I have a very detached but strong interest in death.....8th house is in Aquarius with ruling Uranus in close orb conjunction with the ascendant. In my career and personal life, I have witnessed many deaths and close encounters with death. I am not afraid to talk about death with others if they are comfortable with the subject matter, and I think we often don't realize what a peaceful and transcending experience death can be when it is our time to go. Accidental, violent or premature deaths are not peaceful, and a different way of processing death is necessary. Western astrology often does a poor job of examining death, especially in comparison to Vedic astrology....almost like it is a taboo subject. I am not afraid of death, but I still have purpose in life, so I am not quite ready to leave this earthly existence. What I think will happen to me after this life is that my soul will go into a period of sleep for a couple of hundred years, although time being meaningless in the hereafter; and if I can continue to behave myself here, I will move to a higher plane / place of existence. If I falter with the rest of this life, I will be destined to repeat the lessons that have been presented to me here. I believe that this earthly existence is the lowest rung of the ladder.....for all of us. Sag / Libra / Cancer empty 8th house 8th in Aquarius Pluto in Leo in the 2nd Currently, my brother-in-law is facing a life / death situation - emergency cardiac surgery. He is represented by the 6th house in my chart. He is Capricorn and Pluto is transiting my 6th house. I'm praying as I type this answer.

if you are able to get one more person to help you - - - you could do what my friend and I did for final project in Shakespeare class in college. We learned and performed the famous Balcony Scene. We did it on campus, in a natural setting that matched the scene perfectly -- we did it at noon, so there were lots of people watching. And it isn't really all that hard to learn. (you are allowed to edit it down if you are doing it for a high school project.) But soft -- what light through yonder window breaks? 'Tis in the East -- 'tis Juliet the Sun!
