We have to limit our dietary choices to whole foods and meals cooked from whole foods in order to achieve overall health and weight loss.
It would benefit you to add more variety.
The only fruit I see is bananas. We need berries, raw nuts and seeds, apples, and citrus to fill out the nutritional balance.
The simple rule is to eat lots of foods in their whole or simplest form to aid weight loss, get complete nutrition, and expedite transit time. You aren't getting enough fiber. Fiber helps the body move waste through the system faster reducing overall toxicity.
Salad is a dangerous term.
Lettuce is an absolute waste of money. No nutrient, very little fiber. Add cabbage to get serious. And even lo cal dressing is hidden calories. Two tablespoons per serving? When was the last time you saw someone use that little of an amount?
The eggs are great. Lean meat cuts provide proper proteins.
Try to add more variety avoiding processed and refined foods and you are golden.

Is it bad to eat the same thing everyday? The only thing I change is my snacks. For breakfast I eat a bowl of oatmeal with nuts or peanut butter, fruit and wheat germ then for lunch I eat A tofu sandwhich on sprouted bread with peanut butter and jelly and then for dinner I eat a tofu sandwhich with hummus. I snack on fruits, veggies and nuts..but I seem to have lost interest in food. And I was hoping with all the tofu and peanut butter and nuts and carbs I would gain weight but im not and im eating 2400 cals a day..im 21, female, 100 pounds and a vegan...can someone help?

If you are vegetarian, there are more than hundred items that can be cooked in different tastes and different dishes made out of same ingredients, and very simple to cook. Our ancestors use to eat same three meals everyday and still they were quite healthy and energetic than what we are today. However the intake of food should in moderate quantity which can be digest by your body without any hassle. Now coming to your “What are those meals” let me inform you that vegetables, fruits cereals and milk are god’s own gift to mankind, if you use only these three items in your routine meals with different way of preparations, you will never recognise that you are consuming same stuff and you will be enjoying your meals with great satisfaction and maintain your body and health in a better way. You will never have any sickness nor you will be bored by the food you are eating.These items are full of nutrition and 100% body friendly. You body will all what it requires,nothing much more nothing much less.However the cereals should not be over refined.(which the “fast food”vendors are doing nowadays.)

I’m a vegetarian and want to follow your plan, but it is not healthy to eat only the same food. Eating a wide variety of foods is not only good for the body, it is good for the brain in more ways than just nutrients. We eat with our minds as well as with our mouths. Our minds want variety as do our bodies.So, yes it is a bad idea to eat the same thing every day. You will not get all the nutrients you need.

Lately, I've been trying to eat the same thing everyday:

Breakfast: Fiber one cereal and almond milk
Lunch: Sandwich & 1 fruit the size of my hand
Snack: Popcorn or trailmix
Dinner: Noodles w/ fish

I plan to eat this everyday. And as a motivation, I will not change my diet until I lose 5 pounds. Is this a good idea? I figured if I eat the same thing everyday, I will get bored of it and I will only eat for only nutritional purposes. Of course, sometimes I'll have times where I eat something that isnt part of my diet. But when that happens, i learn to truly enjoy food.

So does anyone else eat the same thing everyday? If so, what does your diet look like?
