I Want That Beach Body. I Need A Full Workout Routine That Will Get Me It

Will the Beachbody workout Programs work for me?

They work 100% if followed, I'm actually doing P90X right now, following the diet 100% taking the 4 supps, and working out, I've got amazing results so far, and It's only day 30, now insanity is a lot tougher lol, my coach told me that plyometrics in p90x is nothing compared to insanity...whoo that scares me, anyways, if you dread the price, you could become a coach like me, and get the 25% discount on everything. I could be your coach too if you like, check my profile for more info

Will the Insanity workout get me the abs and body I want ?

I haven't done the workouts, but I am a personal trainer and have seen the workouts on tv. If you stick with any workout for 60 days, you will get results. The problem most people face is inconsistent training and poor nutrition. If you keep a clean diet, and workout hard and consistently, then I think you should get the results you are looking for. Good luck.

I need a beach body, not a bulky one which most body builders have, what should I eat and how should I workout?

To have the type of body that makes you feel on top of the world at the beach means you will be having those broad shoulders, six packs, and rigid chest therefore your primary focus should be on maintaining a healthy body fat and increasing your muscle mass at a steady rate.Your first concern should be your dietYou will need to make sure you are not eating too many calories than you burn daily and neither are you eating fewer. You need to know your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) which is the required calorie intake you need daily to maintain your body weight. When you know this, then I will advise you add around 300 calories to it. For example, if you need 2,000 calories daily to maintain your weight, you will have to consume around 2300 calories. This is how to calculate your BMR:For men: BMR = 10 × weight(kg) + 6.25 × height(cm) - 5 × age(y) + 5For women: BMR = 10 × weight(kg) + 6.25 × height(cm) - 5 × age(y) – 161For example, if you are a man of 40 years, weighing 90kg, and 177.8cm (5ft 10 in) tall, your BMR will be around 1,830 calories daily. For a healthy and beach body, you will need to make sure your muscle mass in increased on daily basis while you reduce body fat at the same time. To do that, include more protein in your diet, cut down carbs, have enough rest, and engage in this exercise to help build moderate muscle mass and tone your abs:Bench press to get your chest muscles exploding. But ensure to start with lighter weights that are comfortable enough for you to lift and then gradually proceed by adding more weight as you start learning the rope your own way. You can start with lifting a weight with 5lbs or 10lbs on each side of the bar.You can combine push-ups with chest exercises like Bench press to gain chest muscle.Work your triceps with push-ups done independently or combined with bench press or other chest exercises. This will help you work your triceps faster. Dips are also great way to work up your triceps.Lift weights; that’s one of the most important exercises you will need to do for muscle gain. Lift weight at least 3-4 times in a week.Do High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) at least twice in a week. For instance, warm-up with a brisk walk for 5 minutes. Run as fast as you can for 30 seconds, then walk for 1 minute. Repeat for 10–20 minutes. Cool down for the last 5 minutes. For your abs do:Sit upscrunchesJackknife Sit Upsabs roller exercisepull-ups hanging from a horizontal barcardio workoutsI hope this helps.Good luck!

What are the best beachbody workout for beginners and how should one perform them?

There are there are a lot of Beachbody workouts for beginners and all of them will work if you follow them. Most people will say 21 Day Fix because it is the most popular, it features a modifier, the pricing is reasonable, it has a nutrition plan that fosters clean eating and delivers fast results. Do not neglect the nutrition plan because most of your visible results will depend on your diet. The best one will depend on the preferences, strengths, and abilities of the person. Do you have any injuries? Have you ever worked out, been in shape, competed atheletically, or danced? How much weight do you have to lose? How much time do you have to work out? What have you done in the past to get in shape? Is it more important for you to get results quickly or developing a lifetime habit of exercise? What kind of trainer or style of workout appeals to you? What is the Best Workout routine for a beginner towards a perfect body?

Well first off, a perfect body is subjective. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, as they say. Your first goal should be to let go of the idea that a perfect body exists. There are great physiques and there are great athletes that have honed their bodies over time to be excellent at different sports. There is no perfect body. I know the journey you want to pursue. I've done it, but with the hindsight that comes with chasing a Greek gods physique for 10 years comes the realization that unless you want to compete and win trophies and titles it's best to develop an overall healthy lifestyle, which will in turn develop and more easily sustain an IDEAL body. This would include finding and exercise you enjoy planning to do this exercise quite often and then learn the food necessary to fuel your body for this routine. For me my favorite exercise is weight lifting, with the goal maintain mostly, but add strength and muscle if it comes. I eat a mostly clean diet and have meals structured that give me the proper nutrients to maintain and rebuild muscle and power through workouts. I'm 6′2″ male and weigh ~220. I'm strong and look strong and have abs, and I don't spend hours every day in the gym and I enjoy all my food, eating around 3700 calories a day. The most important thing is find something you enjoy, learning proper nutrition and creating a balance that makes you happy. If you want to learn how to sculpt the body, just start with push ups, squats and pull ups and eat enough. Then research and learn what to do next, there are a lot of YouTube channels and fitness programs you can get information from for free.

