If I Were To Live Off Two Minute Noodles Would I Get Fat More Importantly Though Would It Cause Me

If I stay on my calorie limit and eat whatever I want, will I gain weight?

It is not only diet that contributes to our losing weight but a lot of factors. And there might be some reasons why you aren't losing that weight you had envisaged to loseAnd they maybe1. You take too much healthy foodNuts, avocados, whole-wheat paste, olive oil and dark chocolate are natural and healthy, but they are not low in calories. You also have to pay attention to how much you eat of the healthy food.2. You do not take breakfastBreakfast skipping seems like a good way to save calories, but your body is actually going to store fat because it thinks it is going to be starving.3. You eat straight and without thinkingEating while standing at the fridge or counter, you do not save time or energy, because it leads to thoughtless eating. You have to be aware of what you eat, because then you put less in your mouth.4. You do not sleep enoughMaking time for sports sessions can mean that you can not crawl into your bed until later.Yet it is important that you sleep well enough, because you need extra energy to keep up your sports routine. In addition, hormones that stimulate your appetite are caused by too little sleep.5. You do not eat enough vegetablesEating five to seven servings of fruit and vegetables is important for everyone, but dieters certainly benefit from it. Vegetables offer a wide variety of nutrients, with fewer calories. Varying is the message.6. You do not cut your foodCutting your food into small pieces may seem childish, but studies show that smaller portions are more satisfying. The result: you are satisfied with less.Hope it was helpfulTo know more visit 15 Reasons Why You Don't Lose That Weight Fast

I'm going on a 30 day instant noodles weight loss diet (3 packs a day with the seasoning thrown away). Is it dangerous? If so, how can I change it so that it's less dangerous for my permanent health?

I just looked at some packs of noodles I have at home.  The average seems to be about 300 calories per pack.  So you are talking about an extremely restrictive diet under 1000 calories a day.  That alone will be difficult to stick to.  Are you very overweight and your doctor has suggested you lose weight quickly?  Otherwise, what's the hurry? You will find this diet very boring and also you will probably think about all the good things you can't eat.  This generally leads to people not being able to stick to the diet.  That's actually a good thing, because you are missing out on some important nutrition.  That broccoli and cheese (or hummus with pita) will start looking irresistible, for example, because it's good for you and you are hungry.  Even if you can make it for a full month, though, I don't see how it can cause any permanent long-term damage to your health.  To make this diet both easier and more healthy, I suggest you allow as many vegetables as you want, in addition to the noodles. Allowing "free" fruits and vegetables is endorsed by the Weight Watchers diet programs.   (Except potatoes, avocados, and corn/maize).  And instead of three identical meals per day, I suggest you find something else that you actually enjoy that is about 500 calories and choose that for one of your meals once a day.You can't eat like this forever, of course, so you will probably gain most of the weight back.  A more healthy and sustainable weight-loss program would be to lose one or two pounds per month.  You can achieve that by cutting out your worst snacking habit, whatever that is.  Chips, soda, candy, or secret midnight fried chicken.  Just stop that one thing and let your weight fall slowly and more naturally. If you still want a boring low-calorie heavily restricted diet, then another more healthy alternative is using meal-replacement shakes like Ensure.  You can read about it below where it's used to help Diabetes patients lose weight quickly under doctor supervision.Sample diet (PDF download): http://www.ncl.ac.uk/magres/rese...The sample fasting diet uses a meal-replacement packet which is basically the same as an Ensure  drink.  You get three a day plus salad, but only until your blood sugar  drops.  Then you follow a healthy eating plan,  maintain your weight, and avoid being sedentary.News Article: Type 2 diabetes and the diet that cured meResearch summary and more helpful links: http://www.ncl.ac.uk/magres/rese...

If I’m going to eat 1 packet of noodles a day that contain 70 calories, would I lose weight? And how long would it take to lose it?

If you are planning on ONLY eating one packet of noodles a day, change your mind. There are far too few calories and little nutritional benefit to such a diet. You would lose a lot of fat, but too much lean body weight as well. This would be terrible for your health. Your metabolism would slow down, and when you starting eating normally again your body will try to hang on to every calorie it can in anticipation of the next starvation cycle. More fat, in other words. You need carbs, protein and fats in your diet. If you want to lose weight, you need to eat at a calorie deficit that will provide enough energy to, ya know, live. You should lose roughly one pound of fat for every 3500 calories you under consume. That is to say if your body burns 3000 calories a day, if you ate 2500 calories (hopefully with proper ration of marcos) you’d expect to lose about a pound in one week. If you increased your exercise so that you were burning 3500 calories a day you’d lose a pound of fat in half that time (3–4 days). You want to lose fat, but not lose muscle…muscle helps your metabolism burn “hotter” even while you sleep. High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) has been shown to burn calories long after the workout is over. So proper diet with proper exercise is key for serious, healthy weigh loss. Eating “clean” is more important than drastic calorie deficits that work against you in the long run.

