From your question i deduce you are just starting on computer concepts.This is a bit more complex than you might have imagined.You first need to understand how looking at an html file basically works.It involves theese steps:1 - a user, anywhere in the world with internet access, opens up his browser and types in a url. 2 - the browser understands that url as the ip address of the html doc you want to access and the doc name. How it understands it is a bit complex and not really important at this point. An ip address is an address used to locate computers on the internet. For example when you type www.example.com/index.html. The browser decodes www.example.com into a ip address like 132.278.10.245 and it understands that you want the doc named index.html located in the computer with that ip address.3 - the browser sends a request to the computer with the ip address asking for the html file you specified. This is done via an http request, just so you start associating terms.4 - the other computer responds with the specified html document.5 - the browser renders (shows) the html document in the user's screen.Ip addresses are a bit tricky.Because for regular users, like im assuming you are, ip addresses change with time. They are called dynamic ip addresses because they tipically change daily.This would make it difficult for a user to find your html document because the address of your computer will be changing from time to time. Difficult not impossible.You have two broad optionsThe first one is making the html doc accessible directly from your personal computer. I wouldnt recommend this. First, it will be a challenge if you are a begginer. It will also make you vulnerable to security attacks, specially if you are not hundred percent sure about what you are doing.The second one is to host the file in a server with a fixed ip address. You could even buy a domain, make it point at your website and have your own public website with your html doc.Both this options are hard for a begginer. I have a Canon MiniDV tape camcorder I use as a web cam. My camcorder hooks to my computer via firewire. I looked up your camera model and I see you have a tripod socket. Get a small 6 inch tripod. Use it on your desktop. Now before we go any further, you need to hook your camcorder up to your computer, turn the camcorder on, open windows live messenger and go to menu, tools, audio video setup, Now go see if you camcorder is recognized there. If it is recognized, open whatever editing software you have and open the import media section of the program and see what comes up. Check to see you have audio, if not you may need to get a microphone (SM58 - $50) Get the cable to go to the Mic port on your computer. See if that works.

I personally havent used afreeca tv before but a lot of my family members (cousins) has done it with me, using their accounts. I can bet 99.99% that you would have to be full Korean with a Korean ID Number and phone to register fully and unlock all restrictions. Sounds weird that you managed to make an account without ID. But yeah thats my conclusion. A lot of Korean game websites require you to register with this particular ID number. Foreign ID numbers DO NOT work however. Only way is to become fully Korean and go to military for 2 years :P Maybe some other website might reupload already streamed videos. But why do u want to go there and watch streams? Do you understand what they say and so on? If not isnt it boring to watch? lol

How can i connect my 6x9 inch speakers to my laptop?
You could do it, but you'd need an external amplifier to run the speakers. The output of the headphone jacks on most computers/sound cards usually only outputs like 1.5watts etc. And most speakers for Desktops or ones that you connect to a laptop have built in amplifiers. The other issue at hand is that the speakers have some strong magnets. So you would need to build an enclosure that would not allow the magnets to leave the enclosure so you won't do damage to the laptop/desktop's hard drivers or any magnet media that comes into contact with the speakers(Floppy disks, hard drivers, tape drive media etc...)
