I Really Want To Lose Weight But I Dont Know How

I'm 15, and I really want to lose weight.?

I know how you feel because I was 14 years old, 5'5 and 196lbs. People were always telling me "You don't need to lose weight" or "You're healthy! Why would you want to be smaller?" But I knew they were lying. You're parents say 130-140 is unrealistic? That is a healthy normal weight for someone at your height. I'm 19, 5'8, and 140lbs and that is considered healthy for me. Here is what you can do to lose weight:

1. Nutrition
Eat lean proteins like chicken, fish, and turkey. Avoid red meat as much as possible. I gave up pork when I was 13 and beef when I was 14 and haven't had it since then. You'll also want to make sure the bread and grains you eat are whole wheat and whole grain. Make sure your eating plenty fruits and vegetables.

2. Portion Size
Eating too much food, even if it's good for you, can be bad. Drink a lot of water or unsweet iced tea while you eat your meal so that it will help you to feel full. Something I've found helpful is to eat several small meals through out the day instead of just 3 bigger meals.

3. Exercise
Depending on what you like to do you can go to the gym or workout at home. I have a gym membership but I don't get to go that often. I am able to go bike riding for at least an hour every night after work. This has motivated my husband and my mother to do the same. You don't have to push yourself to hard but try to do a little more than what you normally would. Something that I also find helpful is the Wii Fit Plus. They have a jogging workout that is a very great for exercising your legs.

I really hope you can benefit from the suggestions I gave you. I'm getting ready to leave or I would give a little more detail but if you have any questions or if you need any motivation just email me and I'll do my best to help. =)

Wife wants to lose weight and I don't want her to?

My wife is a gorgeous, thick woman. She has big breasts, thighs, butt, softer midsection. She's been like this since we met and I absolutely love it. It's what immediately attracted me to her. She is also very active. She goes to the gym with me all the time, 5 days a week. She lifts weights, does the elliptical or walks on the treadmill. When it's warm, we like to go hiking or rent boats at a nearby lake and things like that. I am not chubby by any means. I'm a muscular guy, I try to keep my body fat low. But just because I'm this way does not mean at all that I want her to be really tiny like some of the other women at the gym. Thin women just do not do it for me at all, I never look twice at them. My wife was 5'2 and 145 lbs and has all of a sudden decided that she wants to lose like 25 pounds. I don't know why. We have a great relationship, great house, lots of friends and family, successful. I don't understand what is missing in her life that she feels like some big change is necessary. She says she'd feel more attractive and healthier. But she is already healthy and already perfect. We have a 7 year old daughter. Wife has lost 10lbs and I already feel she is less desirable. I really do not want her losing all this weight and looking like a stick and I can't help how I feel. People like what they like. She thinks that I will like it too once I adjust to it but I don't see that happening.

Want to lose weight but don't know where to start. Help?

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

I want to lose weight but I love eating. What should I do?

1- Eat More Oily FoodI’ve been to several restaurants with friends and acquaintances who are rather overweight. One common thread I’ve observed is that most of these people who are trying to live healthy are conscious of ordering something that is less oily.First hard truth: Eating less oily food has nothing to do with your weight loss..2- Never Run On TreadmillWhen I go to gym, I see that 80% of people running on treadmills are fat. They are thinking that if they do it for 30 minutes everyday, some day in the distant future they will be slim.Second hard truth is: No person in the history of this world has gotten slim by running on a treadmill..3- Eat 4–5 Times A DayFat people think that eating less, 1-2 times a day, will make them slim. It’s true that if you starve yourself you will lose weight. What you probably don’t know is that you primarily lose weight by reducing your muscles, not your stored fat.I eat between 2500 - 3000 calories a day on average. I stay between 10-12% body fat at about 75 kg.When you starve yourself and reduce weight, you are basically losing strength and stamina. You are getting weaker. Before you realise you will develop lower back pain and what not. Just don’t do it.Third hard truth is: To reduce stored fat, you eat A LOT – like 4-5 times a day. And you never miss breakfast..So How Do You Lose Weight By Eating A Lot?You change the composition of your food from being carb-rich to high in proteins and fats. You will never have to worry about eating a lot or counting your calories.

My bf wants me to lose weight but I'm not fat?

I'm 5 feet tall and 42kg.
My bf showed me a picture of a girl with very tiny waist and I said "Oh she's so pretty!" but what my bf said hurt me.. he told me "Then lose your weight." with a cold looking face.
He never said that before.. and I didn't even want to be like the girl in the picture! I just said she was pretty and my bf tells me to lose weight.
I don't think I'm fat, but I'm kind of starting to see myself as fat...
I'm not sure if I should lose weight..
