If Someone Has No Outstanding Responsibilities To Others And Chooses To End Their Life Are They

Why do some couples choose NOT to have children?

Some people do not wish to have children because having children would complicate their lives in some way, shape or form...some because they don't like kids, or they may even have some sort of recessive gene for a disease that a child may or may not end up having.
I say it's a good thing that there ARE people like this who DO choose not to have children for what ever reason they are choosing...there are too many children in this world that are abused, neglected or handed off to a nanny to take care of if u know what i mean!

No one chooses to be born into this life.. does it not imply that life is not to serve any individual purpose?

Life ("intelligent" or otherwise) is an inevitable consequence of Being. As for any possible purpose or Universally Relevant Meaning behind it all (individual, collective, or otherwise) - the verdict is still NOT in (at least not for us humans). Though I have a hunch that The Universe Itself on some unspoken organic level maybe pushing things towards a certain eventual direction; call it a "coherent complexity". ... Are conscious life forms supposed to play an Ultimate Universal Role that might alter the very timeless destiny of Being itself - as in The Conscious Universe emerging from the very substances of Itself (themselves subject to Its fundamental physical laws) to gain power over Its fate and perhaps compete with other co-existing/parallel/ yet-to-be-born Universes? I suppose humanity is still way too ignorant to be able to find an answer to such speculative flights of fancy. For NOW, I'm afraid the human animal is still very much in the grips of a basic evolutionary struggle in which we have NOT even completely transcended the rudimentary notions of Good and Evil. ... Not to mention, we are still striving for a better conceptual handle on seemingly undecidable spiritual incongruities, such as finding an adequate human expression for the possible place of an individual’s spirit in the ONENESS-of-all-existence scheme of things.

P.S. Excellent question, BTW.

Why do people blame single mothers for problems that their kids sometimes have?

There is a documented correlation between single-parent households and lower achievement across a range of benchmarks for children raised in these households.

This is not to say that it is right or fair for one parent, usually the father, to abdicate responsibility. This is not to say that it's easy to be a single parent. And it also doesn't imply forced causation; in other words, a child raised by a single mother may do very well and be very stable and happy. The studies show averages, not extremes or exceptions, and there's no rule saying people have to conform to averages.

So in answer to your question (it was still in there somewhere;) I think people are lazy thinkers and leap very quickly from a few statistics to a position of looking for someone to blame.

What qualities define a great team leader?

The best leaders are those who can lead and direct without misuse of their power. They must be able to inspire others in a direction or greater good. They must be strong enough to stand firm in decision making and leading others without an egotistical attitude. A great team leader will encourage others to brain storm and contribute to the whole. They also lead by example and intelligently. They are also good listeners. Charisma helps a team leader.
