I Want Learn Communication In English Anybody Wants Give Me Help

Anybody Want to Help me Start my Spanish Honor Society Essay?

Language are the sounds that convey how we feel, what we believe and the foundation of communication. Learning Spanish is a way to show respect for another culture, it's people and communicate in a new way that is both fun and may give me a deeper understanding of Spanish speaking people. Speaking Spanish will not only broaden my personal understanding of another culture, but can allow me to work in a capacity where being bi-lingual is an asset for leadership of an organization. Whether it's being able to communicate better with people of Mexican origin, Puerto Rico, Cuban, Spain, etc. The Spanish speaking immigrant population in the USA is growing, and the ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a tremendous asset for doing business today, here and abroad. Speaking Spanish can allow me to accept responsibility and leadership for servicing a greater number of people in either the non-profit or commercial sectors.

Hope this helps. Good Luck!

My friend wants me to write software so we can communicate privately, but I think it would need a website, is there a free alternative?

There are plenty of solutions for this already, both commercial and for free. I’m not going to champion one utility specifically, they are easy to search for. The point is, unless you are in it for the learning experience, don’t waste time reinventing the wheel to have a private convo with someone over the net. I can’t help but think of two kids trying to talk through the can and string “phones” we used to make way back in the day. There is a better way lol!

Who can help me practice oral English? I can communicate with you about the Chinese culture.

I would be happy to converse with you. Give me your e-mail address and I will send you my Skype ID. I would like to learn Mandarin and I would like to learn about other aspects of Chinese culture also.

What do you do in communication class?

I know you make speeches and stuff, but is that basically all you do or is their more to it?

and....

Do you pick which topic to talk about or what?

Do you need to take an english placement test in order to get in any communication class?

---don't gotta read this part, but just wanna give a reason to why i wanna take a communication class---

I'm thinking about joining a communication class like

Interpersonal Communication
or either
Introduction to Public Speaking

Which one do you think is better for me?

I know I gotta improve my social skills...

I'm very talkactive when i'm at home, online and stuff, but when I'm out there talking to somebody or a group, i'm just all quiet.

Even though i feel like saying something at times, i just feel like I have to be quiet because i might end up saying something wrong, being yelled at, make fun of or talk behind my back. I'm just so use to those kind of things that I some what don't care about talking much anymore.

Most of the time, I don't even know what to talk about unless somebody started talking to me and getting me into the mood of talking alot.

I'm really talkactive, but it depends other wise I'm usually consider really quiet.

I feel horrible because I sometimes have guests over or visit my neighbors, but I just don't know what to say besides a simple handshake and hi.

I know my manners very well, but I just suck at communication so hopefully not many people who end up meeting me will mistaken me for being rude since I'm usually quite. I'm just not use to talking since I don't usally have anybody to talk to.

I can learn English via yahoo?

Yahoo may help but you'd better use an appropriated site, for example Live Mocha is better to learn English than Yahoo. You can check the pronunciation using an on-line dictionary, www.dictionary.cambridge.org is a good one. You have to study using a book and maybe go to an English school. Over than 70% of your success depend on you, it's true, but you may turn it easier by listening and reading good English books made for beginners at the idiom.
At least in Brazil it's easy to find magazines with audio cd for learners of English. These material are affordable and may help you a lot. Later you'll need a better material to study.

Who can help me improve my English?

I have already answered a similar question. Let me reproduce the answer here. Most of us (especially, Indians) form a sentence in our native language, translate it in English and then use it in a conversation. You have to stop doing that. Start thinking in English. Its a bit tough, but it will become easier and spontaneous with time. Don't think in your native language, think in English. This is the biggest hurdle in the process of improving your communication skills. Once you cross it, nothing can stop you.Now how to do that? Simple. Speak with your mind whenever you get time. But speak in English. Don't worry about grammar. Just speak. Now, let's focus on improving your fluency.Start reading newspapers, magazines, novels, blogs and whatever you can. But don’t just read, try to understand it. And make an opinion about it. Especially about editorials, opinions and issues. For example, lets say you read an article about drought in India. After reading it, think about it for some time. Then talk to yourself about it. Stand in front of a mirror and explain the issue to your reflection. Sounds funny, right? But trust me, it will help. And also think about what can be done to solve the problem, its outcomes etc and tell it to your reflection. Initially you will feel embarrassed, but keep doing it and you will certainly improve your English. One more activity that might help. I assume you have a laptop or pc (even a smartphone would work). Download some good serials (I will recommend Sherlock, Suits and GOT(caution: this one not for children)) and watch them by keeping subtitles on. Understand how they talk, how they pronounce a particular word. Then mute that serial and try to make similar pronunciations by reading those subtitles. It will not only improve your pronunciation but also boost your confidence. One more activity that might improve your fluency in English. Find a friend/relative/anyone (being an Indian, I know that this can be a bit tough as whenever you start speaking in english, you are accused of "shininig") who speaks English fluently and converse with him as much as possible. Ask him/her to point out your mistakes and tell you how to correct them.P.S. I have developed a course on Unacademy for those who want to improve their English, especially spoken English.Learn Spoken English Using Innovative Methods - UnacademyYou can have a look at it. It’s absolutely free.

