Are there people that eat whatever they want but work out and have a good body?

What are you eating that you don’t eat what you want? I am losing weight on a diet, but I eat brownies, I drink hot chocolate, I eat cheesecake. I just limit my portion, and still make it under 1600 kcal a day, and still get the requires servings to be healthy. I also only eat when I am hungry, and I only eat 500 kcal/meal.When you say work out- some people are more active, and when you eat carbohydrates, you have energy to be active. When you are active on a regular basis, you keep the weight off. They showed that regular women, with regular metabolisms, on average do not gain weight over the years if they exercise at a moderate or high level for at least an hour a day.

I want to workout, but I don't know where to start. What is a good 5 day routine with sets and reps and for what body types?

Make a workout routine and a good nutrition plan. Having these two and following it sincerely will fetch you a fit body with muscles. Saying this is simple, let me elaborate it a bit to make things very easy for you.Start with Pushups (3 sets, 12 repetitions) and Pullups (3 sets,8 repetitions).Once you are able to do these two workouts easily, (do both pushups/pullups as warmup and) train 2 body parts each day.Using dumbbells, (if the weight is less, increase the repititions). Do bicep-standing curls[interior portion of biceps],seated curls[by keeping your elbow on your thighs] (for exterior part of biceps);shoulder-presses,front-raises,lateral-raises;triceps (seated-one handed), butterfly exercise (for outer portion of triceps) ; chest-(take a bench and do flat-bench presses) [as many repititions as you can].Abs-Upper abs:(hold 1 dumbbell on your chest using both hands and do normal crunches) for Lower abs: raise legs (one at a time)For back, keep 1 dumbbell in between your legs(hold with knees) and do pullups.Your plan should be in a format like this:Concentrate on two or only one body part each day, do not stress yourself.Example:Monday: Chest/Triceps,Tuesday: Back/Biceps,Wednesday: RestThursday: Shoulder/Cardio,Friday: LegsSaturday: ArmsDo 3 sets, 10-12 repititions in each set.Take 6 meals in a day, by eating something [nuts/chappatis/rice] (keeping your stomach full and not heavy). Before workout: Drink a glass of milk, oats and 2 bananas After workout: Eat soya-beans and bananas.Add pulses, nuts, peanut butter, soyabeans and other beans like rajma to your diet.To be precise, add carbs and protein intake to your food. Reduce fats and do not stress yourself.

I want to start working out but I don't know where to start. How do I begin properly?

One word from all my experence and mistakes in fitness.“Persistence”Here's the definitionfirm or obstinate continuance in a course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition.Listen my friend it will not happen overnight. Maybe not even a month or year. However if you continue to keep on working hard and learning the process it will pay off.Remember:We are all differentOne style of training may work for your friend and another for youHigh volume might work or higher intensity and heavier weightTry it all use different training styles and programs to see which ones your muscles and fibers, along with your nervous system respond to bestI personally react very well to high intensity training combined with high volume bodyweight trainingHere is a before and after by doing heavier weights of compounds like presses, pulls, leg presses, lunges along with bodyweight on high volumePushups, plans, lunges, Dips, pull upsKey PointersWrite it down from training to eating use this to learn what works in the process and what isn'tSleep well to grow and develop you need for your body. Get 7 to 8 hours daily.Eat well. Vegetables, Fruits, Whole FOODS and less junkLife in moderation you can still have a pizza with that being side do it appropriately. Once in a while is actually great to reward yourself mentally and shock the metobolismStretching improves flexibility and muscle growth & recoveryTry different programs as mentioned. More sets less reps, more volume , more intensity, full range of motion versus partial range, 3 sets versus drop or pyramid setsGoodluck you'll have a great time in your fitness journey it will be a long but rewarding path and experiences worth a lot for your own growth. For more @Tej DhillonPrograms and Blogger - http://dhillonfitness.comExercises and movements - http://Instagram.com/dhillonfitness

I hate working out; my husband wants me to be fit?

I hate working out but my husband wants me to be fit. I don't really hate it, but I really don't have time being a mom to a 16 month old and having a full time job; and keeping house. My husband has time to work out and he does so, I don't have time, I have an hour to myself each night and by then I'm pooped and usually just fall asleep. I told my husband that if he wants me to be fit and work out, he has to help out a lot more so that I can have time to do so.. He's agreed. But now, as much as I'd like to work out (i've always been athletic) now I feel resentment towards my husband and as though I'm only doing it b/c he's asked me to. My feelings are complex at the moment. I want to work out for me, for my health, and b/c I miss working out, but how can I do it w/o hating having to do it. Anybody else been in this situation?

Can I still work out if I'm skinny?

So i'm 25 y/o girl and 104 lbs. I really want to start working out just because it feels so good when I do. I LOVE eating healthy and being creative with food, but I'm afraid if I start working out I will lose even more weight and be too skinny.

I want to have a more lean, and curvy body, I don't want to be super thin. How can I have that and work out at the same time?

Any suggestions for sites that help?

Thank you so much!

I dont have the desire to workout anymore?

Explore different exersices (find something interesting but active you've never tried), listen to music when working out, or find a work out buddy. If none of those help you like working out again, try working out for a small amount of time each day. Slowly move the time up. Eventually it will become habit again and you'll be addicted to the endorphins again. :p
