Retailer emailed me saying to stop selling their products on eBay?
I'm just wondering if it is in their legal rights to tell me to stop selling their items on eBay. I buy the products straight from their online store and resell them for a profit on eBay and now they have caught on to my actions and emailed me saying to "cease and destroy" and that it's against their rights that I'm reselling their items and using their trademark and brand. They also said that I have to deliver back all the items that I have under my possession with their trademark or brand on it so that they can destroy it because they have a feeling that I am reproducing fakes or replicas of their brand and/or trademark but the truth is, all my items that I have with their trademark or brand logo on it is directly ordered from their online store. I even have the order invoices in my email to prove that I did indeed order the items straight from them. In fact,all the products I bought from them are still in their original boxes that they sent it to me in. Sorry for the long description but they are demanding a response within a couple of days. I need legal help here cause I do not want to get in legal trouble. Thanks!

I'm in the same postion, I've been searching for Wholesale Mac make up. I've found websites such as EBay, GH Gate, Salehoo, Alibaba that sells the items I'm looking for, but it's not cutting it. They are the middle man that already bought these products already at wholesale prices, and they claim they sell them for wholesale prices. They have to be getting it from somewhere, right? That's what I've searching for the main source, the distributer. I've e-mailed plenty of people, asking information, they e-mail me back alright, but with no leads they don't want to give it up. I hope someone out there can direct me in the right direction, next for me I'll be searching for clothing, but I don't think that won't be hard to find. Just make sure who ever you decide to buy items from, you have good communication, trust and good quality.
