Texas roadhouse/logans roadhouse dinner rolls?

Ingredients
1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 pinch white sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup warm water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups all-purpose flour
Directions
1.In a large bowl, stir yeast, 1/4 cup warm water, and a pinch of sugar.
2.In another bowl, beat eggs in 1 cup warm water; add oil and salt. Mix egg mixture into yeast, and add sugar. Gradually add flour. Cover with a damp cloth, and allow to stand at room temperature for 1 hour, then place in the refrigerator and allow to rise overnight. This dough is rather sticky, and will raise to at least twice it's size.
3.Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each section out into a circle on a floured board or wax paper. Cut into pizza slice shapes, and roll slices large end to small end. Place on greased flat baking pans, and allow to rise for 2 hours.
4.Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 8 minutes.

Are Texas Roadhouse's rolls vegan?

I think the Texas Roadhouse rolls are way better than Olive Garden's breadsticks. I love the rolls because of the sweet taste!

Does anyone know how to make the rolls from TEXAS ROADHOUSE?

I am a chef and have done a little bakeing. I can tell you that there is something about eating out that can't be duplicated at home. I don't know what it is but there is something. for example I work with a chef from philly and he told me that he could make me a philly steak but it wouldn't tast like it does in philly. even though he was doing the same thing they do in philly. I can give you a professional roll recpie but it won't be the same as texas roadhouse.

Of course their original recipe is a guarded secret but, here is a clone that is pretty close.2 tablespoons kosher salt2 teaspoons brown sugar1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper½ teaspoon paprika½ teaspoon chili powder¼ teaspoon garlic powder¼ teaspoon garlic salt¼ teaspoon onion powder¼ teaspoon turmericGather a medium-sized bowl, a gallon-sized plastic bag with a zip top, a pair of scissors and a spice jar with a shaker-type top. Measure out 2 tablespoons of kosher salt and pour into the bowl. Add 2 teaspoons of brown sugar. Standard white sugar can also be used. Measure 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, garlic salt, onion powder and turmeric. Add all seasonings to the bowl. Add 1/2 teaspoon of paprika and chili powder to the bowl. Measure out 1 teaspoon of black pepper and add to the other spices in the bowl. Fresh ground, medium-sized pepper is best for this mix. Stir mixture gently to incorporate all ingredients. Pour seasonings into a gallon-sized plastic bag, then seal. Shake the seasonings together in the bag until the seasonings appear to be evenly blended. Cut an edge off of one of the bottom edges of the plastic bags at a diagonal. The cut should be small enough for the tip of the bag to easily fit into the empty spice jar.Enjoy!
