Diploma from another country?
Please if you are a knowledgeable person, and know what you you'll answer is correct please do so. Allow me to explain my issue and then advice me on what i should do. Im 18, From cuba. I came to the USA when i was 9, I went trough middle school to high school. I dropped out of high school because of my ability to learn math. ( Please keep a neutral mind ) I have asked my uncle in cuba to produce me a HS Diploma, ( he works for the public safety department ) and he made me this diploma with everything a HS diploma should have. The thing is, there is no way for me to tell my employer that i was in cuba and i got my HS during that time... Is there any ways ? are you catching my drift? Can i get in trouble if i apply for a job and get my HS diploma checked out and the employer finds out that the diploma is fake, ( The diploma it self is not fake ) it has signatures from both the district of the country in cuba and the school staff ( Bought ) It is illegal to do this in that country i know. But i want your honest opinion, am i exposed to risk? I live in the USA and i am trying to apply for jobs in the US, and some do accept this diploma only if it is legal, and it IS legal, it just wasnt obtained legally.. You understand my issue now? Can I have license plates and registration from one state but drivers license from another?
Depends on the local state regulations. Some states do NOT require the vehicle and driver's license match. While others will cite you if they find out you have resided in the state for more than 30 days without changing registration. People in the military are a general exception as they have no control over where they are stationed and registering vehicles and getting a new driver's license is an unnecessary hardship for relatively frequent relocations not of their own choosing. Insurance companies do NOT care about license and registration. They insure the vehicle and driver and the legality of the registration is up to you and the state. I am not advocating this, but I live in Washington State, near the Puget Sound Naval Base and Shipyard. I left the Navy years ago. I have a friend, who like me, retired here. He came from CA and still has a vehicle registered there. It has been over 10 years since he left the service, and still one of his two vehicles is registered out of state. He says he has been asked about this from time to time, and simply explained his family lives in CA and most of the time his car is there, not here, being used by his family. He seems to be getting away with it. The thing is, most states simply will not spend the time and effort to look for this kind of infraction. The registration fee is a drop in the bucket compared to the other money you spend every day to drive, which IS here where you live.
Can u drive in the US legally with a drivers license from another country?
No it doesn't become invalid, however you are supposed to keep the authorities updated with your new address. In the UK (Ireland has the same system) - you can get your license changed over as long as you meet certain criteria - you can also go to a post office and get a 'international drivers license' which is a document in many lingos basically saying 'I can drive' usually a country will let you drive on a foreign drivers license for up to a year before you have to get it changed over, as long as you are over 18 you won't have to do another test (which is the expensive part) you'd have to pay something like a $80 admin fee or something. BE CAREFUL about people saying "Don't worry I can get your drivers license changed over - email me.." basically a majority of these people simply want a copy of your drivers license.. fake ID and free passage into america - identity theft is a terrible thing.

Can you get a college degree in the USA then use it in another country?
Universities are accredited by independent organizations, and this accreditation process matters a great deal when it comes to going to grad school, getting a job, occupational licensing, proving qualifications for visas and/or immigration, etc. If it is an accredited university, then the degree is valid and accepted most places. You should not have a problem with a good US uni degree in Italy. They probably know your school by reputation and get right down to your GPA, rank in your class, etc. For the US, unless a school is too new to be accredited or is a commercial "school," you generally don't have a problem about accreditation. They are accredited and announce it loudly (as well as by which accrediting organization!) on their website, brochures, course catalogs and everywhere else. Any college or university in the US which was not accredited would quickly die. In addition to accreditation, colleges are ranked and rated by Barrons and other scholastic outfits, so it is easy to find out the reputation of the college/uni as well as its accreditation.
