What Video Editor can I use to make creepy videos?

I love making videos and I've only used Windows Movie Maker but I've made it work lol.
I've always wanted to make creepy videos, but I don't know what Video Editors to use. I have no money so something Free would be nice and something that

doesn't have a watermark!! <--- Important

I want to make choppy creepy videos. Where the clips skip such as these videos:

I've been battling with the idea if it's like live-action stop motion or just chopped video.
So is it the way it's been filmed? or edited?

Recommend a good, free, and legit video editor?

Most of the handycams bundle video editing software with them which does decent job. Other alternate is Avid Free DV software, it has all the basic video and audio editing features and allow you to put video in two tracks simultaneously. They have an extensive collection of tutorials online to help you get started quickly. You can even play with keyframes for generating custom moves and transitions.

Hope this may help.

Lightworks has been used in the movie industry for more than 20 years. Lightworks also has the fastest workflow in the industry.

Lightworks used to cost more than $1,000, but now Lightworks Pro costs $60/year and you can download a free version from their website.

3D Animation and VFX Compositing:

Blender; free alternative to Maya ($3,700) and After Effects ($240/year).

Any Good free video editing software!?

I have a show on YouTube called Our Mermaid Secret, and I REALLY need a video editing software that I could use to edit an episode to make it look like I have water powers! the software HAS TO BE FREE!!! anyone know of any good ones!? THANKS!!

Would you consider Windows Movie Maker a good editing program?

With all video editing technology, it’s important to find the tool that fits what you’re looking for and what your skill levels are. Windows Movie Maker is great as a basic editing tool when you have your own footage, want something that’s easy to use, and are making a fairly non-complex video. If you’re creating a longer project or want more advanced effects options (color correcting, special effects, etc), you may want to go with Adobe Premiere Pro (you can get a free 30 day trial on their website). This software has more of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it you can really run with it.

What is a decent video editing software to start my YouTube channel?

If this is your very first try at video editing, you could use the basic, simple ones. On a PC with Windows OS, it usually comes with MovieMaker. There are several versions of it - some with more visual effects or holiday titles. On an Apple Mac OS, it usually comes with iMovie. If you are on a Linux OS, congrats! They also have good bundled software, I forget the name of the video editing though (I intend to spend more time on my newer Linux machines)If you want something else, not made by the computer manufacturers, I would recommend software such as, AVS Video Editor or Sony Vegas. I am flexible and adaptable. I do that to check out everything that there is. So I do not affiliate with a favorite program. Sometimes people are told that something is better, you have to use it, kind of brainwashing. I have not found anything necessarily the best. It’s all different and when you use something, it influences your end-product video. There are different styles. I like the variety. However, if you want to do online video editing, youtube has a good editor built-into their site. It’s kind of clunky in some ways (I wish they would improve it - sometimes its not so functional). But it seems to save time because you upload your raw files and then can work with them. As you save your edits and it processes, the final video is then on youtube to be released. It seems like it saves time, but maybe it doesn’t. Your internet connection speed will matter when it comes to editing live online. Here’s just one example of my very eccentric video editing works

What is the Best Video Editing Software for under $150?

i would say it would be adobe premiere elements.

pc magazine claimed that it is the "best editing/authoring combination on the planet for home and novice business video producers"

it was given a "Superior" rating at PC World with a score of 90/100.

CNET gave this software a 7.8/10 compared to 7.0 to ulead and 7.7 to pinnacle.

in finding the best video editing software of your choice, you must also search multiple reviews not only one.