Just Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes now what?

I've googled type 2 diabetes with thee millions of pages. I am only concerned because my doctor said that to me and walked away, didn't say anything else about what I should do. That really ticked me off but can't really change doctors because I am on Meda-cal. My HealthCareWorker said no meat and has been making me Chicken dishes for the past few months I am SICK of Chicken now. I never want to see another chicken in my life! I don't have a meter to see what my sugar level is and the doctor is so slow to get me a refurral it isn't funny.
I need help on what to do? And anything that I can eat besides Chicken? Because i've been a big meat eater all my life.

Do I sound anorexic?

I have a severe gluten and lactose intolerance. I also went pescetarian about 3 months ago.

I'm 14 and I'm 5'3...born muscular. I weigh 103 pounds. My friends tell me I don't eat and some often joke around and are like "are you anorexic or something?"

Here's what I eat normally:

Breakfast: either an apple (if i can finish it), half a packet of oatmeal (they are bigger than the normal kind), or two plain scrambled eggs (no milk)

Lunch: either a cup of soup, a spinach salad with low fat Italian dressing, or a corn tortilla with veggies and refried beans.

Snack: like 1/3 cup of nuts/trail mix/seeds or a glass of almond milk

Dinner: either rice and beans, lentil soup, a little bit of shrimp and veggies, vegan chili, some gluten free pasta with veggies, a 4 oz salmon filet with spinach leaves ontop, or a piece of gf pizza with tomatoes and veggies (no cheese). If I'm on the go and don't have time to eat (I'm really busy), I'll grab half a protien bar (10 grams protien, 100 calories)

I run between 6-10 miles a day. Sometimes I also go for a bike ride or take my dog for a walk.

I'm not starving myself. I feel completely full after what i eat. I guess I just have no appetite. But I'm never hungry...always full ish. I do freak out though when I gain a pound.

Am I anorexic?

My son hates macaroni. What can I do to make him like it again?

I simply felt sick when I eat macaroni. As I grew older, I realised how I lose taste in my buds immediately when I smelt it cooking in the kitchen. The feeling was like when I have a fever and headache. Then it dawned on me that when I was little, whenever I was sick, I would be fed macaroni as a meal before taking the horrible medicine, usually in a syrup prescribed by the doctor. The macaroni was cooked, sometimes with bits of ham in canned chicken broth, boiled to mushy sometimes. My mother still believes that this is good food for a sick child because the doctor said nothing rich for the sick body. She ruled out vegetables that one needs to chew, along with eggs, rice, bread, meat, and rightfully, ice cream. So all I got was macaroni in a thin broth or oatmeal cooked in sugar. Sugar was sometimes added to the liquid medication that she had to force down my throat, so that was how she thought would make oatmeal go down my stomach as well. Even now, I still have a disliking of macaroni with broth, the overboiled bland sandwich ham in broth, and oatmeal in the form of a sugary porridge. I look at these, I started getting the sick feeling because I associated them with all the times I got sick. I am confused whether I am sick because of macaroni or because I am really ill. Now that I am older, I have come to terms with macaroni, and can eat it if it is dressed up in cheese or in a fancy italian pasta sauce. I would avoid macaroni still but other kinds of pasta do not make me sick. I can eat oatmeal without sugar. Recently, where I live now, McDonald’s came up with macaroni for breakfast in mom’s way adding an egg and a ham pattie, and I found myself inadvertently stopped getting snacks or coffee there altogether.Go easy on your kid. Get him angel hair or rigatoni instead. There are so many choice s in pasta. Better yet, find out if he is conditioned to associate a certain food with a bad experience or if an ingredient is actually making him sick. My nephew develops a headache at the smell of artificial butter and honey flavour found in Japanese and Korean snacks.

Have to swim in gym class. I'm fat! I will be humilated! HELP!?

Isn't high school cruel? Calm down a little, honey. When I was your age I had really chunky thighs, and they embarrassed me to no end. To cover them up, I wore shorts in the pool. Nowadays you can buy a lot of relatively conservative swim wear...try a pair of shorts and a swim tank. It's excellent that you're working on losing weight, but don't try and change yourself because you're worried about how you appear to others. Pursue a healthier lifestyle for your own benefit, and no one else's.

More importantly, though, let me share with you what I've learned since my catastrophic days of the horror that is high school gym. Beautiful people come in all shapes and sizes. I know, I know -- the kids in school doing the bullying don't seem to know that. Most of them, the lucky ones, will mature to a point where they are less judgmental of others. It'll be hard for a while. Everyone has a time in their life where they endure cruel and hurtful sentiments from others, the important thing is that you realize that they are at fault here, not you. Good luck, love - and God bless. :)