Beachbody Focus T25.. Is it worth it?

Focus T25 will provide a solid foundation for improving your fitness level. That said, it is not that your fitness level will be any less impressive after completing the program. But in comparison with Insanity it is somewhat easier. The results are thus, understandably, somewhat slower to come. But they will, and are usually impressive. This is however possible only if you stick with the principles of the nutrition guide that comes along with the program. Not follow it by the T, mind you, but only follow the basic principles of healthy diet that are outlined in there.

As far as injuries go, this is the only place where Focus T25 is superior than the Insanity workout. That and time, that is. The chance of injury is dramatically decreased mainly because the workouts start with a warm up that is very gradually building up, compared to the Insanity warm ups that are flat out from the start. Also, the modified versions of every movement are a great addition, both to avoid injuries and help people with very low fitness level to still be able to progress.

Here is a review that I believe will help you a lot.

What's a good home workout routine that can make me stronger in general? I’m not looking to be ripped or buff, since I'm 35 years old already. I just want to be healthier.

Home workouts have been around longer than gyms have. Use whatever you have around you. I don't have the budget to go to a gym, plus I am in a safe house program because of domestic violence. Gated subdivision, I check in and have to be seen by the landlord at all times in my complex or police get called. Anyhoo…thats another story….I'm convalessing still after 11 major surgeries in under 2 year's, so I have to be close to my house for medical reasons too.I don't stand still..ever. I require IV medical treatments that take 1-2 hours. I march in place, I do squats to a standing side kick as I rise. Alternating legs kicking out each time I raise from the squat. I have 10lb weights in my hands as I do the squat, kick combo's. I have an aerobic step that I use the entire time I'm cooking meals, folding laundry and cleaning.Cardiovascular health is harder to do in your home, but I'm in Ontario Canada where we have snow 7–8 months a year and you freeze your tuccus off for the rest of the year. Bundle up and go outside. Shoveling is great to raise your heart rate. From inside the house, I do my stairs every commercial break if I'm watching tv. Every hour I walk around my complex. No matter what. At 6:30 am my boy leaves for school, I walk to the end of complex, he goes left to get school bus, I go right to do the first round around the complex. 12 row houses long and 2 back to back for depth. I go around the houses every hour for 12 hours..no matter what. It's not that hard to be mobile in your home. If I am sick from treatment, I do leg lifts and arm lifts while I'm plugged into the IV. I don't ask anyone to do anything for me.Eat well and take care of yourself. To burn calories, you have to raise your body for 20 minutes. That's not a lot to do. Put in a load of laundry and do the stairs while it's running. Whatever you can do, to keep moving, will benefit you.

Insanity workout problem!?

From what I personally experienced with Insanity, it's more of a trimming program. You will definitely lose fat, but you lose fat at the same rate throughout your whole body. Having stronger legs will help burn the fat more easily (and passively), and allow you to maintain the higher intensity longer. But to answer your questions (im no professional though):
1) You won't get massive legs. You need to do lower reps and much heavier weights to get bulky legs.
2) You won't get a flat stomach by targeting your abs. Having ripped abs under fat just looks like you have a big belly which turns many people off. You need to strip the fat which this program will do. The exercises all utilise the abs and you will get a firm stomach in time.
3) Too many variables, but things to try would be following:
a) You could be eating too much healthy food (portion control). Popular belief is that fruit and veggies are all really healthy. But they can contain many sugars and some can be very starchy which can also impede your progress. (Not saying don't eat fruit and veg though)
b) 1 mile walk is more of a warm up or warm down. You really don't need to exercise in addition to this program. If you do then you aren't pushing hard enough in the sessions. I was shattered everyday.
c) Patience. You won't be blown away after 1 week. Your body will be shocked and will start burning the fat. My legs didn't stop hurting for the first month. Remember the program is 60 days, so you still have another 7 or so weeks to hammer yourself. It took years to get yourself in poor shape (if you are), don't expect it will be in good shape in 1 week or 1 month.
d) Keep smashing the water, can't have too much.

I personally didn't complete the program though. I instead modified it and substituted P90X into it too. I found I was cutting fat but gaining no muscle which was/is ultimately my primary goal. Though many women just want to lose the fat so Insanity is ideal.... P90X will give you more shape and cut the fat though in my opinion.

Good luck!

Which workout program should I do (woman) after TurboFire?

Did you do the extended version on Turbo Fire?? I just started my week 13 and so far so good. The extended version is week 13-20. The extended adds workouts HIIT30, Fire 60, Upper 20, Lower 20, Ab10 to the mix.

I did Insanity 2x before Turbo Fire and if you are looking for a challenge that would be great and you definitely will get toned. Plenty of people of do Chalene Extreme after Turbo Fire for a change or you could do a Turbo Fire/Chalene Extreme hybrid. Good luck - Email me if you have any questions
