I Want To Buy A 96 Prelude Tons Of Upgrades And He Is Asking $15 000 Is It Worth It

Are we heading towards World War III?

How likely is the WWIII? I don’t know . But I know how will WWIII will be. You may remember that WWII ended with Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombing. I suggest one should read the destruction caused by atom bombs. Atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki - Wikipedia .Now I will explain some maths . Hiroshima atom bomb was 15 Kiloton and Nagasaki was 21 kiloton. Those small bombs killed million and effect is still visible. The biggest nuclear bomb tested by Russia was Tsar which was 50,000KT.50000/15=3333.33 times destructive than Hiroshima and 2381 times more powerful than Nagasaki. Now have a look on world stockpile -Russia-7000US-6800France-300China-260UK-215Pakistan-130India-120Isreal-80North Korea<15Total - 14920Lets do analysis of Russia only ,if out of 7000 only 10% are like Tsar Russia can impact destruction 2,33,3100 times more than Hiroshima. I guess total cities in world will be less than this number. So on a rough estimate only Russia can destroy whole world twice same is the case with US. If a common man like me can do this calculation people in govt administration can do a precise calculation and before starting WWIII all govt of the world will consider this .

How do you reset the check engine light on a Honda Accord?

Turn the ignition key to the power accessory  position. This will illuminate all the lights on the instrument panel  without the engine running. Continue to hold down the select/reset button until the maintenance required light goes out. On some year models, the light may blink once before going out.

How much would an automatic to manual transmission swap cost?

It depends on what vehicle and what manual transmission. In general, on a rear wheel drive vehicle, swapping out the auto for a stock style manual isn’t terrible. Stock manual transmission assemblies can run anywhere from $1000 to $2000 on common vehicles. Removal and replace usually takes between 5 and 8 hours. Adding a clutch pedal and mounting a cylinder depends on the vehicle and again, whether it is aftermarket or stock bolt in. The problem is, you can’t always just bolt stock replacements back in. If the parts aren’t modular, then adding a pedal can take some time.Swapping out the flex plate for a flywheel and installing a clutch only adds about 15 minutes to the overall labor time.I doubt that manual and auto trans on any vehicle are exactly the same length, so the driveline probably needs to be cut and re-welded. This part of the job would be outsourced by most shops and may run 100–300 bucks. Measuring everything properly so accurate info can be given to the driveline shop takes time. Pinion angles must be checked with the new driveline and in some cases must be adjusted which sometimes requires different spacers being installed under the rear axle.Measuring and cutting a hole for the shifter and boot takes time. Re-wiring the neutral safety switch takes time as well. So, you have the parts cost of transmission, pedal assembly, reservoir, clutch fluid hose or cable, clutch kit, flywheel, driveline modification, any additional brackets that must be bought or made, shifter boot and neutral safety switch swap. Then you have the standard labor of removing and installing the trans, plus the extra labor of making everything work. The extra labor cost is very hard to pin down without knowing what vehicle and if you are going with nice, aftermarket parts or trying to stick with stock parts.Trying to covert a front wheel drive vehicle to manual has potential to be easier. It would be (possibly) easier and cheaper to just buy a complete motor/trans assembly and swap out the whole thing. Sensors might need to be modified and some holes cut in the firewall, but anything can be done. So, I dont know. On old trucks you might be able to do it for 2500 if you buy all new components. On newer vehicles it gets more and more expensive the newer you get as more and more components must be modified or swapped.

What are some fun, fast, and reliable cars under $6,000?

Fast, reliable, cheap: pick two. That’s an old car guy expression. Lots of intriguing answers here though I think most miss either on being truly fast or reliable or maybe a little less fun. Miata is getting a lot of votes though they are aren’t really fast. They are great fun and they seem faster than they really are.At $6k or less if you want more straight line speed than the Mazda I’d look at an Acura RSX type S. (I imagine a Civic Si or Honda Prelude would be good too.) These are about 200 horsepower which is not huge but will get the car from 0–60 in just over 6 seconds which is pretty good. (I’ll go on a tangent here—I find it hard where I live to put down more power or accelerate much faster than this on public roads safely or legally. So I think 200 horse in light car is plenty fast enough.) I’m a huge fan of these Honda engines. They don’t have much torque but they rev high (8000 redline!) so as a driver you have to work the gearbox to be in the right gear and keep the revs up in order to go fast. These are very fun cars to push hard. Speaking of the shifter, Honda makes the best feeling manuals in the world.
