I Want To Reject A Price Increase Letter From Transport Service Provider Formally

What happens if we reject COD (Cash on Delivery) orders from e-Commerce websites?

Cancellation experienceI had a friend of mine staying in goa...He had a curiousity of what would online portals do if there is consistent cancellation of cod orders...He started experimenting it...He ordered iphones, xbox, playstations etc on a regular interval of a week from same online site.Till he cancelled 4 products..it was okNext product...i.e 5th product he ordered was a cellphone of 13k...He got a phone call from the local delivery boy whether he wants it or not...Obivously local area delivery men had noticed his mischief...My friend said that he wanted it...when delivery was attempted at his house he asked his mother to refuse it....Now i think local delivery office would have made a complaint about him or company itself would have noticed it.But henceforth his account was blacklisted....many products were not displayed by his account...and he had no cod method available...This is what atlast can happen!!!!But not to worry he has logged in with another email id...He might try it with other online portal...iif he is still curious!!☺

Interview with bnsf railroad and need advise?

The interview is pretty simple. You will first take a basic math/comprehension test. When you pass that you will then be scheduled for an interview and a hair sample drug test. During the interview it is important that you put an emphasis on safety. Safety is the railroads number one concern. Your interviewer will probably just ask scripted questions from a sheet and copy down whatever you answer. Just give normal kiss butt answers and you will be fine. Good luck, and maybe I will see you out there soon!

How can I ask for a salary hike after accepting the offer letter?

Once committed, you cannot go back. After acceptance, it is not considered a professional conduct to re-negotiate. If you are looking for better package, then choose the job that will give you that pay. But since you already accepted, moving out of the agreement of acceptance is not a professional conduct either. However, there is indeed a slim chance for you to negotiate. In case you have a competing offer in hand that offers you a better package, you can reconsult with the HR to see if they are open to negotiation. If the HR is ready to listen up, share what you have in your hand and ask if they can match it. If not, you have two choices - stick to the offer or let it go.In any case, I would not ever lie to get a better package. Nor should you.Never check-in to something when you are still waiting for other offers, and never check-out other offers when you have already checked-in.

Can the USPS refuse to deliver mail just because they can't drive up to a mailbox, but they have to get out of the truck?

Yes. Because each route has a certain time to deliver the mail. A route adjuster goes out with the Carrier at reasonable time invervals, to record how long deliveries take. Letter Carriers are required to 1)Wear seat belts when the vehicle is in motion 2) Set the parking break whenever they leave the vehicle 3) Turn off the vehicle when they leave it 4)Take the key out of the ignition whenever they leave the vehicle 5) curb the tires whenever they leave the vehicle 6) Park only in designated parking spots. So, normally, curbside delivery takes about 20 seconds per address. When a Carrier is required to do all of the above to make one delivery, it takes about 3x that amount of time. So instead of delivering 3 address in a minute, it is one address in a minute. When 10 people do this, instead of a bit over 3 minutes, it has turned into 10 minutes. When you are a Letter Carrier, that is a lot of time. That is 1/3 of their lunch time. Every second counts… every minute is accounted for. You have no time to dilly dally.Sure, you’ve seen Carriers park their cars in the middle of the street, “hop” out and deliver the mail on occasion. But they can be reprimanded, and even fired for doing so - depending on the severity of the action. It is not laziness - for most Carriers. It is a matter of time. Usually, if a person parks in front of their mailbox once in a blue moon, the Carrier will deliver the mail anyway. But when a person makes a habit of parking in front of the mailbox, it is disrespectful to the Carrier, time consuming for the Carrier, and the Carrier is not required to get out of their vehicle to deliver the mail. The delivery is marked as curbside, not a park and deliver point.

Can a debt hurting my credit be removed by the company I own to?

Absolutely you can remove it. First of all, you say you owe the company you rented the apartment from. You do NOT owe the collection company. When they bought the account, they paid off the debt. Now, I know, all over the web and everyone regurgitating that you need to be responsible is going to say you still owe it. But you do not! Here is some legal information for you, It comes from American Jurisprudence. It is 73 AmJur, 2nd, Section 90 : The right of subrogation does not exist for a stranger to the transaction. In plain English it means the right to substitute (subrogate) does not exist for a party not on the original contract (stranger to the transaction),

Now, statute of limitations means that from the last date you made a payment, then add the amount of years for the SOL (statute of limitations). So, if the last payment was in say 3/09, then no one can sue you for it as of 3/13.

But to get it off your credit will take some work on your part. You need to demand validation from the collection company. They are not able to fully validate because they were not on the original contract and they do not have a contract with you. You need to tell them to produce a true copy of the original contract with your signature on it AND a copy of their contract with you with your signature on it agreeing to do business with them. They don't have it.

Do not do a pay for delete. They cannot sue you and most collection companies are liars. They will say anything to get money out of you. What does that do? Gives a new DLA (date of last activity) and you don't want that. If you've reached the SOL, you're easily in the clear.

I would also suggest, if you know for a fact that it is outside the SOL, then after you send a validation letter, next, send them a full cease and desist, letting them know it is time barred.

I never advise my clients to pay for delete, especially if it is near or past the SOL. You are throwing money away. Validation and bureau disputes work well to get things off your credit that you no longer owe.

Is it true that Accenture forcibly transfers its employees to other cities based on project requirements without asking for their consent?

Incorrect. Accenture ‘post’ employees at particular location of demand initially after the induction. Any genuine concerns which are voiced will be considered. While hiring, it is highlighted that the candidate should be ready to work at locations where demand exist. If a candidate disagrees, they’d not be offered a role. Else, if hiring is for a particular location, it will be specified at the time of hiring.

I am going to start a Tiffin service business online and offline. What are important things I should keep in mind?

I usually work with startups to learn more about them, on their strategies and growth hacking. When it comes about online tiffin delivery service, i am not going to share what's common, like delicious food, hygiene, and etc, a lots of people had already done that, i hope you will analyze best points form all of these answers, so exuding what's already written. Delivery and Time : Charge delivery fees but to deliver the tiffins wherever the customer wants, decide pricing per radius. this will make you win over competitors, your customers will be more happy. more of office bachelors, may be they want it in office, of at home, this changes regularly.Delivery time : keep that like 1 and half hour at max, so you can deliver it hot. Disposables : Instead of sending out the food in regular plastic tiffins, sent out in silver poly bags, and send out disposables too according to food. Because if you are going to buy tiffins, after a few times it will becomes too ugly, and it will raise your costs too. you don't need to collect them for evening's food. You won't need to wash them, so a lots of benefits on both consumer side and your side.  I assumes your targeted customers are those living far from home, so this is the thing you should pay attention.Interaction : Know your customers, add them at facebook/whatsapp/or any other IM.Interact with them, become best friends with them, see this level of interaction i had with one of the Online tiffin service : and i just love the way they do this.Keep your delivery boys same, so customers can be friends with them. teach them how to talk, how to communicate.REMEMBER : Don't be a regular tiffin center, Be an online business. I wished to write a lot, but that is very identical with Manish Tiwari's answer so please follow that.
