Is it possible to merge two YouTube accounts?

If I delete my google account can I still sign into youtube?
Pretty self explanatory. I evidently have two google accounts. One i used for blogger, and somehow I ended up creating a separate account for youtube. I tried signing into the youtube google account and changing the email to the other one but it says "a user with that e-mail already exists" I tried to delete the youtube/google account, but I still want to be able to use my youtube account! If I could merge the two accounts, I;d rather do that.

YouTube and Google+ are two totally different websites. From the YouTube point-of-view, Google is a ''third party'' -- and from the Google point-of view, YouTube is a "third party". You might think "Who cares'', but.... If you have "Block third-party cookies'' ENABLED, you'll thus need "Exceptions'' for both the YouTube and Google sites, and here are the steps needed to fix all of that: → Chrome menu (≡ or wrench) → "Settings" in the box "Search settings" → type "cookies" (without quotes) under "Privacy" → "Content settings" under "Cookies" → either uncheck "Block third-party cookies" → "Close" or check "Block third-party cookies and site data" → "Manage exceptions" under "Hostname pattern": → type "youtube.com" (without quotes) → ''Allow" also type "google.com" (without quotes) → "Allow" → "Done" → "Close" Refresh your YouTube page, and there you go!! I have 2 YouTube channels under 2 Gmail accounts, and an AdSense account with 1 of those Gmail accounts. Can I merge the 1 without AdSense with the 1 with AdSense?
