Ideas When I Say Royalty Story Ideas

Is my story idea cliche?

The story is: (I'll try not to make it too long because I know u hate long questions)

In the continent of Asteria, there is a reign of a queen, called Kuya (the royalty is elected) and she keeps raising taxes and prices to The point of starving people. (the reason why is revealed later on)
So anyway, the people of Asteria want to get rid of her, so a council of people decide to make a Voodoo doll of her and send it to our world, hoping someone will throw her out and burn her.
So this girl, Mercedes (from my other question lol) receives the doll and finds her cute, so she keeps it. But Kuya finds out that Mercedes has the doll and sends all kinds of creepy minions to her house to get it. That's when Mercedes's life is in danger

This is just a resume (not giving out the end) but PLZ tell me if it's too cliche.

When it comes to royalty is it the first born child that gets crowned or is it the first born son?

so say in the future William has become king and he has 3 kids the eldest a girl the middle one a girl and the youngest a boy would the boy be first in line for the crown because he is the only son or third in line because he is the youngest child

What does the song Royals by Lorde mean?

On the face of it, it's a straightforward sendup of pop culture's materialist fetish. She namedrops markers of excess like a rap song, then shrugs:But every song's like gold teeth, Grey Goose, trippin' in the bathroomBlood stains, ball gowns, trashin' the hotel roomWe don't care, we're driving Cadillacs in our dreamsBut everybody's like Cristal, Maybach, diamonds on your timepieceJet planes, islands, tigers on a gold leashWe don't care, we aren't caught up in your love affairShe's neither proud nor ashamed of her unremarkable upbringing - she doesn't want to play the game of being defined by social class, she just wants to celebrate the joy of carefree youth. It's a populist anthem of the Common People variety, it's the girl that wasn't and couldn't and now wants to let the listener into the party rather than become complicit in the ogling of exclusionary lifestyles.I've never seen a diamond in the fleshI cut my teeth on wedding rings in the moviesAnd I'm not proud of my addressIn the torn up town, no post code envyMy friends and I we've cracked the codeWe count our dollars on the train to the partyAnd everyone who knows us knowsThat we're fine with this, we didn't come from moneyIt would have been easy for the video to add a sheen to blue-collar fun, Lorde and her friends laughing and looking beautiful on the train. Instead it's anti-glamour, consciously sparse and banal. When there are palm trees and pools, they're cast under the same dull sky. Still, there's a lot of sting left from growing up outside the popular fantasy, and when she turns around and rejects it, she embraces a different kind of status - adoration, cultural cachet, the glow of superiority to the petty and superficial. It's a celebration that's economically inclusive but still in love with stardom, a daydream with her and her crew firmly at the center -That kind of luxe just ain't for usWe crave a different kind of buzzLet me be your ruler, you can call me Queen BeeAnd baby I'll rule (I'll rule I'll rule I'll rule...)Let me live that fantasyWe're bigger than we ever dreamed, and I'm in love with being queen.Mostly, it's just an elegant piece of electro-pop by a great producer and a disenfranchised 16-year-old New Zealander, a girl who had neither the lyrical themes nor camera-ready looks for mainstream success but is earning it anyway.

I'm looking for story where a strong girl falls in love with a weak man?

Spice and Wolf
a Godess and a human

Ah! My Goddess :
a Godess and a human

rose of versailles:
the strong willed girl and the head of the royal guards protecting the Queen
the perfect girl
she is very beautiful ,strong and kind (one of the most beautiful anime character i have ever seen)
the problem is that i cant tell you who she will fall in love with and when , because that would be major spoiler
engouh to say this anime fit what you are looking for plus it provide a solid story but be carefull of 2 things:
1- it is old (1979 anime although i have to say the graphics are great and the character design is perfect )
2-it is very tragic especially as it headed toward the end

Fate/stay night :
a normal weak guy summons and strongest women worrier and they start to develop feelings for each other

Sekirei:
a beautiful women falling in love with normal weak guy (but it is Harem and very ecchi)

Elfen Lied:
i hesitate to recommend this because it is very bloody and not sure if this is kind you looking for
in this anime the girl is cold blooded killing machine falling in love with this normal kind guy

Plot for a medieval story?

Riddle me this; Are you flat as your stories? Characters make up as much of the story as plot. Plots need to be unpredictable, dynamic, fresh, original. Characters have to be real people, quirks, personality, flaws, qualities, likes and dislikes. (and don't mean like chocolate and dislike veggies, dammit!) Everything a character does should show something about him/her or emphasize it.

Spend time with characters. Create them on paper. You can't describe someone you don't know. Spend a few days and create a lifelike character with a history, goals, flaws and what-not that can be incorporated into the story.

A god plot should have some kind of plot behind the plot that the reader is not aware of until the end but is not the end. Seeing as this is a medieval story involving royalty, it should be very, very easy. Say, for example, an order of nobles secretly revolting with some kind of crafty plan, a prince who after returning from battle on far away lands has sold out for love, money, morals or something.

Was odysseus from the odyssey born in to a rich family or royalty?

Yes, Odysseus was born to King Laertes of Ithaca and later became4 king of Ithaca before the Trojan war. He was considered very shrewd and cunning, as well as powerful. Odysseus, or Ulysses in the Roman form, was the one who came up with the whole Trojan horse idea that allowed the Greeks to conquer the Trojans. From this he was also known as "Odysseus, sack-er of cities", and commanded 12 ships of men, not a small number, at the end of the war. He must have had pretty vast wealth, because upon returning to Ithaca after 20 YEARS he had to kill several dozen suitors for his wife's hand, and lets face it, she had to have had a little age on her, so you know the men were after the throne. Who wants to be King of a poor city-state?

Why do people pronounce the word "idea" with an "r" sound at the end?

When you hear an "r'" where none seems to be, it's called  r-insertion. R insertion is not random; it occurs according to a regular set of rules based on the spoken sounds (phonemes) in r-insertive dialects. In these dialects, the r sound in the phrase  “butter up" is the same as / r / sound in the phrase “pastar and sauce.” (pasta and sauce for us non-r-inserters).   Both "butter up" and "pastar and sauce"  follow the rule that when a schwa  (an unstressed higher vowel -- say "ahh!" ) is sounded at the end of a word, and the next word begins with a vowel, then the rhotic /r/ is sounded.  This is also happens in  /ɑ:/ words (the “Shahr of Iran” follows the same rule as “car and driver”) and /ɔ:/ words (“Drawr open” is pronounced the same as  “Drawer open”).Interestingly, even when a word is spelled with r,  r-inserters will omit  /r/ after certain vowels:  ("He's such a deah" [dear] and "Have no feah.")  The phenomenon goes hand in hand with the rule just described, that /r/ appears in between vowel sounds in certain environments.Over here, stateside, the omitted and inserted r made it to the White House during the Kennedy administration ("Hah-vad men") when we heard speeches about Cubar air defenses, and the Hyannis crowd had definite idears about that.  (Sibilants, "sss," being vowel-like, evoke the same rule as the schwa, but that's probably more than you wanted to know.)