How can I teach my Chinese friend who wants to learn English?

Very easy, but it takes effort on his part. I can recommend you a few tips together with a couple of resources that I find useful. Give some time and don't rush the learning. 1. Master the basic communication patterns, grammar rules, verbs, adjectives, prepositions and nouns. You can actually do a lot of this through self-study on the web. See: http://duolingo.com, http://livemocha.com, http://italki.com, and others.Never approach language learning passively. DO NOT MEMORIZE LISTS OF WORDS. They will kick ass at tests, but nothing else. A successful language learner will need to learn the etymology, pronunciation, etc. It is so much more fun. You need to simultaneously be your own teacher and own student. Force yourself to take notes of your reoccurring weaknesses and make strategies to overcome them. Monitor your improvement and use it as further impetus to go to the next level!2. Make it your priority to practice the language on a REGULAR basis– Ideally from experience, at least 30 minutes to an hour a day, at the same time each day.  You'll want to spend a couple of hours in order to become fluent in a short time.TIP:Having a language exchange partner is ideal, but in case you can't due to your surrounding environment, watch video news or programs in which you have complete control over video playback and displaying subtitles. Listen to more songs of that language as well and try to decipher the lyrics. 3. Go out and find speakers of English! This follows up from the previous point about having a language exchange partner. THIS IS CRUCIAL.If you're frightened of starting a conversation at Starbucks or at a party, then sign up for an account at www.nativfy.comas they allow you to connect to English speakers (be it native or not) via the web hassle free. Students often expect that they can learn only from native-English speakers, but I find that that is nonsense. Practicing with a non-native English speaker who is more advanced than you can be just as good because you'll be spurred on by: 1. the sense of competition; and 2. a role model to base (or not base) your learning on.Best of luck to him!

Thanks for reading my writing.

I really want to polish my English writing skills. What are some good books that could help me?

IMHO, [1] start with reading small, simple books, which despite of being simple are intriguing enough to hold your interest. I would suggest, "The Ice-Cream Maker". A great book, which apart from being small, simple and capable of holding your interest, will give advice on giving importance to "quality" in everything you do in life, and you could apply this "quality" in learning/improving new skills, including but not limited to Writing in English. You can [2] continue with books increasing in complexity, especially fiction (again IMHO) and keep a lookout for the usage of different phrases and expressions. Try to learn from the mistakes other authors make, needless to say, make not just the new words yours, but also the expressions and phrases. These books could be treated as little projects - always make notes - extensively.Books officially meant for improving writing skills will play an important role, but they might also have an adverse effect of limiting the spectrum of skills - that's because writing being an art, there would never be only one right or wrong way of conveying your thoughts. And off course, the right and wrong ways will often be contextual, which may or may not be learnable just by the "official books".So supplementing your "official writing course" with natural and continuous learning with [1] and [2] above would really help, IMO. Now, after these two ([1] and [2]) different (probably weird too :) ) suggestions, I'll conclude with the last suggestion. [3] Goto Amazon book reviews, and read what people have to say about famous, and some not so famous books. Sometimes, it's great to read reviews about books you've already read, there are often great different perspectives hidden in these personal opinions, which we don't think of, and which can play an important role in understanding what people like and what they absolutely hate.Focus on the long length, especially critical reviews. Whatever people don't like about the author's writing, could sometimes go to your notes in the "Donts" section. Finding the "Dos" using this method is little trickier. The reviews, favorable ones in this case, should be either by majority, or by accomplished critiques.  Happy Writing/Learning to write...
