I Want To Lose Weight Is This A Good Plan

What is a good diet to lose weight fast?

Be sure to eat 5 small meals a day. Make breakfast your biggest meal. EX: Breakfast, AM snack, Lunch, PM snack, Dinner. It will boost your immune system.

Eat lots of veggies. Lean meats (fish, turkey & chicken) Watch your portions. You can use meal replacements too for your breakfast, lunches and dinner. Snacks can be an apple, handful of almonds.
If you skip out on meals, your body wil go into starvation mode. Which means, it won't burn anything from your fat cells for energy. It will just store more fat everytime you eat. Very important to stick with eating 5 meals a day.

Lots of cardio to lose fat. Be sure to lift weights too. If you can lose fat you can get saggy loose skin. Lifting weights can help prevent that. Start off by walking 30 minutes 3-5 times a weeks until you build up stamina.

"if you want to be lean, eat clean" (Basically God made foods, no processed stuff)

FYI: Drink lots of water. Whatever you weigh now divide it by 2. That's how many ounces of water you should drink a day. Fat leaves your body in your urine.

Good luck.

Is my workout plan good enough to lose weight?

I believe not. You’ve to shed some light to what you eat. Eating is basically the main source of gaining and losing weight plus less movement makes us more lazy, and we gain more.I don’t know your goal, your weight, and height etc. But, you’ve to keep in mind that when you want to lose weight workout alone cannot do miracles unless you also control your eating habits.Try to cut down sugar, carbohydrates, and junky stuff. I read a book on health and fitness which I found informative. And, I did a lot of research on it. For me, it turns out that dairy products were the culprits. I wasn’t fat but I was bloated. I changed my eating habits, and I just lost some weight. I also do 30 days yoga challenge. Yoga helped me a lot! While you already have a workout plan. I guess the only thing you need to control is your diet. And, you’re good to go on the road of transformation :)I wish you best of luck! :)

So I gained some weight, okay... a lot of weight. around like 12 lbs! I've had a lot of stress too. I just need to get on a routine and take care of myself! I can't believe I let this happen. Well, I just REALLY want to lose these lbs before the holidays so I can look really good for my boyfriend on New Years. I'm so disappointed in myself; there is no excuse for this! Please help me. Besides telling me to get a gym membership, what can I do? good meals to eat? I don't want to be super skinny, I want to be curvy or athletic looking. I want to be healthy! Anorexic isn't healthy either. I want to feel better about myself; and I know I can be prettier than this... I'm going to attach a few photos so you all can see. Please don't be rude.. I'm just asking for some direction.

I weigh 159 kg (350 lbs) and want to lose weight permanently. What is a good plan to make diet and exercise a permanent habit?

You need to find a diet that will help you lose weight and become slim, but it must also leave you feeling satisfied with what you can eat.You need to follow a diet plan that is going to keep you feeling good. One of the greatest failures in diets is that they can make you feel quite unwell with unpleasant side effects. You cannot expect to stick to a diet if it makes you feel terrible or like you’re starving all the time.Be aware that you do NOT have to suffer to lose weight and become slim. I assume you want to keep your results up in the long-term.That’s why you need to choose a diet plan that sounds reasonable to you.95% of body shape is diet, while only 5% is exercise. That’s why getting this right is the most crucial part of losing weight.Personally, I tried to lose weight for years before I started using this approach. Before, every time I lost some weight, it would soon come back with a few extra pounds. Now that I am using this approach of a sustainable, healthy diet, I haven’t ever gained my excess weight back on.I know that for a lot of people, getting your diet right seems like a difficult endeavor. That’s why I’ll share my insights on what a long-term weight loss diet should look in simple steps:1. Get to know your eating habits, your body and your mindset around food.2.
