Who would win a war between Russia and Brazil? Why?

It’s important to mention that a war between Russia and Brazil is very unlikely to happen due to the “friendly” diplomacy of both countries. Second, if it is to happen, there you not be a ground fighting for the distance. The Russians, who, i.e., had already defeated the Nazi in history, with no doubt would win the war. Their military force is more advanced than ours, they have an incredible cybernetic infrastructure while ours is obsolete, not to mention the nuclear power, nukes, Cars, boats and helicopters are scarce in our military bases. The obsolescence rate of the tools surpasses 92% - than 87% of the equipment can no longer be used, according to an Army document.

Who would win in a war between USA and Brazil?

Is this even a question?! The United States of America vs the Federative Republic of Brazil. The USA would win in a matter of months. They have the #1 army in the world. Brazil has the 14th. The USA has nuclear weapons, Brazil does not. That good enough for you?

Who would win a war between the United Kingdom and Brazil?

I agree with Chris White - no one win an outright victory.Brazil has 200+ million citizens and 9.5 sqr. km of land, while the UK has 65 million citizens and 250,000 sqr. km. But between them they have 10,000 km of ocean with no easy landing bases. The British Royal navy easily outclasses Brazil's navy, hough not by the margin they had over Argentina at the Falkland War. GB will rule the waves, but pay a significant price for it. This means that the British can initiate offensive attacks and execute a partial blockade of major ports in Brazil. But Brazil has oil and gas and grows its own food, so all it will serve is to harm the economy and piss the Brazilians off. Brazil can possibly retaliate by conquering Guyana, a Commonwealth member, harming GB's standing and local interests while showing initiative. In the end, GB doesn't have anything close to the resources to launch an invasion, and Brazil could easily repulse such an attempt. Brazil has no offensive options of the British isles. So, assuming no one in the UK goes bananas and lobes a nuclear missile at the Copacabana, this war will end in a stalemate and mutual exhaustion, with victory  awarded by points if at all.

India vs Brazil war. Who will win?

A full bown war, excluding nukes, between India and Brazil would be won by India.

In a war of Brazil vs Portugal, who would win?

There are no reason whatsoever for Portugal and Brazil to get into a war. Even the independence of Brazil was conducted but a member of the Portuguese royal family then. He was the first ruler of Brazil. Anyway, where would this war start ? In Europe ? In South America ?Brazil does not have the Logistics to cross the Atlantic and attack Portugal. Neither does Portugal to do the reverse. And consider the numbers :Brazil has an army of 220 000 active, plus 1 340 000 reservists.Portugal has currently 16 000 active soldiers.Get serious, this is not happenning.

Hypothetical Wars: Who would win a war between Brazil and Venezuela?

No one. Brazil may win the war on paper, but the world won't.Venezuela may have a lot of oil, but it isn't that politically stable. It also ranks behind Brazil in terms of firepower and manpower. Doesn't necessarily have a sustainable economy either. Brazil has manpower, materiel, and can overcome many political obstacles much more quickly than Venezuela. Not to mention being the alpha state in South America in terms of size as well. Both are developing states but Brazil is estimated to be the economic giant in South America in the future. Then again, the U.S will make sure a war doesn't happen. The U.S has a knack for getting into Latin American countries' business anyway. E.g: Manuel Noriega, Panama. Ring some bells yet? Venezuela is one of the largest OPEC producers. Countries  NEED fuel. No one wins when an oil state is in chaos. Oil prices shoot up, especially in the region around or IN the oil state itself. Growth in South America and Latin America gets hindered. Most of the world is geared towards economic growth and human development. War does't increase the human development index; it does the exact opposite. To grow, we need more energy and power, and an OPEC country is vital for said reason.

Who would win a war between Brazil and Hispanic America?

So, Brazil versus the rest of South and Central America? Brazil actually has a great chance.Venezuela should fall easy in the face of its current problems, and Uruguay and Paraguay could also be taken out of such a war very quickly. There are several places where Brazil could cut off the Hispanic countries, and if Venezuela is taken out early, ‘island hopping’ can occur, where the Brazilians can quickly invade the Caribbean and pose a threat to Mexico. However, it cannot directly invade Mexico until it has defeated the South American countries.Bolivia and Colombia would ideally be the next to fall, the latter giving Brazil a gateway into Central America. The smaller countries, particularly Panama who would border Brazil’s new front line, will rely on Mexico to protect them, but Mexico can send limited troops in case of a sudden attack on its own territory from Cuba. The difficulty lies in defeating Argentina. Despite numerical superiority, Brazil faces a disadvantage fighting in a very different climate and terrain. However, a major landing in Buenos Aires combined with an attack on the north would demoralise Argentinian troops. With Argentina defeated, it is possible to invade Chile on such a broad front. Leaving Ecuador, easily exploited from Colombia, and Peru, which can then be overwhelmed on multiple fronts. Now, Brazilian troops can launch a major offensive across Panama. Mexican troops will rush to defend Panama, and a landing on the Yucatan peninsula will further confuse them. Eventually, Brazil will win.Or the multiple fronts will instead overwhelm Brazil early on. This war can go either way.
