I get angry ALL the time over nothing. help?
this really sounds like an anxiety disorder. I am not a doctor, but I personally have experienced what you are talking about. Do you feel on edge all the time, like you are gonna snap? Do you feel jittery at all. sometimes those jitters keep you wired all day and eventually its too much for you to handle. you mentioned you have been depressed, did you know that anxiety and depression many times go hand in hand? I used to snap at everyone, my mom, my husband, my sisters over any little thing. I am now on welbutrin and prozac. THats a combo of meds that works really well for me, I dont feel like a zombie, i just feel like my old self, and i dont snap any more! I think you should talk to your doctor, it doesnt have to be a therapist. your family doctor can prescibe them if you are interested. I hope you get better. Also, if you dont want medication, try yoga and excercise, to help get that frustration out :)

Hun, this is what I'd call an abusive relationship. You are doing nothing wrong. nothing. He's either got a mental disease called bi-polar, or he just has a messed up past that taught him that when you're mad you hit the closest thing to you. Which is wrong. You need to get you and your son out of there before one of you gets hurt/killed. I'm not kidding. You don't deserve this. He doesn't love you if he hurts you like this. Personally I wouldn't trust my little girl with him for a second. If he gets mad at you for merely erasing too hard then... he has the issue, not you. I do that all the time. Has he ever heard of a cap eraser? I'd tell your parents to let you live with them and keep this guy away. I mean now. Get your son and leave now before someone gets killed. I wish you all the luck in the world hun. Especially since you're already a teen mom, you don't need this added to your life.

Continuously playing while saying ‘no’ is saying yes and no and yes and no and yes and you get my point.Also give them pleasant friendly tones when they are doing something that pleases you and entice them with rewards so they do so again.Cats are also pretty smart and their brains are differently wired than dogs.To cats, authority is temporary obstacle. ‘Long as the hooman is there I will get screams and butt smacked for doing that one thing, I’ll wait.’ The cat then will do what it wants to do when you are not in the room.So how to keep cats in-line without your authority?Make the spot unappealing. You want cats off couch? Scent it with lemon, put down foils, tape on the bed. The cat will get stinging smell and offensive sensation on their paws. Same with counters, beds, or anything you want them off of. Also giving them something allowed (pretty much a cat furniture) next to forbidden place will give them the option to compromise.Give them a choice, the hellish sense offending human spot vs the pleasant cat furniture next to it. The cat will stick to the cat furniture and once it becomes a habit, you will no longer have to keep spraying lemon and take off the tape on the human furniture.On side note, your cat wants to be part of your family and scent is important. They want to exchange scents to feel part of the family. How they do that is to rub on you and contact places where people hang around a lot. This often happens to be your spot on the couch, your favorite chair, your bed. Keep in mind your cat never plans or thinks of what happens and is only fufilling its needs.
My dad punched me in the nose ?
He just got mad cuz I turned on the computer when my sister was sleeping and she woke up cuz my grandma started screaming and he wanted me to turn it off but I didn't want to he tried taking my iPhone away and I didn't let him and since I have long hair he pulled my hair hard and then I was pushing him and then he started talking and I told him to shut up and he came up to me and punched me in the nose. I didn't know what to do like call the police or fight back but I didnt do anything and my nose still hurts and the worst thing of all is it was on my birthday

Carole Maggio has a facial exercise called the Nose Shortener that turns up the tip of the nose and narrows and slims down the bottom part of it : push the tip of your nose up strong with your pointer finger, and wiggle the bottom part of the nose down towards the upper lip against that resistance. Finger doesn't move, just your nose. Do it 35 times, holding the contraction for one second each, then hold it for a count of ten : twice a day. Nose starts to change form after four months or so. Also don't you ever push too hard back, it might hurt your spetum ! Put your finger at the very base of the nose ( between the nostrils ) and push up. Over time it does work ! If you don't know how to do that, look at yourself in a mirror and pucker your lips as if you wanted to give a kiss : look at your nose. It wiggles down a bit, maybe your nostrils flare too ; you need to isolate this movement from the lip movement. It's hard work but everybody eventually gets it !
