I want to start watching supernatural?
You seem to have gotten a blend of answers, so that probably doesn't help still. So, I'll tell you the pros/cons of both ways: Watch from season 1: You'll have a better understanding of and appreciation for the main characters. You'll understand their jokes, references, etc. Also, some episodes refer back to earlier times, so it helps to have watched it before. On the other hand, it's gonna take time. Plus, before every episode, a recap relevant to the episode is given, so it's not necessary to know everything from the past seasons. Watch from season 7: You'll understand mostly everything. But it won't be as fun. I know that's not a good enough con, but Supernatural is an awesome show. And to fully appreciate and like it right now, watching it from earlier might be beneficial. My recommendation: Watch from season 1. It's a fun show, so even though you have a long way to go, it'll be a fun way. Plus, season 6 was depressing. If season 7 is also similar, you might get too sad or bored. If you watch from season 1, though, you'll become a fan stick with watching season 7 because you just love it so much. Also, there's always the really funny, relaxing episodes, so you'll never really ever be bored with Supernatural. And also, you can watch season 7 along with watching the past seasons. It won't be that hard to understand.
Should I start watching Supernatural?
I keep seeing Supernatural posts on my Tumblr dashboard and I was thinking would it be worth it starting all the way at s1 e1 or shall I just watch the latest episode despite it nearing its end?
