I Used Too Be Overweight Now Im Underweight Help

I used to be overweight, but now I am underweight, but I still think I look fat even though everyone tells me I'm skinny. How do I get rid of this?

I used to be at that point, and at my lowest I thought I was fatter than I am now, ten pounds heavier (you might think it's an unhealthy weight gain, but it's mostly muscle and my ass) and the only thing that cures it is AGGRESSIVE SELF LOVE.Celebrate who you are now, and who you were when you were fat. That person wasn't any less than the you now, and without them, you wouldn't be here today. You were AMAZING then, and AMAZING now.Surround yourself with people who are supportive of who you were now and before. Or, manipulate then psychologically until they are supportive.You want your loved ones to say you were AMAZING before, your fatness or thiness having nothing to do with it at allIf they don't or won't say that and say something negative, you have make them associate saying that with a negative consequence. Throw a tantrum, yell, burst into years, sulk, or something equally dramatically negative to make them associate saying you are/were fat, ugly, etc with a negative consequence.Only do this with loved ones/people you are close to because we don't want the outside world thinking you are too sensitive, no? Ur loved ones re whose opinion you should only take into consideration anyway.Dress better in more fitted clothing. Find your style. If I wear baggy clothes or too tight clothes that make what little fat I have emphasized, then I will look fat to me no matter what. And if I never wear makeup or take care of my skin and hair, I will look like ugly on top of that. You want to find what looks good you so that it gives you the confidence to wear it 50 lbs higher or lower.Fake it till you make it. Psychologically, it's been shown even if you fake a smile into the mirror, your brain triggers ​dopamine. Fake your satisfaction of your weight right now by loudly proclaiming it to yourself, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, quelling the quiet, negative thoughts that creep up on you about your body. Catch a quick flash of yourself in a storefront mirror and think 'ugh'? Destroy it RIGHT THERE and say, ‘no I look pretty nice today’.Stay away from stressful situations or learn to handle them. You can't not have stress in your life, but dealing with it properly keeps you sane, happy, youthful, and your body looking slimmer.Good luck!

I used too weigh just under 15 stone (95kg) now im 49kg, i changed my diet stopped drinking soda, drank water, stopped eating excessive cakes/buiscuits/chocolate, no fried foods, limited fastfood/taekaway. Ive lost all the weight gradually over 3 years, now im underweight and pretty unhappy, i dont starve myself but i know i need too be eating more http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/U... this is my food diary of what ive eaten today, is it enough? how many calories should i be aiming for?

I eat carbs everyday mainly pasta/potatoes, whats the best way too gain weight slowly? How many calories should i be consuming?

I used to binge eat really bad before but i dont now, could i actually have a fast metabolism so i should be eating way more than i am?

Hey guys!! Im an 18 years old girl, im around 5'2/5'3 inches tall and i weight 47kg (103/104 pounds). My mother was diagnosed with anorexia 12 years ago (she is fine now) and is now worried that i may have it too and keeps on telling me im underweight but when i look at myself in a mirror i look completely normal. So i was wondering if that really is underweight or is she just being overprotective? Thanks!!

I know im underweight, how can i get used to eating more?

I'm in the same boat as you actually; I'm 6'1" and 125lb. The thing to do is to slowly eat more, so instead of stuffing yourself in one sitting, spread it throughout the day (4-6 smaller meals should be a good amount), and track your calories to know how much you are eating; you should aim to add an additional perhaps 500 calories or so per month untily you gain weight. This is what I am doing.

You will feel like you are pushing yourself initially, but in time your stomach will get bigger, and you can eat more easily.

Would you rather be unemployed or underweight?

i would rather be unemployed because just because you're unemployed doesn't mean you're poor or you're struggling because a lot people think unemployed is someone who has no money whatsoever and still lives with his or her parents but that's not true. if you're too overweight it can be hard for you to get a job because personal appearance count just as well. what's your opinion?

Yes, if you have muscular legs they will appear to be "too big" even though you are under weight. What does your doctor think about your weight? Have you talked to your doctor or your coaches about how you feel about your thighs?

Have you talked to a nutritionist about your diet? Obviously, if you do so many sports you are going to be more fit than the average person, but I wonder if your diet is keeping up with your body's nutritional needs since you're underweight.

Honestly, I would be more worried about body dysmorphia, and worried about being underweight in the first place than about having muscular thighs.
