I Want To Join Communist Party Of The Usa But I Live In Texas I Want To Put Communist Flag At My

What's it like to be a communist in USA?

I fit in the least extreme part of the Communist pocket, but I’m still in the pocket. I live in a tiny town in North Texas that has recently plunged straight into the ‘’Alt-right’’ mantra. I during the heat of the elections got death threats for my sexuality, and my openness towards foreigners, and since haven’t gotten much of anything. Over all as long as I don’t say I’m Leftist, I’m left alone. If I, however, talk about my beliefs in public I see a side of this town that makes me ashamed to call it my home.Granted, it’s not the 1950’s and no one’s rushing to arrest me, but I have had a few too many guns in my face ordering me to forget about my deeply rooted beliefs in favour of the propaganda they’ve been fed. The difference in my contemporaries and I is, I am wise enough to listen to outside ideas, and I’m willing to think about concepts for myself. That led me to becoming a Commie.Overall, it’s a little annoying to be a Leftist, not because the beliefs, but because the attitude people assume for you. People assume ‘’oh you’re just young and dumb, but you’ll come around’’, but the fact of the matter is I’ve been all around the spectrum, and the only ideology I found fitting is the one people don’t seem to understand.

What if the Chinese Communist Party collapsed?

Cmon, dont be naive. Leviathan don’t die quietly.National pride, Lebensraum, Chinese superiority, Century of Humiliation, Betrayed by all Sinosphere nation, “Celestial Kingdom”, and more than enough people like you who is bored with 30 years of peace… China has more than necessary potential peculiarity to become very very “Third Reich”.Once if the reign of CCP discovered some sign of hard crash, it won’t just accept it happen. They would throw out such theory one by one, trying to stay in power, and Chinese would really buy it.Tighten domestic oppression to consolidate rule, then solve the internal problem “somewhere outside”.So you got a country with 1 bn people think they are sons of heaven (WW2 Germany), with 30% world industry (WW2 US), very likely seeking to fulfill some slogan similar to “Greater East Asia Co-prosperity Sphere”(WW2 Japan).O! M! F! G!Is there any way migrant to Mars? This bloody blue planet is too dangerous. Please, just leave the dull CCP be in position, okay? Let it do the job, and hope it works smoothly.

Will the Communist Party of China change its name after the country has a sufficiently liberal market economy?

No.One important part of Marxism is that Communism is an end goal and not a current state.  The fact that people call Soviet-style countries "Communist" is a Western term.  Soviet and Chinese political writers don't call their countries "Communist" but rather "Socialist."Also everything that the CCP is doing and plans on doing, they are calling "socialist."  This is important because one of the points of the CCP is that they are trying to emphasize that you can have a lot of market economics without being "non-socialist" and without changing names.  One reason most rich people in China support the CCP is that as long as it makes money and keeps the party in power, we call it "socialist." It's also the case that seeing who accepts the Communist Party's definitions and who doesn't tells you who is a danger to the Party.  If you have a rich person that says "long live socialism.  I love communism" knowing that he needs to say this to make money, he isn't a danger to the party.  If you have rich person or academic that refuses to accept the CCP's definition of "socialism" then he is a danger. As for me, being a former investment banker, I'm willing to wave red flags and sign the Internationale and hold up pictures of Karl Marx, if there is money to be made.  What I suppose makes me a true capitalist is that I'm not willing to let something like the definition of "socialism" keep me from a business deal.  If you want to call this socialist, then fine, it's socialist.  Where's my check? The only situation which I can imagine the Communist Party changing its name is if there is a government collapse.  What I think would happen in that situation is what happened in a lot of Soviet republics where the same people were in charge, but they just changed the names of the local Communist Party to something else.

Is waving a Communist flag in United States dangerous?

That would depend on how many people are waving flags with you, and where you are, Mississippi is one of the most conservative states, and Hawaii is far more moderate.Overall it would be less dangerous and less risky if you did it in the north rather than the south, due to conservatives being more commonly from the south, waving a communist flag with thousands of others, is less risky than if you are alone an example of this is with KKK members in modern day America, strength in numbers DOES apply, and if you are promoting a far left or right wing protest expect counter protests, however I would imagine you would get a less violent response promoting communism over racism, where it really kicks up feelings of anger.Your best bet is to wave your flag in a liberal state like Vermont or Massachusetts in an preferably urban area so things are less likely to get violent, with more people around, your best bet would be to get plenty of people with you, and perhaps ask for police protection IF you feel threatened in anyway by counter protests. Also it depends how far you want to go with that flag waving, I have no problem with socialism, but I suspect you will be receiving a lot of hassle if you promote Stalin, IF you promote him, I don’t know how far you go left, but be aware that the further left you are the higher risk there is, if you are promoting more moderate left wing policies like free healthcare and education you can expect lots of friendliness, as many people are indeed sympathetic to those issues, but the communist flag I will warn may trigger conservatives, into confronting you verbally. Be mentally prepared and have your Calvary aka your valiant supporters ready to protect you.P.S There are violent members of all political persuasions. It is not illegal to wave your flag, but expect insults and be ready for an attack depending on how left wing you go.

Do you think the government should ban all racist parties and organisations?

Disagree...for three reasons. First it is the rights to people to express themselves, first you ban racist group, then communist group and before you know it....the choice for expression is limited. Then even if they are outlawed, they will still be able to arganize their networks. Finally, might as well use these groups to see how the population, think, behave..ect. I am not racist but I hate we should ban racist groups but not communism or anarchism when these ideologies would clearly destroy a country in a other way.

Are southerners upset they lost the civil war?

They certainly seem like it.

- Waving Confederate flags all over the place
- Calling the American Civil War ridiculous things like "the War between the States" and "the War of Northern Aggression" (I can't BELIEVE that other answeres are actually using those names."war of northern aggression" is the most biased name for a war EVER. It's like something from communist Vietnam.)
- Using the Confederate army designations for Civil War battles instead of the generally accepted ones.
- Defending the Confederacy's secession as a noble defense, or the right thing to do, or something that was Constitutionally just
- Showing great respect for the Confederate States of America itself (and not just the actual respectable people like Lee)
- Trying to rewrite history by repeating "states rights" endlessly like a broken record and saying that slavery was a non-issue

Why is it that in flag raising ceremonies at schools in China, that only the students salute the flag?

Very interesting question, in the communist party, there are three different ranks. For one to eventually become a member of the party, one has to join "少先队“ (this is seen by kids wearing red scarfs tied around their neck) in elementary school, then to "团“ (group/society) in middle and high school, and eventually to join the party, known as "党“.

When the kids are in elementary school, it is viewed as honorable to join the Young Pioneers Organization, and once they are in, they have to wear the red scarfs. During the flag raising ceremonies, they have to face the flag with their hands raising above their head while salute to the flag singing the national anthem. The teachers and parents, however, are not wearing the red scarfs, therefore they are only facing the flags, but does not mimic the way the students do it. It is a procedure only for the kids in elementary schools.

I hope that answers your question.
