get money for a vehicle, buy a place in TN and then move? How will we support ourselves in TN if work is in NY?

Could he apply for jobs in TN while still in NY? I don't think he would get an interview considering his address is about 3 states away.

We could really use some major help, any advice would be greatly appreciated. We're in a very bad situation here, thanks.

My parents don't have much money, it's really stressing me?

cool story bro
