I Turned 18 On October 5th Am I Still Eligible For The 16 Oyster

How can I grow taller after I've started my period?

Hi!
So I turned 13 last year in November. And I started my period on October 20th last year. My family's british if that helps. At the moment I'm 170cm (5ft7) and my dad is 183cm (6ft), my mum is 168cm (5ft6ish), my 18 year old brother is 180cm (5ft11) and my 16 year old brother is 186cm (6ft2ish). Could anyone maybe say whether I'm still growing and if so how much?
If there are any ways I could grow quite a bit more, please let me know! Whether it's got to do with diet or exercise, I'll try anything. I just really want to grow. And I know it's quite unlikely but is there any chance of me growing another 15cm?
Thank you xx

Need to lose weight and grow taller fast?

Losing weight can, to some extent, stunt your height growth if you are underweight.

To reach your potential height you need adequate sleep (from 8-10 hours per night), adequate calories and a normal healthy diet.

Plenty of protein from eggs, meat, poultry, sea food and dairy products helps as well as calcium from milk, cheese and other dairy products. You also need plenty of zinc from red meat, oysters, mussels, nuts and seeds and zinc fortified cereals such as Weetbix. Vitamin D3 via the Sun also helps.

Girls usually stop growing at 15 and in most cases any further height growth from 15-21 is insignificant but there are exceptions such as late bloomers.

Guys usually stop growing at 18 and in most cases any further height growth from 18-25 is insignificant but there are exceptions such as late bloomers.

Under eating and under sleeping can, to some extent, stunt your height growth. Exercise does not help your height growth and smoking can actually reduce your potential height by a whole inch. Too much junk sugar can reduce your HGH level as in item 40 in http://www.rheumatic.org/sugar.htm

Is it too late to learn stop-motion animation at the age of 18? Many people say that I’m at the perfect age to start, but others say it’s too late. I want to be an inspirational animator like Hayao Miyazaki or Walt Disney

I have had thoughts like that all my life. First, as a teen, I wanted to be a rock guitarist and songwriter. I had this idea in my mind that I only had until the age of 20 to accomplish my goal. When I turned 21, Many bands that I loved came on the scene and some of them were in their 30s (dear God!). So, I bumped up my self-imposed deadline to 30. then 35, then 40.The funny thing was, all those years, I was playing guitar, writing songs and getting better at it, yet I was measuring success by “making it”. At age 36, I was on MTV and got my 15 seconds of fame. I still write and collaborate with musicians from all over the world. I now measure success by how happy I am with my work.I became a 3D animator around the same time and had some financial success with that. Many would think that is too late to start a career in animation. It wasn’t for me. I just started getting into stop motion as well at age 58. Any age limit you place on yourself is only holding you back from your heart’s desire. Those are the things you are meant to do in this life, no matter how short or successful. As Nike’s slogan says: “Just do it”!My new goal is to form a metal band named “Gandalf” and become the oldest metal guitarist in history. Or maybe I’ll just work on that epic stop-motion animated film…

Should I start investing in cryptocurrency in 2018? Is it too late?

NoSimilar to the http://dot.com bubble in 1999 where the internet would revolutionize the world, people got ahead of themselves in terms of valuations. Anything with a “.Com” behind it instantly had money pouring into it. Today we can make the same similarity with “blockchain” at the beginning of 2018. Valuations got ahead of themselves. Some coins with no plausible ideas became worth hundreds of millions of dollars. About a month ago the cryptomarket broke a huge support level and has been in free fall ever since. I would expect more of this bloodshed until we find some more support at lower levels. The cryptomarket is growing and will continue to grow, however the valuations we place on some of these coins are very high still. In the end, the price is dependent of what other people will pay for it.Dont get me wrong, I am long-term on crypto. But am also an investor that sees the cost I pay for its growth. When valuations get cheaper I would be more interested to get in. It could be sooner or later this year, we will see how low this bear market in crypto lasts. Because I see instituions viewing crypto as a new AI asset class I believe it isn’t going away, but I don’t want to go in it blindly at whatever price. As an investor it is better to buy when the market is fearful than when it is optimistic.Edit: Thanks for the upvotes. It looks like the crypto market is currently in a trading range between $275b market cap and $375b. Today's bounce indicates there is strong support at $275b (similar to previous supports since the beginning of the year). Hopefully this indicates a bull market for crypto as we move back up in the trading range waiting for a big catalyst to break out of this range.6/22/18: Trading range broke, bears won. We will see how low it will go. Will update when I see it look bullish.6/30/18- Great support found at $250b market cap. This could be a trend reversal. Let's see how it plays out.7/18/18: Healthy consolidation, could be a trend reversal. I imagine it going back up to 350b and pause from there… unless the crypto etf is approved. Then may go higher.7/24: Bought the dip, took somw profits off the table. It is unlikely a BTC ETF will be approved but the market is going up cause of it. I would buy the dips and sell the news until Aug 10th, then wait to see if we continue higher.

What is the white stuff that comes out of a girls vagina?

Do human growth hormone injections help 16 year old guys grow taller?

You will probably peak at 5'8 at 18. As you seem to be a late bloomer it could be a few inches better at 21 or even later as guys sometimes keep growing until 25.

A series of HGH injections by a doctor can only help you if your growth plates are still open and if your pituitary gland is not secreting enough HGH.

If your pituitary gland is secreting enough HGH then extra HGH won't help.

If I buy a Rolex today and keep it in a perfect condition for 50 years, how much would it cost and would it be a wise investment?

I bought my first Rolex in 2010 at the price of $3,800 while it was retailing at $4,800 at the time. Today, in 2017, that same watch in totally unworn condition is worth around $11,000. We are talking of a compound annual growth rate of 16.40%. Do you know a lot of investment that are performing better? Crazy, right? Now, not all Rolex watches would perform this way. Here are some elements that you should consider to maximize the value of your investment and its returns.Buy a Professional model. Submariner, Daytona or GMT. No Explorer, no Datejust, no Milgauss. Stick to the classics.Buy steel. Forget those horrible diamonds, full gold watches or even worse, two-tones steel/gold watches. Those are watches where you can actually lose money.Keep it unworn. I mean it. The watch should sit in a safe and never see the light. If the watch has protection stickers, do not take them away. The watch must be full set. Keep literally everything, boxes, papers, bills, gifts, bags. E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G!That leads us to the main question. Would that 16.40% annual growth rate will continue over the years? I highly doubt it. You will hit a plateau. No one can tell how it will behave in the course of fifty years versus other type of investments.Would I do this myself? Very unlikely as well! I love watches too much to keep them unworn in a safe. Hell, I won’t even consider making any decision that would engage me for such a long period!Buy wisely, invest in things that you like and you might see the value of your collection growing over time but usually, collectors aren’t investors.See you in fifty years!
